I always call him Mr P out of respect. ::)
Jenny, I like pretty dancers who use high pressure. That's a fun game. ;)

What I was referring to more was the guys who come in for the proverbial free show and grudge every dime that they spend.is that like the proverbial stripper who expects every customer she meets to buy a dance or to be paid for talking or a tip for a half-assed LD? :) seriously, their lack of monetary appreciation because you took off your clothes onstage is hardly going to change matters. in the end, he's either going to do it or he's not going to do it. that not only applies to strippers, but customers as well. we all have our choices. for example, if a stripper decides not to give me a high mileage dance. that's fine, it's her choice. however, i have my choices also. so, if i choose to cut off the cash flow. well, that's my choice because i don't have to buy what's she's selling. anyway, if the money means that much to you. go up and hustle the customers who are staring at you for a tip.
Hate those guys.let's see if i got this straight. you hate those customers because he's "staring at me" and he didn't pay to stare at you. well, that makes perfect sense....knock yourself out on the hate thing. BTW, how would you feel if you had a night at work where no one paid attention to you.
By the way - does anyone here call you punky? If not, can we start?oh, you canadians. always so formal and polite. of course, you can call me punky.

Well, yeah. And what proverb are YOU talking about anyway? And I realize that nobody has a legal obligation to buy a dance from me. It's more like... a moral thing.

Seriously, it's not me in particular. As long as he pays SOMEBODY I'm happy. Okay, that's stretching. As long as he pays somebody I don't hate him? Okay, I'll commit to that.
BTW, how would you feel if you had a night at work where no one paid attention to you.
I would feel very bad. I am suitably chastised.

A good hustler and a smart aleck. You know, I'm liking this chick already. Kind of like a Canadian version of Katrine.
Please stick around ma'am. :flower:

It's more like... a moral thing.i'm not talking about a legal obligation, either. i'm just pointing out the fact that the money is in my pocket and it isn't coming out unless i say so. unless....you wouldn't happen to be one of those crafty russian strippers :) ? anyway, i don't think i've heard that one before. if i'm reading you correctly. the customer is, in your eyes, in someway morally obligated to buy a dance from you or tip you onstage?
As long as he pays SOMEBODY I'm happy. Okay, that's stretching.sure. given a choice, most of the strippers i've known would like to have sole access to a customer's tiproll rather than share or lose it to another stripper.
As long as he pays somebody I don't hate him? Okay, I'll commit to that.fair enough.

Well you know what? I am very crafty. Not russian though.
And yes. You don't see how immoral it is to NOT pay women to touch you? (I kind of feel like I'm trailing you here - I actually don't know if you are taking me seriously. If you are - chill out. You can be too serious. If you're not - I'm totally and completely serious.)

You don't see how immoral it is to NOT pay women to touch you? let me see if i can clear this up. if a customer contracts a dancer's services (i.e: he wants a LD or some stage mileage) then yes he is obligated to pay her for services rendered. OTOH, if the customer is just there for "the proverbial free show" (ie: he's only there to look at strippers and nurse a couple of beers for the next 8 hours ::) ). i don't think he's under any obligation to purchase any services from the dancers. ultimately, the money is in his pocket and unless the club establishes some sort of tipping policy or two Lap minimum. he can spend or not spend in the manner of his choosing.

yes he can mr punk but if he does this regularly watch how the girls start to look at him--with disgust. there is no free show, not for 8 hours especially. it is supposed to be understood how it works but guys like you are referring to do not understand. you are supposed to spend some money. our being there and taking our clothes off is the first service to you. otherwise there would be no strip clubs if girls danced naked in the street for free.

our being there and taking our clothes off is the first service to you..really? i hardly noticed. sorry, i don't pay much attention to the stage shows.
otherwise there would be no strip clubs if girls danced naked in the street for free.now, that's strange. i have yet to meet a stripper who was disappointed because i interfered with her rotation on the stage due to the fact that i wanted to keep buying dances, but perhaps you're correct. the next time something like that happens. i'm going to tell the dancer, "gee, i would like to buy ten more dances from you, but since it's time for you to go on stage. i'll buy my dances from someone else. i would feel bad if you missed out on that big stage money. now..go break a leg".
