ZOWIE - bumps on your poor bummie! :(
Sometimes all the cleaning can further irritate an already aggravated condition.
SEE a dermatologist, dont walk - RUN.
Many pustules are cleared up with antibiotics - if one doesnt work try another, they can be very specific in their function so dont give up if one perscription didnt work.
I found that alpha hydroxy helps - there is a product thats uses lactic acid 12% that is amazing clearing up those deep painful ones. ASK your pharmacist what he has behind the counter.
ALWAYS use an anti bacterial soap. stay away from bath foams or scented body washes, give em all up for some good quality anti bacterial soaps - Melalueca has an amazing anti bacterial soap that aslo has tea tree oil in it (very beneficial).
Cotton ginchies a must. let it breathe!!! Use thongs if possible -
Clear em up then worry about minimizing the scarring.
The lactic acid will fade them as well.
But you do have a great shape to your butt though!
Good luck!

in response:
jeez, sorry. I wasn't feeling well and I was going to bed, first of all.
and anyway, if some stranger messaged you and the only thing they said to you was pretty much "your ass looks like you sat on some piece of crap toliet" you would feel great and be like "oh thank you for telling me that!" ????!!!!
the skin on your ass looks like shit. you need to scub and maybe see a facialist about it. ??? ???
You really dont have any constructive criticism do you? Wheres YOUR ass pic?
And a facialist for her ass??? I guess I'll see a gynecologist to check out my ears.
Wow! There are some nice asses in here!!! Hehehe...Dallas here...I get them from dirty stages. Cleaning you ass after each set is a good idea! Also, if I get a nasty honker, I put neosporin on it with a bandaid. Takes away the pain too!

God MAC girl! Why in the hell would you cake make-up on an infection? Would you put that stuff on someone's face with boils like that? She doesn't need to dry it out or cover it up! She needs to clear it up and then keep it clean.

Obviously, I'm not the only one this has happened to. My problem has been better (knock on wood) lately. What I have been doing is using proactive on my butt. I never sit directly on the toilet w/o either a using toilet paper to sit on or having just cleaned the seat. I never sit my bare butt on any seat at work. If it is unavoidable, I have antibacterial wipes made by wet ones and germ x. Either one I find first I use as quickly as possible after "the sitting". I noticed also that my Victoria's Secret body spray is mostly alcohol so might as well give the butt a spray every now and then. A lot of the girls I work with that wear bikinis carry something to sit on.

I have a similar problem too! What's been helping me is using and antibacterial soap in the shower- The liquid kind, not a bar soap. Exfoliate 1-2 times a week, anymore and you run the risk of actually irritating the skin more and making it more prone to breakouts. VenusGoddess is right - witch hazel has cleared me up within the last few days. Alcohol may be too abrasive for the skin and drying it out too much will cause the problem to get worse. As far as lotion is concerned, get you hands on some J&J Clean and Clear w/ Salicylic acid in it. That works wonders on the butt!!!! As far as the scars, the will eventually fade, maybe even disappear. First order of business is to whip the skin into shape. If all else fails, get Retin-A from yor dermatologist, although my dermatologist strangely could not help me out.
And yeah, you know your rump is cute, cute, cute!!!!!!!!!

I went to the dermatologist for a scar from a bump I got a long time ago. He injected me with some cortizone and prescribed me with mederma and neosporin scar pads ( wear pad on top of mederma lotion), both which can be bought almost anywhere that has a pharmacy. See the dermatologist ASAP, your case may be different and treatment varies such as if its an itchy scar, raised scar etc.
Your ass still looks scrumdiddlyumptious!!! It's gotta be a felony to have a butt that looks that good. I've never wanted to listen to Scruff McGruff so bad and help take a bite out of crime!

Hi Raven,
This is an old thread but i'm gonna reply anyway.....
You do have a nice figure (nicely shaped booty)& those bumps can be treated by a good derm. ;) Not sure what I would do so i'm only suggestion this may be good for you. Apply Retin A to get rid of the zits, after they dry off put some sort of fade cream for the blotches. The one thing that worked wonders on my stretch marks I have on my hips, was Shea cocoa butter mixed with a capsule of vitamin E 1000. You can't really see the stretch marks, they're almost invisible. I do it almost every night, & started to see the change for about a month. What you do it poke the capsule, smear one on each side then rub in the Shea cocoa butter. Also, wash your body with Tree oil soap....someone else recommended it too, it's good for imperfections. I'm gonna check the name of the soap when I get home.
Good luck & let us know how it turned out. :)

Wow I thought I was the only one who had that problem! However I don't get em' on my butt in the same area. I get them from time to time right below the crotch, where the ass just begins. The part that we really sit on. They hurt like hell. They do fade with time, but I found that using acne medication on your ass, just like you'd use on your face, helps. Any acne wash and toner should keep the bumps at bay. But you have to be diligent about it. As far as fade creams, Ambi works very well on ethnic skin, although u could really use any fade cream. As for exfoliating, you don't want to do that too much cuz' it could irritate the skin and make the problem worse. Don't scrub ur butt too hard, and no more than 3 times a week. But the key is to do the acne wash and toner everyday! Twice a day if u have the time. I hope that helps u.

You do have a very nice shape to your ass, but I would see a dermi for that. You should not constantly have that problem. Don't worry, it will get better, but you need some treatment for it. Everyone here has given great advice. At home when I am in regular clothes, certain fabrics especially ones that are not 100% cotton tend to make my ass itch. I have a slight allergy to the wrong fabric's on my bum which is why I have worn thongs since the 5th grade. LOL ;D

Get Benzemycin it is an antibiotic benzoyl peroxide cream that you can get by perscription, I had the same problem from the stage.... it is usually caused by staph and then aggrivated by lotions and oils from other girls getting on the open boils. After my dermatologist gave me the cream it went away directly. I still use the cream every night as a precaution. Also 3 dermatologists have told me to stay away from antibacterial gel hand sanitizers. Using them is unhealthy because they are made out of alcohol mostly so when you clean your hands with them they take off the natural oil layer that your skin secrets this dries out the hand more and bacteria is able to settle into the cracks and lines of your hand particularly your palm where the il would normally protect. Then you have the bacteria on your hands and when you touch other parts of your body (ie butt) you transfer it there. it isnt good to use alcohol based products on other parts of your body for the same reason in excess.

Ok that Tree oil bar of soap I was talking about, the brand name is called "Basis" & it comes in a white box. Tree oil glycoren(sp?) soap is the best thing you can use for any type of acne.

It might be a fungus condition. I used to date a doctor that got stuff on his back something like that and he took something for it to clear it up. I'd definitely see a dermitologist. I think you have a wonderful shaped ass and thighs. I'm not posting my thighs on here unless I get them tighter and then MAYBE I'd post a before and after.

hey, girl, I hope you don't have staph cause that is some nasty ass shit that you will need to get fixed by a doctor. I use a face cleaner on my butt in the shower (clearasil on it for a few minutes and rinse) as well as a scrub brush. Also, sounds like your costumes are chafing and not letting your skin breath- and with all that sweat and dirt....yikes. look into fabrics that breath...maybe a bikini outfit (more are starting to have breathable fabric)
good luck!
