View Full Version : What is the Scariest Thing that has Happened in Your Club?

This started off kinda scary, but ended really cool. This dancer's husband was always hanging out at the club, sitting at the bar, drinking tea or whatever. He was the nicest guy, and very proud of his wife. But one night, he just flipped out, and started yelling about I don't know what. Our manager escorted him out the door, and that was that for a while. About twenty minutes later, he came running, screaming in the front door, and our manager made a dive-tackle for him. They both ended up on the ground, our manager pinning him to the floor. He was arrested, and our manager had nothing but a rugburn over his left eye.

I checked www.khou.com and I didn't find anything about the shooting. I am going to check a few other websites. But, there has been crazy shit like this happening at St. James in the past. I am surprised they haven't installed a metal detector yet. ::)

I know i'm late but I have a story about my club. My club has a lot of hispanic and black patrons esp. at night. Well one night this black guy got into it with these three hispanic guys. Nobody thought it was anymore than regular old drunk guy arguments. Well when the club closed, the black guy had left a few minutes earlier and he was waiting outside for the three spanish guys and shot two of them in the head as they came out and the third ran. The black guy ran off as well. The dancers there that night said there was blood and brains all over the front of the club and the doors. one of the guys who was killled was only 19 years old. Well I wasn't working that night (I was supposed to but I called out) but the freaky thing was at around the same time of the shooting, I was asleep and I dreamed I was in front of the club and I was being chased by a guy with a gun. Crazy!

Worst ever? Having two Albanian wannabe mafia types shoot a waiter and bouncer to death in cold blood in front of dancers and other workers. I was supposed to work that night, but didn't, thankfully. But, every time I walk through the front door I remind myself that I'm walking over the spots where my co-workers bled to death.
Then there was the time that an ejected customer came back and shot up the front door.
Both of the above at Scores East. The first two were caught and ended up in jail. The other one wasn't ever caught.
Actually, that happened over at Ten's, too (back when it was Stringfellows). That guy was never caught either.
As an addendum, I recall Sheila Cordell, who was pushed out the window by her DJ boyfriend; they both worked at VIP's. Not exactly an "at work" experience, but makes me shudder to think of who might be working with and dating you...
You'd think I'd stop working in these places, eh?

Mine wasnt at a club but it was a big deciding factor to stop modeling. I shot with a photographer named Tony Frederick in Philly in September of last year. Had a good time, shot for 2 days. Check couldnt be cashed :( but he sent me a $1500 money order that I cashed fine. Well, he wanted me to come back but there were problems... he wanted me to pay my own plane ticket.. i rarely do this when Im going to shoot for one person. He said he had a problem with a model, he bought her a ticket and she never showed. Well, after months of back and forth in February I bought a ticket to fly out there. About a week before I left to go I got an email from a model saying that Tony wasnt paying his models and stuff. Her and I went back and forth... HE and I did too... he said she was lying, etc. Well, 2 days before I was supposed to go out I cancelled... losing my $400 for the flight. In April another model comes over and asks who the photographer was for a photo I have. I told her Tony Frederick. She all of a sudden goes "Did you hear about the model who was killed in Philly?" I said no and she got online. Looked it up and there is Tonys mugshot... I was FREAKED. This girl drove out from Canada to do the bondage shoot I was supposed to do. I guess they think it was a planned snuff video. All I could think is that would have been me... a few weeks later I got a call from the cops in Philly asking all this stuff about the case. It was crazy... thats pretty much when I stopped modeling. I only work for a few people now... BIG companies and a couple friends... if you havent heard about the case do a search for Tony Frederick or Natel King (the models name) So sad for someone to die so young. My mom says that I should always follow my gut instinct and I always have and will.

Reading some of these stories, I'm surprised you ladies continue to dance. Stay safe.
My thoughts exactly! I can't get over how genuinely terrifying so many of these stories are. The US really has gotten crazy, at least in certain parts. Please be careful out there, girls.

