[QUOTE=whirlerz;3212104]Personal Injury lawyers share whether she has a valid case

I can see her dilemma but geez. I wouldn't be suing someone for an obvious mistake on my part. It isn't a hair product. She should feel blessed she got free care from a plastic surgeon. But in court the hair vs skin matter may hold up. I thought contact on hair was on the warning?

If this happens and she gets a nice settlement.... I'll be heading to my local home depot for gorilla glue and some random wig shop for my turn before they change the bottle warnings. I need a vacation bahaha. jk jk. I'd show up on the news "The same thing happened to me!!" bahahaha

highly doubt she’d win a lawsuit.

she did however get some go fund me money for the glue removal surgery but the physician offered to do the surgery free so I guess she gets to keep gofund me money?

When I heard about this and heard about the GoFundMe page, I was like wow...um...alrighty then...

Speaking of dumb shit...I just remembered the time (as a kid) I decided to put a popcorn kernel in my ear because I wanted to see if it'd get stuck. Oh, it got stuck alright.....lmao. I remember people at church struggling to get it outta my ear, and someone taking me to the hospital. Lol. I can laugh about it now, but I also feel bad for putting people through that.

My OLDER sister once put a marble up her nose! I just remember it was a huge ordeal and neighbors kept showing up to dislodge it. Eventually it popped out because of all the tears and snot running down her face. Too bad smart phones werent a thing back then because I would have been all over it!

She should give it back!
I forget how, but she made $ iff this, (not the GoFundMe)

She leveraged the hell out of social media - created merchandise to sell on her accounts, got verified on her Instagram, etc.

I personally don’t think it was anything wrong per say to monetize this situation because it seemed like an accident this happened and technically if she was out of work and did not have like a short term disability insurance then she probably needed some money to keep her bills paid while she was out of work dealing with this.

it’s a good thing the doctor donated his services and she in turn donated her go fund me money

I wonder if Gorilla Glue saw an increase in sales from all of the publicity they got.
