Forum upgraded.

I've upgraded the forum. There have been several bug fixes and it should run faster now! File attaching is disabled, but I should have it working again soon. If you come across any errors, please post here or message me. While it took 4 days to finish...it's gone really smooth...makes me think some errors may pop-up.
