Actually, housing use to be cheaper here. But if you are talking about buying property,I think we have caught up with the rest of the country on that one. They just had a huge article in st.pete times on real estate and how home prices have gone up 60% in the last three years.I built my house in 2002 for 160,000,I could sell it know for 230,000,just had it appraised, hell were I live you cant touch property for less than 180,000 and thats for crap, average prices in this area are more in the high 200s,its ashame like 5 years ago you could get a nice brand new house for like 150,000.

I don't know where in FL you are, but on the north east coast, you can get a pretty big house for 150.

so what about clubs between say sarasota and tampa are they bad for high contact like s fl

Mons Venus (Tampa) is a great club to work at during Sept-March. All dances are given out in the open and there are no private rooms. Very high hustle factor and beautiful women. You can make good money as long as you are on your toes. It is full contact but you cannot pick both feet off the floor when giving a dance. No extras here whatsoever. They are picky about who they hire but the mgmt. is awesome. Ybor and Odsessy a lot of extras go on in private areas. They have curtains over the private rooms lol

Question: where can I find info on this subject except pertaining to Los Angeles? I'm considering becoming an exotic dancer but want the facts before I make a decision.

Thanks

YOu don't earn the same money in any field in Florida than you would in NY or LA. But like you said, we have great weather and cheaper housing.

And in Florida you don't have to deal with state and city income taxes either. That fact alone typically increases after-tax earnings by 10% !
