Hey, thanks Djoser...that was a really nice gesture.:) I have gone back and edited my first post to make sure that everyone knows it was meant as a friendly joke, and not as a criticism or judgement.

I'm not too sure what I may have started but it was not my intention to do so. I simple was saying that I have been excited by a lap dance. Trust me, I am shock by it propablely more so than you are. Heck a fully dressed woman that I find attractive to brushing up against me gets me excited. I never admitted that I have not gotten "happy" during a ld to any of my buddies. I don't turn them down all the time. They are just not my bag, I guess. I apologize for causing this little uproar.

As for the posts being edited, it's a good gesture on everyone.

Sorry to sound harsh, but I am being honest--there are a lot of guys who don't like paying for direct sexual stimulation--I'm one of them, and apparently so is fearless. There are a lot of guys who like paying a woman for an erotic experience, not a directly sexual one, and there are a lot of dancers who prefer this.

I can understand how a guy gets aroused by a good lapdance for pay--it's the rare man that doesn't get aroused by my girlfriend, who gives the best lapdance I have ever experienced, by far.

But some of us need a genuine attraction on the part of the woman, which shouldn't be all that difficult to understand, either. I don't expect that from a woman who has done the same exact thing for a thousand other guys in her place of employment, so I'm not disappointed.

I'm spoiled. Once you've experienced women dancing for you because they love the sex you are having together, rather than because you are paying them, you might understand what I am talking about a little more.

I'm certainly not going to condemn anyone for getting aroused by a lapdance, and naturally the majority of dancers will welcome the power this condition gives them over the customer.

You didn't cause any trouble at all, and have nothing to apologize for. I am too much of a hard-ass about shit sometimes.

Just out of curiosity, and as this thread has headed in this direction anyway, how widespread do you think this attitude is? I guess I'm interested more in the guys' answers than the girls' (although that perspective would be useful too, and definitely from a bigger sample size).

I definitely fall into the 'never been sexually aroused' club, and my reasons are much the same - I need an emotional connection before I feel like sleeping with somebody. Which is not to say that I don't become aroused. Just because I'm not sporting wood doesn't mean that I'm not getting a lot out of a dance.

So the question is, are most guys looking for the sexual experience, or the erotic one? Come to think of it, the ladies can probably shed more light on this, as I suspect the men in here don't exactly fall into the 'standard customer' category.

The other day I was in the VIP room with my SO, with the dancer doing a nice grind. She looks up at my wife after a minute or two and says (with a big smile), "well, looks like I finally got him hard!" Seems like she was looking at it (as many have already posted) as an indicator that she was doing a good job (which she was) :)

Ouch. I wasn't there and obviously don't have the tone or the context here, but that proclamation could have been misconstrued as a taunt directed at your wife, even if she was being the good sport it appears she was. Hopefully, your dancer was aware of any boundaries you two had before she let fly with that comment.

I generally consider a customer's erection to be...ahem...between him and me (no pun intended), unless he's being a total turd and deserves having some degenerated description of it announced to his pervy friends.

It is possible that a customer's female companion (even another dancer who is at that time a patron) might take such a statement from a dancer as a challenge, perhaps. It has been my experience that some women who are very much down with accompanying their darlings to an SC intend to have another woman dance for him, but do not much dig having another woman actually get him hard.

Guess I would just err on the side of caution when dancing for a couple, as I'm no more into bruising egos than I am in the market to be circumcising my tips. Sparking jelousy or embarrassment probably isn't any better for karma than cash flow, so I watch it with proclaiming my success to the partners of customers.

I remember one guy who was also a good supporter of the ATF, who always controlled it. Tons of dances and she wouldn't get a reaction. ONe night she did and with her usual twisted sense of humor she went throught the club yelling "I got wood! I got wood!"

In my case, she'd almost get annoyed if she didn't get a reaction. She really did have my number. Her eyes alone were dangerous!

Fortunately, my wife is very relaxed and perfectly okay with it--she's a nearly perfect SC companion (aside from being awesome in general). We tend to get many LDs together, and are very friendly and open with the dancers. So, she may have sensed that, and realized it was okay to be honest about things like that. But, I certainly understand where you are coming from...as many SOs are probably not that easy-going.

I was reading the thread on "Lap Dance Pants (http://www.stripperweb.com/forum/showthread.php?t=41200)" and I noticed that most of the laies shuddered in disgust at the thought of a customer not wearing underwear when they got a lapdance, or feeling an unwanted poke coming from the customers pants when they gave a lapdance. Now, I know not all ladies feel the same way cause sometimes dancers tell me that they love it when their customers get really excited during lapdances. }:D

And the ladies speak...

MOD NOTE: This is where a new but repetitive thread was merged in. Thanks, CO.

I feel compelled to suggest that perhaps the dancers who said they enjoy feeling their customer's boners were quite possibly lying in order to keep the guys wallets open.

But I'm sure doesn't apply to you "chico_veryfine." They probably just loved your cock. ;)

I thought so too at first. I have a girl friend who dances and whenever she takes me to work with her she tells me some of the other dancers' dirty little secrets so I know some of them get a kick out of giving their customers boners. Naughty, naughty :brow:

Thanks for tickling my ego babe! ;)

I do table dances also, so it doesn't apply to me either. I do have to say though, if a dancer tells you she likes it, it's because she wants more money.

I'm also one of those guys who can enjoy a lapdance without getting aroused. I've often wondered if the dancer would feel slightly offended but at the same time, I normally buy multiple dances so I'm sure it's less of a concern.

First, very few dancers can get me that excited anymore. Then I've had some (maybe 3-4) dancers who could, those I've become familiar to and I suppose liked and trusted by, help things out by checking the status by hand. That is not common but it happens. If we weren't so 'friendly' in the clubs, it would seem to me that they were just panning for gold, hoping to strike it rich. And that would not be so much fun.

Actually 80% or more of SC customers or married I don't have the exact numbers but that's what I have gathered from most clubs.
I didn't see your messages before you reedited them but I appreciate the rational civil tone of your comments.

My wife was dancing in a nude full contact club. I always enjoyed having her dance for me. Even more interesting was watching her dance for strangers. I have watched a number of women I love in the arms of others. It has always produced an interesting reaction.
When I was younger it was one of rage matured the reaction changed.
