^^there you go right there
the difference between a $225/night girl and a $500/night girl....how she perceives her value
I realize the region itself may be a factor here, but if there are girls making $500/night at your club, then be realistic - sometimes it's the girl. And if it's the club and you continue to stay there, then it's still you. To steal from Dancerwealth, 20% of the girls are making 80% of the money.

I think that if you are happy making 225 a night and have tried several clubs in your area, there is nothing wrong with that..
I dont make that, but i would never be happy with it after making what i can make at work.
I constantly strive to better my physical self. A lot of time and energy goes into that. I think if you are putting "more" into your job you should be able to reap the benefits.
There are lawyers that make 200k and more a year, and there are those that make 30k and less. Should they not be lawyers because they make less? I PERSONALY dont think so. But they can do WHATEVER they can to improve in their career choice and be a sucess.

There is nothing wrong with making $225 a night. That's not what I'm trying to say. I've always felt that if you are happy with what you are making, that's all that matters. But there seems to be a tone of "well, it more than I'd make at any other job". If you make $225/night and don't want to make more, then all this doesn't apply to you.

yea.. im sorry, i didnt think you were saying that either.
But anyway, i do believe you should always strive to make more. In whatever job it is!

Ya know why is it Tom Cruise makes 1 million more a movie than Brad Pitt....Yes i read this in Entertainment Weekly. SO....Why is it say, i can make $500 every night, but a woman who looks just like me acts like me and is MY CLONE can't make 225 a night.
This thread will go on and on until it is locked. You can't argue people and their earnings. Far too many factors are involved when it comes to a persons PAY, no matter what you do for a living. *whew* *gosh* *damn*....... Better, prettier, lazy, not lazy, happy, sad, smelly.....Need i go on.