This wasn't exactly scary but it left us a little shook up...
We went to a club, were there about a hour and a half our buddy Rick decided to get a lap dance from a girl that had been giving him the eye.;)
2 songs in to the dance we hear a ruckus from the lap dance area. Aparently the girl had been working for several hours and had more than one too many drinks and blew chunky liquid all over Rick. Rick was livid, we laughed our asses off and we all got a bunch of free admission passes and drink tickets.
The scary part is that could have been any one of us./:O

The other day my girlfriend did a dance for a man that claimed to be a distant cousin of Saddam Hussien. He even showed her his ID (same last name) and a family photo with Saddam and that same guy! Not really scary, but wierd...

I went out of town to work with a friend in South Carolina, my friend was a blond bombshell and built like a brick shit house. She was amazing, anyway she had a few of her custumers from three states away come see her down in SC. She introduced me to one of the, he was cute, and she had always said such good things about him. She was busy and the guy and I were talking and he asked me to go in the VIP, I felt totally safe untill he strarted getting truned on and I found out in a most unpleasant way that what truned him on the most was to choke women. I asked my friend about it later and she said he never tried that with her.

I was dancing with some guy who had an s/m fetish and it turned him on to choke women. I let him choke me as long as he did so gently, as I didn't really care too much about that. But he started tightening his grip and his eyes popped out while he used the characteristic "satan voice"... you know, the demon voice and started screaming weird things and doing this crazy, evil laugh! Then once I started looking scared he stopped immediately and flipped back into "normal" mode. I think that was pretty scary.

Oh and there was this one girl who was literally crazy. One night she went on stage and as she was swinging around the pole, her wig flew off of her head and it was apparent that she had alopecia (the disease that removes whole patches of hair at a time)... she put the wig back on while she was onstage and it happened 2 more times during the course of her stage set. Then when management tried to get her to come off stage, she started screaming "you guys are just picking on me because I have AIDS! Why did he have to give me AIDS? How would you feel if you had AIDS...!!!" Then she started running around the club hopping in front of customers' faces claiming she was going to come back and kill everybody in the club, starting with the prettiest dancers first. Apparently she had some serious mental problems because they called the police and the mental institution on her and they came in and took her away in a straight-jacket, put her on a stretcher right in front of the club, and hauled her away, with her screaming insults and death threats the entire way. It was really, really sad, but really really scary. Girls were crying and customers left. They wound up closing down the club for the remainder of the night.

Although weird things seem to pop up more often in Texas than anywhere else, this thread is such a great reminder for all of us to be careful, whether we're dancers, customers, curious onlookers or just plain people. There's all kinds of stuff out there that can hurt you, and people that want to even though you've done nothing to them. Lots of good tips on this around SW, and we'd all be wise to take a second look at them.

I was on my 3rd day at my first dancing job when a guy said he needed to see my license because he was a police officer. I was so nervous (I wasn't underage though). I was on my way back to get it when I thought, he doesn't look much like an officer to me, so I asked the manager. He asked me who it was and told me not to get the license until he found out. The guy was a regular at the club, but the manager called the police on him and it ended up being that the guy had fake plates on his car! I don't know if the police ever found him or what happened. Goes to show that even regulars aren't any safer than anyone else. He'd been going there for a while before he chose me to target. Pretty freaky.

A girl was shot to death at a lingerie modeling studio here in Austin.
It happened about five years ago.
Ahh, Texas.
There was also another girl who was murdered in a lingerie studio right off the interstate. She had been working there alone (???) at the time, and the next day, they found her dead of blunt force trauma to the head.
This was about eight or nine years ago.
There were two girls who worked at the Yellow who died under kinda mysterious circumstances. One was found hanging from the ceiling fan in her apt. Her BF fingerprints were found all over almost every inch of her body (as if he had been stroking her after she was dead). He told the cops he just freaked out after finding her there, he was never charged. Another girl was found dead in her apt. , but it had been so long since she died (weeks) that the cops said they weren't able to tell what caused her death. She'd been having trouble with an ex also.
Another girl who used to work at Sugar's a little over ten years ago, is in jail for murder. She had this regular customer who used to give her a lot of money and gifts. Her BF and her decided that it would be a good idea to kidnap him, kill him (with a shotgun), and use his credit cards, and empty his bank accounts. To try to hide the body, they cut off his head and his hands, and placed them in different dumpsters throughout Austin.

