Omg I used to go to Friendly's when I was in high school and order those bigass sundaes and share them with my girlfriends. Haven't been to a Friendly's in so long!
I want a Carl's Jr. Veggie burger now...
Have no new poop stories to share. It's been like clockwork as usual.

I had Friendly's delivered today via Uber Eats. My stomach felt better after dropping those turds into the toilet.....

Has anyone here read about the sugar free Haribo gummy bears and the reviews they’ve gotten on Amazon?
I’m disappointed they were discontinued, as I wanted to find out for myself. Not by trying them myself, but perhaps leaving a bowl of them in the break room at work and seeing what happened.
There are plenty of other sugar-free candies that produce the same "laxative" effect when eaten. For instance, if you look up Sugar-free Jelly Belly jelly beans... it will tell you, "WARNING: Consumption may cause stomach discomfort and/or a laxative effect. Individual tolerance will vary; we suggest starting with 8 beans or less."
So buy a big bag and put them in the break room! lol

There's a warning label on some high protein bars that caution that their product may cause gastrointestinal distress. LORD have mercy on my soul, I was violently farting all the time and only kept using the bars because it was high protein as well as low calorie.

Yeah protein (too much) can cause constipation so it helps to combine with water n fiber n probiotics to help flush it out
Anyone using bidets?

I purchased one during the toilet paper crisis of 2020 but never installed it. I bought the one below that's 35 bucks. I've heard bidets are popular and commonly used in Europe or something?? I don't get if people just air dry their vagina out after being hosed down with the bidet or rely on toilet paper to dry themselves? I panic purchased it due to coronavirus LOL.

Many freestanding bidets (not like what you bought) have a "blow dry" feature that dries the area. Otherwise, you'd use toilet paper to dry it. Supposedly you'd use less toilet paper to dry it than you would normally use to wipe.

I did with my first. The medical staff don't even say anything. They just clean it up and clean the baby up.
When I was a kid, I was told by my mom and aunt that it happens and it really really made me very sad because I was extremely shy even to fart when I was alone...and I ve been told every woman has to give birth eventually. So I was thinking about it with a mix of horror, despair and shame. I am so thankful that I realized women actually have the right to choose nowadays.
Wendi, you amaze me. So much respect, and also after that story about public restrooms. You truly have nerves of steel. I just couldn't.

Oh, yes. I was raised being told the same thing, that it was a duty of women to do so. Thankfully I learned otherwise and the only babies I’ve spawned were food babies.
Speaking of, I had a rather odd one a few days back. It was small chunks and sat in the bottom of the toilet… I hate to say it, but it kinda looked like it had been formed into a loaf, like meatloaf.

Yes and no. There just sort of came a point where I began to understand it in the larger scope of realizing that life didn’t have to be what had been laid out for me. I was raised in a way of life which I just felt was not meant for me with every fiber of my being. And it’s a mixed bag. On the one hand of course I’m relieved that I did go my own way, even though some aspects of it didn’t go in fantastic directions. But there’s always the feeling that I’ve let my family down at the same time.

oh, I can relate. I had that feeling of being in wrong genre. As if I was drama actress put in comedy movie or vice versa. Same about family, and though that feeling of letting them down is not powerful, sometimes it hits me.

Some real good shit in this thread. :D
Anyway, the eat plenty of fiber, drink plenty of liquids advice. To further elaborate, one should drink at least 64 oz. of water, or 1/2 your weight in ounces, whichever is greater. (i.e. a 150 lb. person should drink at least 75 oz. of water, a 200 lb. average tuscl member should drink 100 oz. of water per day, and so on.) Coffee and colas are diuretics that make you pee before water has a chance to make your intestine contents more soluble. So caffeine can be a stimulant of sorts if you've already drank plenty of water.
On the flip side, avoid/minimize salty foods (think pizzas, potato chips, pretzels, etc) which tend to plug you up. Foods in the BRAT category (bananas, rice, applesauce, toast, which are suggested to ingest if you have diarrhea) should also be minimized.
There was a thread on tuscl a while ago asking if one has ever shit in a strip club rest room. When I have more time, I may share my post there in a future posting.

damn, this thread ;D I re-read it and just saw the question about rainbow shit. Yeah it happens. Once I ordered a cake for the birthday party and wanted it to be black. They added some kind of dye there, and then everyone who ate it started to complain about green shit they made after that party. I have to say it looks better than the usual shit though! Very aesthetic! ;D

Ooh a poo thread I love it!
The best thing I ever did for my health and especially digestion was ditch fibre and sugar. When you’re only consuming animal based nutrition and eating plenty of saturated fat which gets the REAL moisturising agent for heavenly plops - bile - flowing - you will go as often as you pee.
In 5 years I’ve gone from raw vegan to zero carb carnivore high saturated fat moderate protein and look 20 years younger. Bit annoying on cam so I uploaded a copy of my passport to screen share to shit up those who think I’m lying about my age.
The brilliant life changing book The Fibre Menace explains way better than I
Starting the day with an effortless poo is just a dream for me as a life long constipation sufferer. I was so ill looked like shi had serious acute and chronic health issues which all fucked off when I ditched fibre
My experience is typical not unique
I’m a Personal Trainer and all the clients who do this have the same thing. Every. Fucking. One.

