Thanx for calling me out though.....
I have much love and respect for great talent and a great couple. I think they both know it. I am very well spoken for and happily so. Am into both men and women.
If anything.....never mind :)
The King Dj is in Memphis and his beautiful lady is right here with him.
I got my own King if you dig my words....and I treat my women like princess' too.
Actually, I work with this lovely lady and see how they are with each other as a couple and express admiration. I have it in my own household and ain't nothing gonna mess with that.
I wanted to give a shout out acknowledging her story. And that am here to back that a** up. It's an old post I guess but I ran into her reviews, read her post and am supporting her statement.
It was fun hearing your thoughts, though. Create the drama honey. :gasp: :cupid:
Always....Wildrose

lol
maybe a newbie king!!!
5 years ago when i was in memphis courting kings with gold,I took all I found, and still didnt have enough to cover full shifts in Little Rock.
So I,the chosen one,had to move his offspring to that area temporarily, and reign supreme.
If you were in memphis 5 years ago,you felt my(not really "my"but my club owners) wrath.
We took your best dj's and your best dancers!!!!
Nnener neener!!!!
When i left,a darkness fell over the lands, and all mourned.
It was inevitable that a new king would rise from the ashes.
Just remember, you gotta go thru the queen to get to the new born king.;)

The only point i can see darkness making is this: Sometimes there are pervy asshole djs(and owner, managers, bouncers, etc) that just want to get laid and will try to hit any every new girl before they "know better"
But dating...thats another story...you cant help where you find love...even if drama is attached. I have personally seen more people that work in the club grow to mistrust and dislike dancers based on the hundreds of psychos they meet....anyway..Darkness if you dont want a new one ripped for you i would suggest posting a little more clearly and ALOT more maturely.

I guess i'll jump in on this one..
Being a Dj for so long I have dated many dancers. I, however have never chased after one or came onto one. If one approaches me and just wants to have fun, thats fine and dandy. I dont agree with the guys that spend all there time getting laid. I have had several long term relationships with them as well (currently I have been with an ex-dancer for over 3 years and will be married soon).
There is kind of a catch 22 when it comes to dj's dating, most dj's cant find a "normal" girl, cause they cannot handle what they do for a living, sometimes at first they can but then you get accused of fucking all the dancers ...etc etc.
So you get stuck dating in the business becuase dancers are the only ones who understand the game.
I have dated good ones and bad ones, but I wouldnt have met the "perfect match" for me, if it wasnt for the Dj/dancer combo, so if it works, go fo it.
On the flip side, Dj's dating the dancers can cause WAY to much drama, if it is just a mess, and you shouldnt just bang every new girl that comes along, i always believe if you get the reputation (and boy do the girls talk) of being a horny dog, then it will hurt your money in the long run. Plus when other girls find out, they cut your throat to the customers "Oh, shes fucking the dj".
Drama, Drama, Drama...

Most couples I know have met either thru workplaces or friends... What makes a strip club any different? I say if they can keep it on a professional level at work and keep the two areas separate.. go for it.
Right. Why would a strip club be any different than any other work place? If the DJ is male and he's hetro, he's going to be attracted to a dancer at some point. I mean the guy is there 40 hours a week, week after week. Is he really going to put himself on a "no-dating dancers policy"? I don't think so.
Oh, and I doubt the DJ became a DJ for the sole purpose of bedding a stripper or two. Sheesh, I don't get this whole dating controversy. I understand that it's not a good idea for dancers to date customers, but if you bring men and women together, under any conditions, there is going to be attraction and ultimately romance. So now some will take the next step and rule out co-workers? Where does the line stop exactly? How many potential mates and partners will be ruled out simply because of some arbitrary rule?
Sometimes following your heart is a good thing.

I agree. If a dancer is hetero and can't date djs, managers, bouncers or customers, and she's full time, who is she supposed to date? Most dancers aren't regular church goers, so that leaves guys she runs into in the supermarket or bars (if she goes to them on her night off, which she may not care to). That doesn't seem like a great pool to me.

I know what the poster is saying it is so annoying to have that dj or bouncer that asks out every new dancer the club hires. The club i danced at is full of that shit in smaller clubs it breeds drama and everyone talkes about it. No matter what you say in smaller clubs the dj/bouncers girlfriend thinks she rules the club and that everyone must lye down before her. I know i saw it first hand.

So that means every woman who dates a bouncer or DJ will be that way? Just who would you allow dancers to date?

funny thought i don't know who dancers can date becuse dj's and bouncer are off limits and so are custmers so then you are a whore and when we spend most of our time at the club god only knows best to already be attached lol lol oh but if you are already attached don't bring your man to the club or the will be drama there to lol lol
why do they think it's nessecary to get a dancer to be there girlfriends?
People who share alot in common are just naturaly going to be more likely to date.

Oh, and I doubt the DJ became a DJ for the sole purpose of bedding a stripper or two.
I have never met a dj or any male staff member who didnt enter into this industry without that thought in mind.
Sorry, its what brought us all here.
Saying a guy didnt come into this industry for the sex is like saying the dancer didnt come into it for the money.
Sure, some enter into this industry for the art of it all.<smirk>
look at what some really great, school trained managers make in this industry, they aint here for the money, thats for sure.
Im guessing the national average for floor managers is around 500 a week.
They could do better, with full bennies,at MacDonalds.
And its far less headache, hands down.
Doorguys for the most part, dont fare better then the waitresses.
Dj's make money in this industry, but usually not real money at first,at first, they will take any money, only because of the females and the sex involved.
They cant belive they are actually getting paid for this shit!!!!
The next time you see a new dj at a club.
A young,stud muffin sorta guy.
Its like stinkbait to catfish.
The dancers cant stay away,at least not the newbies.
Its almost like they storm the dj booth in mass!!!!!!!
what is he to do???
He has no choice......
I swear it unfolds like a story book.
its the same story,it never changes!!!!
Doesnt matter how many times the old dj tells the young Jedi dj"dont do it man, gonna be baaaaaaaaaad",the young dj NEVER NEVER NEVER fuckin listens.
Every DJ in this business must walk this mile.
Its sucks really if you think about it.
When the dj's cherry is popped and ownership is called by one of the girls,it always means either a really kewl dancers leaves,or he does.(sometimes this takes hours, days, weeks, sometimes its a year of hell)
The odds of nothing bad happening are the same with the lotto, some people win and no drama, but it aint often.
A dj is nuts to sleep with an entertainer in a "show bar"!!!Trust me,it never fucking ends well imo!!!!
In a smaller bar,who cares??
Frollick away i say!!!!:)

"I have never met a dj or any male staff member who didnt enter into this industry without that thought in mind."
Oh, I'm sure they had that thought. Any normal young adult is going to have sex on his or her mind 24/7. That doesn't mean someone decides to become a DJ for the "sole" purpose of screwing strippers. Although, I'm sure working with dozens or even hundreds of scantily clad and attractive women is one of the fringe benefits of being a DJ in a strip club.
I'm sure the strip club beats the hell out of weddings and Bar Mitzvahs ;-)
