...I have created a 30 days spreadsheet, where I will put calories burned, calories ate and the difference between them, at the end of each day...
Definitely an example to follow, never underestimate pen&paper!
I guess the most uncertain input will be the correctness of how Fitbit measure calorie burn.

I fell off training completely during the first lockdown. Since the gym's shut again, I've only been training once a week with my personal trainer which isn't nearly enough, by my standards. I'm making sure I train 5-6 days per week now. Even if it's just a small amount.
Started with 20mins skipping rope today. 10mins split into 3 sets with 20sec break inbetween. 2mins rest and same again.
I'll weight train tomorrow.

Nice, I need to get back into weight training too. I haven't touched my weights for almost 2 months and yesterday I did some strenght training and I had to use half of the weight I used to. I felt like those bimbos, in funny videos, with little pink dummbels, working "hard" lol. A 4lb dummbell felt super heavy to me, so I totally need to do something about it.
I will look on beachbody on demand, to see what weight training programs they have. I pay $100 a year and barely use that subscription. Shame on me.

That’s exactly what I was like when I first went back to the gym. 4kg dumbbell curls were hard! Lol! I think you’ll be surprised at how fast you rebuild your strength up once you start again.
Do you use Instagram? GymShark Women share a lot of good workouts on there which you can take inspo from, they’re free too.

Omg I got back to 21 day fix, today was day 1 and I got a major slap in the face. And warrior me, also scheduled some shaun T "transform 20" workout, cuz I said 30 minutes is not enough and wanted to do 50 :))).
Major bummer moment, I spit my soul out in those 30 minutes and I had to use the lightest dummbells available. 21 day Fix workouts used to be my warmup, lol. So yeah, I will add the transform 20, from next week.
Thank god i didn't want to start with 80 day obsession :)))

Well I can tell I've started losing weight......because I can see my breast cysts. I forget what it's called but I have that condition where you have breast cysts/lumpy boobs, and because of my implants + low upper body bodyfat you can actually see some of mine sticking out. If I'm on the thicker sider you can't see them, but I am officially starting to see my big one on the upper left of my left implant. That means I have to quit drinking coffee, it's what makes them go away. :weeping:
Today was the first day my obliques looked a little more defined on cam too so my diet is starting to work. I feel like in the mirror I always look the same and in the cam is where I see the differences.

First of all, congratulations! Speaking of differences, try to take yourself progress pictures every month. That's how you see the real difference. Seeing yourself day to day, obviously doesn't show any difference, but i promise that if you put two pictures, one month apart, you get a shock, hahahaha!

I think I got to 25 days in a row before I skipped a day, so I'm starting the count again. Starting again yesterday, today will be day 2.
Also going to do the same with coffee, starting yesterday I am on day 2 with no coffee. I still have a bunch of green tea and matcha in my house that I'm using to transition with, but I plan to eventually be ingesting zero caffeine day-to-day.

Today I did a 30 min workout and had my first smoothie in... months. I forgot how amazing my new blender is and what a fine smoothie it makes. Also, having a smoothie instead of a proper breakfast, before workout, helped me reduce the time between them and have my workout earlier than usual.
I guess this is gonna be my new routine: smoothie as a breakfast and then workout. No more solid food :)))

7 days no coffee, probably going to have some on Sunday though because I'll be sleeping over my friend's house and she always makes it in the morning but I'm fine with that; my goal is to only have coffee socially and not be drinking it day-in and day-out at home. I'm not physically addicted to it to where having it will make me fall off the wagon.
Also yesterday is the first day I officially look skinnier on cam; like a week ago I had started noticing some little differences that only I would notice, but yesterday was the first day that I noticed an all over thinning out.

I can't believe how out of shape I am. First week of 21 Day Fix is almost done and I could barely keep up.
Definately gonna repeat week 1, next week. From week 2 I will add Transform 20. I expect to get my fitness memory back by then, haha!
Ok, this week I was PMS'ing and been on period too and that could actually matter. But still... I used to go on 10 hour hiking trips, being on period and I was keeping up with the men, mostly in front of the group. And this week I felt like the train hit me.

Made it to 8 days of no coffee and then I had a small cup at my friend's in the morning like I figured I would....however when I got home I was so sleep deprived that I had zero energy all day so I used up the last of my pre-workout(not coffee but still a big caffeine source) so I could have some energy just to get up and clean and try to get all the wine out of my clothes from the night before. Which btw I got possibly the drunkest I have ever been and still had no hangover, I really thought I finally was going to wake up with one but nope thank god. I don't know why I don't get them but I'm not complaining.
I also didn't work out for two days in a row due to the above, today I start anew. :meditate:

I did not work out yesterday; I was planning to work out at night but when I hopped on cam to do one last hour at night it was really busy so I chose to stay online for another hour instead of working out. Since I haven't been drinking coffee I've been falling asleep earlier, so by 9pm it's wind-down time(late-night workouts were previously the norm for me). I made sure to go hard during today's workout and I got it done early. Also now that I've cut down so much on my caffeine intake I have more energy and my workouts are energizing me instead of draining me.
At first when I switched to green tea I would make a brew with 4 teabags(and drink like 3/4s of it first thing in the morning and the other 1/4 later in the day) and after a week I went down to 3, starting tomorrow I'll go down to 2. I really like having coffee or tea first thing in the morning, after so many years of doing it I think I now need that early energizing placebo effect so when I run out of tea I might switch to having tea from a 1 teabag brew of black tea. There'd a thai iced tea recipe that I want to make so I need to buy black tea anyway. Although I love the fact that green tea has l-theanine. Maybe I'll alternate with my matcha.