I danced for a guy, and later that day my boss calls me at home and says that police were looking for the guy. Don't know what he was wanted for, but yikes. A bouncer was killed in the parking lot of another club in the city.

a dancer on her first real night at my club was raped in v.i.p. by a guy who had supposedly been "banned" the week before for being too touchy with my friend.
that cinched my decision to no longer do v.i.p.s alone.
the guys were caught, and are awaiting trial.

This wasn't actually in the club, but once a guy (he knew me from school) followed me home, found out my phone number (presumably from my address) and terrorized me with sexually violent crank calls for a year. They would start with "How are you?" and I would think it was for my roommate and then he would tell me that he wanted to anally penetrate me with a knife. The phone company will only trace calls if you are willing to press charges (I wasn't). I wound up just surrendering the phone - I just didn't answer it anymore.

Years ago at Rick's there was a girl being harassed on second stage by a customer. When she told him to leave her alone, he became enraged and chucked his hiball glass at her face, knocking out most of her front teeth.

Dayum 1st time that I ever stopped to read this thread. Some scary sh*t happening out there.Be careful ladies.
A girl a few years ago "felt" she was being stalked by her regular.. She told other girls about it at work and nobody really believed her, they just said: OH it probably wasn't him, relax, don't worry about it...
Her raped body was later found in a dumpster.

The scariest thing that ever happened at my club was last september, my cousin came in and was hanging out. We lived togather near the club with a bouncer. My cousin left to walk home and I had to go onstage. Well right after my set a bouncer came up and said something like "there's been an accident' or something. He told me to go outside, so I ran across 17-92 , in my 6" heels, to where all these cops and ambulances are parked, and realized that my cousin was hit by a truck. he was all fucked up and bloody lying on the ground.
To make a long story short, they never caught the person who hit him, and he had to spend a week in the hospital.
He's okay now, but it was fucking terrible.

I know it doesnt sound that scarey when you hear the outcome but scarey shit like above just doesnt usually happen in clubs in Australia.
One night while i was sitting down naked talking to a guy in the dance room i got this itch in my throat and all of a sudden i felt like i couldnt beathe. The same thing started happening to the customer and he fell on the floor in a coughing fit. I freaked the fuck out and just ran leaving the poor uy there. Turned out these offduty cops who were all in the club high as kites on e, thought it would be funny to let off their pepper spray in the air vents totally evacuated the whole club as it had to be aired out. All the custy's pretty much left after that and we (the dancers) were all so pissed off cos it was a good night before it happened.

Um, yeah it does.
I've seen way too much scary shit.
It makes me so sick to think about it. I can still hear the sounds of how bad men can be to one and other.
I've had to run and check out the back of a club before, because i thought someone had been 'gang' bashed to death. For all i know, they still may have been. I just didn't find them there.

A customer tried to rape me once. I was in the private room screaming and the curtains were falling off the tops of the room (it was walls with curtains on the top edges). I was saying stop and pushing him away and crying.
And I heard the bouncer say, "Hey! Looks like Morrigan is having fun!"

It was in Orange County, California.
In Australia you HAVE to have someone watching you at all times (called 'controllers') when you're dancing and if extras happen - they get fined and fired - so they're usually pretty good. At least, in the places I've been so far.

What a jackass.
When I first started dancing in my ex's club, my friend who was also the manager was closing up the bar and a customer who was interested in his girlfriend gunned him down in the lobby. He also shot an the girlfriend and another bartender who both avoided being hit... The bar was open for business later that night. Isn't that fucked up?

Well gee there was that one time one of the dancers at my club decided to stab a customer because he "disrespected" her...
Oh, it was great. It made the news. Jay Leno joked about it. Just what the club needed.
