Sorry for the total Hijack:
You are in Seattle? Where do you dance? It isa good place?
Yup! Haven't been dancing for a couple months because of the hassles up here, but I have danced at Extasy for 10 years off and on, Tacoma Vu, Sugars, Honey's Fantasy Express (Looong time ago!), the last placer was Extasy, now it appears to be gone (good riddance, thanks to the new owner), so I'm just working the "regular" job.

It only hurt for a couple days. It took a while to heal completely... but it only hurt for like 2 or 3 days, if I remember right. Some people, it hurts. others, it doesn't. I went with a friend who went first and said she couldn't feel anything. I went... and it DID hurt. Of course, she was fatter than me and I think mine actually went through the muscle, not just skin and fat. God, it was so long ago. If you can handle tats like that, u will have NO problem with ur belly ring.
Bella, thanks so much for the info. I'm actually going to put this off for about 9 months. Just found out that I'm pregnant! I was looking for a reason to quit but I was gonna wait until after the holidays. Timing is everything! ::)

LOL you wouldnt be interested in marketing him to others for the job would you?
Well if I got it for free, I would be sure to tell everyone I met! I actually draw a lot of stuff for other people as well as my own. I'm pretty good with drawing and stuff. I have a degree in visual art and I like to draw in general.
It just gets so expensive to pay to have it inked you know.

That's cool to meet someone up here in Seattle. I never hear anything good about the clubs up here. I have never been, but I will soon for a bachelor party that I'm supposed to be planning and I'd totally like to go somewhere nice.
Was talking to susan here on the board and she was not too excited about the clubs up here.

Bachelor parties can be fun, help liven the places up, but the bigest problem, I've seen is when a party goes somewhere to drink, then they show up at the clubs, and they are sometimes out of control by that point. I like it much better when I'm somewhere that serves alcohol, and the guys maintain an attitude level that works with the club's atmosphere.

Ah, don't think we'll be getting too rowdy. We are all pretty mellow guys. We do plan on getting pretty drunk for this special occasion, but as the best man, I think I have to stay somewhat sober and keep the guys in line. We are not troublemakers by any means and I'd say were all pretty responsible.
Not gonna be harrassing dancers or puking on the floor or anything. We just gotta find a good place.

I have two.
I have the japanese symbol for "mother" on my lower back with my son's birthdate underneath.
My second one is on the inside of my left ankle. It's my sign (Capricorn) and my son's sign (Sagittarius) hooked together.