I found/ate half of this frozen cauliflower pizza (cooked of course), which happened to be on sale then went to bed.
Was woken out of my sleep with stomach pains
To my horror it was diarrhea
3 times I was awakened out of my sleep!!!
I don’t know if the fact it was on sale had anything to do with it or what but there was half left over. I don’t think I’ll be eating the rest

We both got the cauliflower shits! UGHHH I felt like I shit my life out today. I admit, I moaned while pushing once bahahaha because it hurt. I finally pooped the power bowl of cauliflower, bits of chicken and greens out as well as a burrito. I kept thinking "When is this gonna stop!!?!"

Aaargh I knew that humans were naturally carnivorous!;D
Your observation is priceless, because I 've always thought that fibre helped to shit! Damn I wanna try it too now! Been vegan for 3 years then said 'fuck it' because it felt so sad. I love meat, but always thought it should be combined with veggies! Thank you! I should try it, I might start dying without sweets but it's so worthy to try! hahaha (The thing you describe is keto, am I right?)

Yeah, that's true about the uniqueness of everyone's body! Docs always suggest vegs (well to me at least), but I ve read about keto that it' s based on what northern people eat, I mean VERY northern lol, so they have no vegs but they survive well on meat proteins and fats. What do you mean with climate change?
And Ive also read about sugars, that it's added almost in every kind of food nowadays, and if you cut it completely, it improves the health etc. I tried it,but it requires to check our what every certain product contains, and eventually it bored me lol

Raising animals to eat instead of eating plants is one of the biggest contributors to climate change, food scarcity, and a host of other problems (including long-term health problems). If you grow a plant and eat a plant, that's relatively efficient. But if you grow an animal that's eating hundreds of pounds of plants and consuming large amounts of fresh water, and all you get out of that is a few steaks, then that's far less efficient. The environmental impact of animal farming is obscene.
I'm mentioning it because this isn't some political agenda / conspiracy theory, it's science. Even if someone doesn't care about animal welfare, reducing the amount of meat one consumes is one of the best things one can do for the environment. I'm not vegan or vegetarian, but i really try to avoid eating any meat other than sustainable fish (mackerel, Alaskan salmon, sardines) a few times a week. And obviously the fishing industry isn't perfect either, but it's way better than cows / chicken, etc.
The goal is reduction, not elimination, and being more mindful of sourcing. Basically, the larger the animal you're eating, the larger the environmental impact. I won't link any articles here, but there is a ton of info out there for anyone who wants to know more!

I know my post is a bummer, sorry, guys. :( I think a lot of people have just never learned about the connection between the foods we choose to eat (demand) and how those choices affect production/ industry (supply). The choices we make on a large scale have huge effects on the environment. I'm not saying that one person switching to a high-meat diet is going to cause an ecological collapse, but individuals make up larger groups, and larger groups help to make a positive impact by reducing meat consumption.
Anyway, let's get back to talking about shit lol

Those are he worst. You wake up feeling like your bowels are getting tied into a knot, and you try to ignore it and go back to sleep because you don’t want to get out of bed, it eventually you have no choice. That’s why I don’t go to Panda Express anymore. Shame, because I really do like the Beijing beef there. It doesn’t love me back, though.

Usually significant dietary changes of any kind will temporarily result in digestive issues. The pancreas actually adjusts the kinds of enzymes it secretes to break down whatever your standard diet is, and it takes time to adjust (by producing different ratios of enzymes) to new diets! :P

no, no, your post was great! I did not think of it this way. But you re right! I am sorry to sound cynical, but I think the main problem of it is too many people. And anyways, no matter how many animals they raise to consume, there is still famine in some regions. Everything works...not...perfectly. No balance.
And yeah, many people think their personal choices don't affect the planet that much. My friends laugh at me when I say I wanna recycle my papers/clothes, because they say: oh yeah, sure, you 'll make a HUGE change to the whole situation with your choice!''

Totally true, but for some, the nutritional need for meat will never go away.
I can't be on a plant-only diet due to my health issues. So for some, being a carnivore is the only way to be.
