The whole medicare/dole thing (you have to be a citizen for 2 yrs) was introduced coz too many of you damn sheep-lovers (LOL.. just having a friendly dig) wanted to come over and love our sheep on our dime straight away... (another friendly dig).

It was becoming a problem therefore the gov't introduced that "waiting period" as such to help minimise the no. of Kiwis who would come over to Australia and "live on" the dole.

Shit, that's confussing, lol! I have dual citisenship wich is alot less hasstle, but I came to be in Australia because even though Mum grew up here and all of her family are here, the fact that she went back to England meant she wasn't classed as Australian anymore, so she had to reapply to be able to live here again.
The free Legal advice thing is organised through The Citezens Advice Bereau - I guess they should know wether your entitled to it or not.
Why can't I spell citezen, lol?!!!

Double Bubble (double boob or quadruple boob)
A double-bubble is a slang term for when an implant is placed under the muscle(s) of a patient with ptotic (sagging breasts). Now, slight ptosis is perfectly fine for an over placement -- in fact some surgeons choose this when a patient doesn't want a lift but isn't saggy enough to insist upon it. If the patient is given unders but has substantial sag, the breast tissue may fall further and create one set of breasts and the implant staying in its rightful pocket under the muscle creates the "second set of breasts".

Also be aware that this problem can happen after a woman was pregnant and the tissue now sags with the excess weight and stretch of the full mammary but the implant remains where it was originally placed, under the muscle in it's intended pocket. The moral of the story is, if you need a breastlift -- get one.

lol nope, i DEFINATLY didnt have sagging boobs....this cant eb what i have. doesnt make sense.but i can see how youd think thats what it was,Adina.

... another reason that I'm not particularly keen on under the muscle implants.

It IS possible that the double bubble problem will cure itself in time, as the implants press downward and stretch out the stubborn muscle tissue.
