Been pulled over more times than I can count leaving work. They always ask if I have been drinking(i never drink at work) then ask for my paperwork. I am always polite and have never gotten a ticket. I did get asked out once and the same cop pulled me over a couple more times for no reason than to say hi. too bad he wasnt cute!

This is a perfect example of abuse of power - even if you did think it was harmless. To someone else it was wrong and unprofessional.

One of my friends got pulled over after work, I got the call to go and get her. She was harassed and even told to give up all of her money or go to jail. Which she did and the officer took her to jail anyway. They said she was under suspicion of being under the influence. This poor little girl never did anything wrong, she did not even SWEAR.

I, personally have been pulled over more times than I can to count and harassed for no reason. As I keep all of licenses and tags up to date. I don't break laws and I most certainly do not do drugs.

I tremble ever time I see a police car or a police officers uniform because I just -know- one of them is going to hassle me for some reason. I don't mean any disrespect to the officer who posted - I have yet to mean a good cop and I've met quite a few.

Ughh I get irratated.. maybe becuase I've yet to have a GOOD run in with the law... the first time they pulled me out of the car and searched me for no reason other than my boyfriend was speeding, and another time we were at a TWENTY FOUR HOUR car wash and a cop came qizzing by and asked for our ID and I'd just come from work and I only had my aduly entertainer card and when he saw it he started asking more and more questions and treated it like I was a prostitute selling myself to none other than my BOYFRIENd haha...

I dunno.. I just don't like bad cops.. who does? lol The good guy cops rock though.. I've yet to meet them yet :o(

Your cop was sooooooo gay. what a homo!!!!!!!

Sweetheart, homo doesn't equal stupid. (I'm still angry that gay has become an alternative for stupid.)

Back on topic:

Sadly, this is becoming increasingly common. (Or perhaps, people are just becoming more aware of it.)

Yeah I usually "get stopped" at the convience store a block from the club when I work just so they (cops) can say hi, and make sure I'm ok.

They aren't using me, or treating me bad, they know where I work and that I am more succeptable to have something bad happen to me, so they check in evryonce in a while to see if I'm ok.

It doesn't bother me in the least, I actually like that they care so much.
