Most dancers I have ever bought dances from were honest and I can say that I only get snaged by one ROB many years ago when I was new to the game. This dancer offered to met me outside the club and being new to that city and not having been laid since moving there I accepted. She said she needed to grease the manager's palm so she could leave so I gave her a fifty and she disappeared.
Anyone else want to share an ROB story?

Also a question for Mr. Punk- are you the same guy who told a dancer on EDF last year that she was a ROB because she refused to work at contact clubs. I remember a poster using the same screenname as you who got very rude about this- calling that dancer a thief because she wouldn't do extras and attacking everything she wrote....... I sure hope you aren't the same person because that guy was a complete cad.

what's a ROB??? if you're going to use acronyms at least provide a definition. futhermore,if really need to get laid so desperately. i suggest you go to an escort and not a dancer. no, i don't have a story simular to yours. well, there was this dancer from tampa, but she got married.

I personally have never been ripped off for more than $20, but that was because I didn't do my research and didn't really know how much dances were at that particular club (Brad's Gold Club in Indianapolis) until I asked a waitress.

I did have a buddy of mine get ripped off to the tune of something like $600. He made the biggest mistake a GC customer could make...he thought with the little head, was drunk, and pulled out his credit card. THAT is a bad mix!! It was two girls that were working on him, and he definitely was worked over pretty good by them. Of course, he then made the additional mistake of SIGNING the credit card statement without first refuting the charges.

Credit cards are evil things...

...the funny thing is what happened to those ladies afterwards. My buddy proceeded to write out an alert for those ROB's on ASPD. One of them ended up running into him at a gas station near his home a couple of months later and told him that her earnings dropped because of what he wrote. She was also a redhead, and one time I was visiting another dancer who HAD really dark red hair and who had dyed her hair to a dark brown. When I asked why she did that, she said, "I didn't want to be mistaken for her" and pointed towards the redhead that had ripped off my friend. Word gets around...

I haven't seen either of those two ladies lately...

I got ripped off by a waitress once, she added an extra zero to her tip. Never had a dancer rip me off though.

what do mean they worked him over? Did they NOT do dances or VIP with him or something? What did they do they he could have refuted the charges?

Let's distinguish the difference between being ripped-off (Paying for something you didn't get), and being "worked-over" (usually involves thinking with your crotch and not your brain). Stripclubs are not bibile school. My experiences have been very positive in clubs but I've seen and heard about much that was not.

They overcharged him for dances he didn't get.

Well, no offense to your friend but naked women, alchohol and credit cards have absolutely no business being in the same room together. I'm surprised it was only $600. Hope he learned a lesson.

I've been ripped off, but not when doing VIP's or using plastic. On more than one occasion I paid for a private dance, then inside the booth the girl would charge me extra. I think I wrote about this next incident in another post, but, oh well: at one club I started grabbing the dancer's boobs inside the private dance booth, then she told me that it was an extra $20.00 just to do that. The times I've used plastic for laps or VIP's I was afforded the chance to look over the tabs, even realizing the extra charges, but signed anyways. No ripoffs there (it was all worth it) plus the dancers, including a naughty redhead, delivered as promised (Ed, you know who I'm referring to ;D).

let's just say he's the same guy who frequently posts on EDF as mr_punk.

Here’s my ROB story:
I was in Tulsa Oklahoma at Cloud 9. This club is kinda sleazy, no DJ, the girls play a juke box and are always hitting up the customers for music money. It is also a club with a strong drink hustle. (prices ranged from $25 to $100) I had never been to a club that hustled for drinks. After being bugged by several dancers to buy them a drink and being told by a waitress “That’s the way we do things here sweetie” I agreed to buy a girl a drink. I agreed to a $25 drink. I'm not sure what the hell you get for $100.
She got her drink (beer on the rocks) ::) and sat in my lap. She began rubbing my neck, that was nice, and then she began playing with my gold neck chain. After some time, her girlfriend sat behind me and began rubbing my back (also nice) while girl #1 continued to rub my neck and play with my chain.. They wanted to “double dance” for me in the Ld room but I fought off the temptation. Then the girl behind me gently brushed back wallet pocket, which was buttoned and began rubbing my butt.
Ok I had a few drafts but even so, all of this made the alarms go off. I excused myself to go to the men’s room. When I got up, my chain fell off my neck into my shirt and my back pocket was un-buttoned. How the bitch managed that I’ll never know. I never felt a thing. Wallet was still there though.
I thought about going to the manager, but being a stranger in a red neck strip club, I thought better of it and got the hell out of there.

Guys beware of ROB’s >:(

Yup, my nephew was pickpocketed by a dancer at a club out in western PR. She sat on his lap; afterwards he noticed that the $60.00 he had on his pants pocket was missing. She had stuck her hand and took the money. Good thing she was fired shortly after.

I had a drink hustle experience at a club in Isabela, PR which had changed location. I went one night to check the new facilities. I sat in front of the stage yet no dancer bothered to go onstage; then I got two requests for drinks, one from a chubby lady who dissapeared as soon as I handed her the money. The other lady was nice enough to sit with me at the bar to chat; but when I told her I was to leave she asked for a tip, then the other slob came out of hiding to ask for a tip!!! Thank God El Alcázar was close by; I went there and had a great time.

Heh, there was a girl in Austin who worked briefly in one of my clubs, who was nothing more than a thief. Girls' property was always coming up missing from the dressing room on the nights she worked, and we complained to management but they wouldn't do anything until a customer complained about her. Apparently she'd taken his entire wallet and when the guy complained, managers checked her bag and found the whole wallet with a few hundred dollars in cash, cc's and blank checks all inside. The manager called the cops and had her arrested.

A girl who worked here at Divas briefly was getting alot of dances and VIP's (and she happened to be the least attractive girl in the club), but management started getting complaints that she was promising things she couldn't possibly deliver in that club, and I guess some girls had heard her telling guys she would meet them outside later, and I even had customers tell me she'd been telling them that if they danced with her instead of me she'd give them her phone number. Well after a few customer complaints the manager did a little recon. He had this regular (who never gets dances but everyone knows him to be a nice guy and he has been coming to Divas for years) agree to let her take him upstairs and see what she said/did and then report back to the manager. They have cameras all over the club, but they can't see every little thing and they don't have sound. Anyway, sure enough, that girl approached the bait guy and told him she'd give him her phone number if he went upstairs with her, so he went, and once up there she offered to meet him later if he did VIP instead of just a dance with her. She was immediately fired when the guy made his report to the manager.

Good riddance to the ROBs! We don't need that kind of bitch ruining the reputation of our nice clubs! >:(

That's very sickening. There must've been quite a few dorks who fell for those antics! Those guys who go to clubs expecting dates are the first to fall! Just to think that she was trying to woo customers away from you. That's a bad case of DP! Oh, well... 8)
