I've said it before, I'll say it again: a sea sponge. None of that toxic bleached rayon sitting in you for hours, all hard making you cramp around it. Just lovely, soft, natural sea sponge. Just rinse and re-insert :-)

On heavier flow days I use organic tampons sans the applicator (just like OB, only they are made entirely of organic unbleached cotton...no nasty dioxin)
with the string cut off.
I would love to use a Diva Cup, but mine often leaks juuuuuuust enough to stain my underwear.
