I got back on it today. I need to keep it up.
We are in this togheter! I feel my "being kind to myself" time is up, especially because, except a week or 2, where I really felt busy or tired, the rest of the time I was simply lazy and procrastinated. Back to 5-6 times a week workouts. For the next 2 weeks, at least.

I have been using Fitness Blender videos since March. I am doing the Strong series and Reach series right now. It is 2 days Lower Body, 2 Days Upper Body and 1 day Core. I use the Reach series for extra stretching, pilates and yoga. First I do the Strong Series, then depending on my energy level and the amount of time I have, I do the Reach Series afterwards. My muscles feel tight and toned. Their videos are excellent and complete. I do miss the gym, because it gets me out and around people, they play the best music and I like to use the weight machines and Elliptical bike. Once it opens up, I will mix things up by going back to the gym and using Fitness Blender videos on alternating days. I won't quit Fitness Blender!

Today's workout was brutal af. I burned 470 calories and this without pushing myself. I really took it slowly, took lots of water breaks, because the AC in the living room got broken and outside it rained and everything was a humid mess.
60 minutes of hiit and abs. I needed the Gloria Gaynor's song "I will survive" to get trough it.
What I liked, even tho, everyone considered boring af, is that it had 12 exercises only (6 hiit and 6 abs) and you had to get trough each other 8 times. Wich gets boring. But since I didn't feel like working out, for me was perfect, because I did go mindlessly trough it, I knew I had to stick to the same exercise for 8 rounds and I could watch 2 episodes of Caslevania ;D;D;D

Hey Cutie! Yes...It is brutal to get thru it without an air conditioner. Ironically enough, mine broke last night and I am waiting to get it repaired. I was dripping sweat during my workout too. Water and a cold popsicle finally helped me get the job done!
I now have a window fan in my living room window and since the sun went down and the temperature dropped a few degrees, it feels good with the air blowing in.
Today my workout was Lower body with Hiit and strength training using weights.

This month, FitnessBlender is offering their meal plan for only $7.50 instead of $24.99. I already bought it.
https://www.fitnessblender.com/meal-plans
Other workout program sales:
FB ABS 2: $4.50 instead of $14.99 https://www.fitnessblender.com/plans/fb-abs-round-2-core-program-for-abs-obliques-and-lower-back (1 month program/ 25- 50 minutes per day/ 5 days per week)
FB Bored Easily: $4.50 instead of $14.99 https://www.fitnessblender.com/plans/4-week-workout-program-for-people-who-get-bored-easily (1 month program/ 25- 50 minutes per day/ 5 days per week)
FB FIT 2: $6.00 instead of $19.99 https://www.fitnessblender.com/plans/fbfit-round-2-8-week-fat-loss-program-to-lose-weight-build-lean-muscle-and-tone-up (2 months program/ 40- 60 minutes per day/ 5 days per week)
Basically, buying the plan and 3 programs, it costs as much as an entire program. And you got 4 months worth of workouts, all planned and ready to tackle.
And you have them FOREVER, so it's basically, reusable. Once you finish, start all over again!

I wanna give a quick update about this video, since I wanted to but I forgot.
The next day after I have done this, my lower abs muscles were SORE AF! I have never been so sore in that area and we all know that the lower abs are the hardest to work and make that muffin top melt.
Well, if you are looking for a way, I strongly reccomend this workout. It burns a lot of calories and that lower abs it's gonna be sore like crazy ;D It's definately a favourite now!

I haven't worked out for 3 days. Period came in and it was pretty painful, this month. It's weird because some months I don't even feel like I'm on period and some months are horrible, like it's making up for the good ones :))))
I kinda ate like a pig, because I have many friends and relatives with birthdays this week and next week and this weekend they all celebrated, sooooooo I may or may not have eaten huge amounts of cake, burgers, pizza, drank tons of soda and other goodies.

After 4 days off, I finally done this:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=j7HnFtNmDl4
Almost 40 minutes of upper body workout and cardio intervals. Not bad!
Before sleep I will also take 1 hour walk in the park, so I will add some extra calories burned. I am typically burning about 250 calories in 1 hour of walking, so it's gonna be 500 calories burned for today, if I am adding the earlier workout.

Today I also took my 2 months progress pic. Despite a very lazy june, with working out not more than 3-4 times a week and lots of junk food, I still have a little progress. I was actually dissapointed with myself, because the scale stays still, only 2 lbs lost in 2 months and I thought I lost the progress.
That's why I strongly encourage you to take monthly pics, because, you may see yourself on the same place, but the pictures are always talking!

I am starting to notice that my progress is stalling. This time is no joke, because I feel it on the clothes. I have fallen off the wagon with diet. My exercise has been consistent 2-4 times a week. But my diet ruined it. In the past 3 weeks I kinda ate crappy and it finally shows.
Because it never shows the next day, it shows in 2-3 weeks, if you keep going with the same habits.
Do I feel like shit? I do feel. But I am just getting this frustration off my shoulders here. Now I am off to fix my diet and go back to meal planning.
Lack of meal planning has also been a reason for me eating shit, because I wasn't thinking about food, untill I was too hungry.
NOT GOOD!
Today's workout: 30 minutes of medium intensity cardio. Nothing too fancy. Since diet is crap, energy is also crap.

