You're so cute Eevee!!!
Let me tell you, I was always able to do the splits, but after I had my son (who is now 11 months) I had to work to do them again. That video clip of me was made probably 8 onths or so after I had my son. But when my son was two months old, I started taking pole dancing classes at the studio I later worked at just as a fun way to get back into shape.
At the studio, her classes were designed alot like the S-Factor in that we would do and hour of sexed up Yoga/Pilates before the pole stuff. It really did help me to get back my flexability ... quickly. BUT I have abnormally flexable hips, not everyone is that flexable naturally. My advice ... Yoga/Pilates ... and DON'T hurt yourself!!! Push yourself, yes... force yourself, NO ;)