Camming is a little exercise, depending on what you do. I could be counted as a rest day. At least you made some extra money.
Making your tea for the day in advance is a good idea! Other than my green tea w/ mint, I only drink herbal teas. You seem to have good habits.

I skipped my workout the next day because I was sore from the day before and I had a headache for most of the day too. I am also off my diet for today in celebration of Valentine’s Day; I made 4 apple tarts and ate them all and I plan on eating more of my chocolates. I haven’t really been on a DIET diet though, I’ve just been trying to choose lighter meals more often than not and I only have dessert at dessert time(all my teeth are sweet teeth and I can have desserts for every meal of the day). It’s been working though because my V-taper is officially coming back:

I looked around and didnt see any threads for offering support and accountability to lose weight / get in shape / whatever the fitness goal may be.
I am completely and totally losing grip of my weight right about now...I already needed to lose some weight, but from sitting around at home and ordering Ubereats all the time, my weight is on a speedrun to the top. I've been trying to watch what I eat and exercise, but my motivation level is in the pits. So thought Id reach out and see if anyone else would be interested in a daily check in to help get and stay on track
When this crisis is over, I'd like to at least be able to say I worked hard at something and have the body as proof of that :D
I don't order food or go to restaurants for pickup, and I strictly limit what I bring into my home from the store. That's about the only way I can lose weight. When it's nice out, I go running, since the gyms and health clubs are all shut down, and there's not too much else to do. I've lost about 20 lbs since the start of the pandemic. I used to go to bars and restaurants a lot, just to get out, but I can't do that anymore, and that has helped. I try to make it as difficult as possible for me to eat too much, because I don't have self control. If I bring home a 1/2 gallon of ice cream, I know it will be gone in a day or two, so I don't.

^^Thanks, idk why the pic is that huge though, I guess because I did it on my phone.
There's a protein shake that I just started making that I love, it tastes borderline decadent. It's like a 3/4 cup of frozen mixed berries, a full scoop of vanilla protein powder, maybe like a tablespoon of unsweetened cocoa powder, and some water(I don't use a lot so it will have a thicker consistency) all blended together. It's like a chocolate-berry smoothie.

I think I am gonna die tomorow. It's been 5 hours since the workout and now, when I am breathing I feel my abs sore. And I feel it more and more intense, I think it's gonna be fun when I wake up :))

Because I tend to dilly-dally a lot today I timed myself and gave myself an hour to complete my workout. I finished it and had 8 extra minutes so I did an additional exercise. I'm going to start doing this each time, it makes the rest of the day a lot easier when I can get it out of the way quickly like that.
I've still been lowering the caffeine; I went down to two teabags of green tea a day and then when I got down to three bags left I split the 3 between two days(although I also had an additional glass of black tea yesterday later on). Starting tomorrow I'll use up my matcha by doing a 1/2 teaspoon of it every morning(which has under 40mg of caffeine) and when it's gone I'll buy decaf green tea. I have also been craving a latte in the worst way but I was wary of decaf coffee because I know it still has caffeine, but I was googling and the amount of caffeine in decaf coffee is way less than in green tea so next time I go to the store I'm getting some.

If you have access to a pullup bar you can hang from, I've found knee lifts to be a very good abs workout. Also, any cardio exercise will burn fat around the abs. Jumping rope, running, or going on a treadmill are all good.
Your abs look great in your photo, so whatever you're doing seems to be working.

Right now I am doing the 21 Day Fix program. I am paying subscription on Beachbodyondemand.com . And today I had to choose between Pilates Fix and Abs Fix. I hate Pilates, so i went for the abs one :)).

I've been trying to figure out more ab stuff to do, I am a big fan of elbow planks but when I do them for over 2 minutes my shoulder joints ache so bad. At one point I was working up to being able to do 5 minute planks but once I got to being able to do around 4.5 minute ones I gave up because it hurt my shoulders so much. I just recently started doing planks with weights on my back which I really like because it's really hard so my core gives out before my shoulders do.
I tried doing that thing where it's like sit ups but you hold a weight out in front of you so it's a harder sit up, I tried two ways one way with feet anchored and one way with feet unanchored and each time my abs got no fatigue, only the fronts of my shoulders from holding the weight out. And it was only ten pounds so it's not like it was too heavy.

I haven't been doing my daily workouts, but that's no longer my plan. I've increased the volume and intensity and so I think I actually need a little time to recover now. I used to just do a shorter workout daily. I still plan to do 5-6 days a week though.
ETA I'm still not getting my workouts done as early as I'd like, I'd love to be able to be DONE by noon. I really need to hop on the ball quicker after I wake up in the morning. I usually wake up between 7:30-8:30 so there's no reason to not have my workout done by noon.

If you're having trouble getting yourself to do it, then just do something simple and short, just to get in the habit. If you try to do too much, you'll end up not wanting to do it. In Japan they have this technique called the "one minute principle", where you start doing something for just one minute a day, just to get used to being consistent, and then build on it from there. Here's a video on it:

Most ideal Way to watch prime video is through your keen TV, simply go to any web browser and open amazon web link . at that point enter your television code you can find on tv screen. If it isn't introduced, you can enter the MYTV application store to download it. When you have it, continue to sign in with your username and secret word to begin appreciating the programming you have.

^^^You know what helps me get in the mood to workout? Watching fitness girls’ workout videos on YouTube. I especially like to watch videos from when they’re prepping for competitions and look super shredded, it doesn’t guilt me into working out it makes me just genuinely want to get up and do it. I will watch multiple videos and fast forward to the workout sections(if they’re vloggers and showing a lot of other stuff in the video aside from working out).
