Printer Recommendations

Hi Everyone!
I need a new printer, probably with a built in scanner. I am looking for a high color print quality, but with fast black n white printing too...

I would like it for under $200. Any recommendations? Anyone selling? I would go and look for one on Ebay, but I have no idea what's good. The Lexmark I have is a giant paperweight.

I agree with Jay. HP printers are workhorses. We have several desktop models as well as three larger laser units hooked to our network. Very, very few problems.

Buy an HP. You simply can't kill them. I'm not up on the newer models but I'm sure you can get one that scans and probably faxes for around $200.

I have an HP 692C Deskjet Color printer that I'm unhappy with. It works like shit, much slower than advertised, very loud, and no longer woeks. It's about 6-7 years old though.
