Barbie's little sis for sure...I have long brown hair and an exotic face. I like pretty/cute costumes that are not too overdone (although I have black swimsuit-type costumes I try to always wear color). Sometimes I wear lingerie. BUT I DO LOVE TO WEAR THE BLING!!! Basically I try to look like a swimsuit model who loves to wear a lot of bling.

I try to switch it up a little bit. I like the tall 8" stelletto heels/ Black. I always tend to wear a lot of black and red. I try wearing colorful outfits at work but I usually end up back in black or red wich for me isn't really boring because they are pretty cute outfits and flattering. It tends to go with my attitude and persoanlity at work. I have dark hair, tan, little exotic more than most girls I work with.

I mostly just wear what I think is cute and would want to wear for no one other than myself. I hardly wear any make-up and I am really into burlesque and flapper fashion. I often get told that I look like a flapper or out of old hollywood movies, even when I am not wearing anything particularly old-fashioned. I also tend the get lumped into the 'sweet', 'innocent', 'girl next door' catagory because I tend to be on the quiet and shy side and I am not a big drinker.Madigan

sometimes I wear gloves if I'm feeling really glamourous :) !
WHere do you get gloves that are not too slippery for the pole?
I think I am working myself into a movie-star glamouuos look. It seems to be working with the middle-aged guys wo tend to be my best crowd, anyway. I also like costuming, though. I don't think it hurts to do the galmour thing all night long, then go in the dressing room and come out with a school girl or a biker slut or whatever. They seem to get a kick out of the change up.

I started going for the old hollywood glamour type looks. I tend to like that look myself. I emulate alot of what I see from people like natalie portman and gwen stefani. They have a very sexy, sophisticated and glamorous look.
Ive started wearing the wigs like natalie did in closer. Doing purple and pink with glitter eyes and lips, things like that. And always changing things up.
I look for outfits on the web and try not to ever have the same as any girls have. I think staying fresh is important. I can wear my lavender pixie wig one night, my black catherine zeta-jones from chciago wig the next and use my own hair the next night and I can look like 3 different people to some customers.

you don't - if you're wearing full fingered gloves, you just have to adjust to it. pole work is near impossible with these types of gloves.
the ones that wrap around your middle finger and have no palm/fingers (just sleeves) are much more appropriate for dancing. however, i like the fifties glam look the regular gloves inspire

um for the gloves thing....why dont you get regular gloves (what ever your style asks for) and go to the fabric store, buy some fabric paint in the same colour ( or different if that what you prefer) make sure its in a lil squeezie bottle, draw cute designs all over the palm side of the gloves.
hey presto!!
non slip!!