This week I have been going out for power walks. (Where I take big strides, enough to boost the cardio). I don't like to run since it's hard on my boobs shaking even with sports bras, knees, and my ball of foot pain. My ball of foot pain. The power walks last around an hour. They're good for cardio/energy, but what I really need now is to tighten up with squats, etc.
When lockdown started, I was doing high amounts of squats per day. But then my foot balls acted up since I was using weights, so I stopped. But I kept eating fats, so I need to get started again.

I'm going to be doing a cardio dance workout today, and also try to go for an hour walk on the trail later. Trying to fig out why I feel "heavy" and "low energy" the last couple weeks. I think it may be the weight gain. It's a mental heaviness too, it might be due to overthinking/inconsistent routine & not knowing what's going to happen future.

In the past 2 days I only walked. 1 hour at a medium- fast pace, burning about 300 calories. I will start running soon, alternating walking with running, in 1 hour sessions, since I am convinced I'd screw my knees or cramp my muscles, if I start running for an hour right away...
Today's workout: 35 minutes of upper body strenght.
I finally understood how to burn arm fat, because my muscles have grown, the fat didn't melt and now my shirts are squeezing my biceps: Lighter dummbells and more reps.
I was doing the muscle building routine so far, by doing 10 reps with heavy weights.
Thankfully, I did read on Fitessblender about this advice, on the description of one of their upper body strenght workout videos and they told about this technique, if I am looking for fat burn and not mass building.
With that being said, I am glad I didn't sell my old light dummbells (2 lb and 3 lb- undortunately i sold the 1 lb ones ugh) and today, while Kelli was doing like 10 reps, I was doing 20- 25 ish with lighter dummbells, at a faster pace. And in the end, my arms are burning like hell, haha!
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=t6UnYPkY8Ls
I also did 12 minutes of Hiit (I skipped the cooldown in the video, because the upper body one has warmup and cooldown) https://www.fitnessblender.com/videos/at-home-hiit-workout-intense-calorie-burning-hiit-cardio-workout-for-busy-people
And 10 minutes of Abs routine: https://www.fitnessblender.com/videos/fun-10-minute-abs-and-obliques-workout-quick-10-minute-abs-workout-for-a-toned-stomach

Today's workout: 1000 calorie workout!!! :O:O:O:O
Yesss, 84 minutes of hell, I'd say, but not really. I have AC in the living room, the workout has decent breaks and Kelli is doing the easy/ low impact version, while Daniel is doing the hard one. So, it was actually good and not that hard, even a medium beginner can do it.
My fitbit shown 600 calories burned so, yeah, it was awesome!

Yesterday's workout (I did it after 12 AM, so Fitbit counted it as a today workout, ugh):
85 minutes (woohoo) in total:
- 5 minutes warm up https://www.fitnessblender.com/videos/calorie-burning-cardio-warm-up-total-body-warm-up-workout
- 15 minutes of Hiit https://www.fitnessblender.com/videos/belly-fat-burner-hiit-high-intensity-interval-training-workout-with-no-equipment
- 15 minutes of abs https://www.fitnessblender.com/videos/fitness-blender-15-minute-abs-workout-at-home-core-training-without-equipment
- 18 minutes of leg slimming& butt lifting pilates https://www.fitnessblender.com/videos/leg-slimming-pilates-butt-and-thigh-workout
- 27 minutes of lower body strenght (it also includes a 5 min warm up, I did it, cuz it was easy. The workout overall is short, because it has an almost 10 minutes cooldown& stretch at the end) https://www.fitnessblender.com/videos/build-a-booty-workout-27-minute-butt-and-thigh-workout-for-a-round-lifted-butt-and-great-legs
Burned 435 calories, took it slowly, drank water, had plenty of 1-2 minute breaks between the workouts. It went quick actually :)))

Today's workout: 44 minutes of upper body supersets

I will pause the view right after the warm up and do this 22 minutes bodyweight upper body workout https://www.fitnessblender.com/videos/bodyweight-only-upper-body-workout-killer-arms-shoulders-and-upper-back-workout
My fitbit will yell, since it already counted the last night's workout as today's workout. I am a little pissed because i does count only one day, instead of 2, but it doesn't matter, it happens sometimes, the results are still there.
Later edit: The second video I will do after work. Too hot outside, even with AC on, to be able to resist in one go, today.

I too have slacked off for the past week.
Since Sunday I had been trying to get back into it.
I couldn't bring myself to do it, it was so hot and also
I did allow myself to wait until I really feel like it. B/c
I know it's cool to give myrself a break after a long period of being disciplined
Also I had nothing to work out for - no place to go ,except for grocery store,
so who cares.
However today I was able to get some squats in. I am slowly moving forward
I don't want to burn out, so I decided to just do a little of whatever I felt like today.
I may also go for a walk later tonight when it cools down. If not, who cares

Good luck! You can do it! You can check the clips i am posting here, from fitnessblender. Trust me, you can get lean at home, you don't really need gym.

I did okay. I had a few times I fell off the wagon, but did pretty good for my first week. I went to the gym in my apartment and there were a lot of people. I kinda felt like I might as well go to the gym. I bought a better mask and workout gloves. I’m still weighing the pros and cons.
I did really good in the beginning and then towards the end of the week I backslid-which it’s progress not perfection.
Ready for another week.
