1- where in the world you are from? Gold Coast Australia
2-what do you call a bad night? Less than $300
3-What do you call a average night $300-$500
4-What do you call a great night? $500-$900
5- do you class yourself as a girl who makes (a)- alot compared to most at your club (b)- about the same as most in your club (c)- not much compared to most in your club.
i think im kind of in between a & b
maybe leading up to summer...even indy this year didnt have $900 figures on all girls like it used to.now that its winter id imagine a good night is making $300....this time last year it was like that in surfers. :(

I'm from Washington, DC. I work in DC.
Bad night - less than $140
Average night - $200
Great night - above $250
I think I am about average, maybe a little on the high end. But, I am better at keeping my money constant, a lot of girls in my club only make money when we are really packed. I can make it with almost any number of guys.

1. From Sacramento, CA
2. Bad night: under $250
3. Average night: $300-$400
4. Great night $500+
5. I'd say I am slightly below average for my club. From talking to the other girls I believe the average is more like $500-$600. Of course, we all have our [extremely rare] $200 nights.

Vancouver:
Bad night (low showprice, no tips) = $100
Average (decent showprice, some tips & dances) = $200-$300
Good night= $300+
I'm a medium earner; good hustler, average show price.

no contact club
Bad night..... less than $200
Average night ...... $300
Good night...... $400
Great night..... $500 +
contact club ..... add $100 to each of the above figures
Bad night- $125-$250
Average night- $275-$325
Good night- $375 and up
A lot of variables come into play here. The weather, the head count, the type of customers. Some days/nights there are few money spending customers, and in some clubs there is not enough momentum to sell many dances. The MAJORITY of clubs I see around the country seem to be worth $100-$200 a night based on "the way they are run". Hardly any dances are being sold, dances are totally air and may be done on platforms, the DJ isn't pushing dances, stage tipping isn't pushed properly, and the girls are barely working the floor because the clubs don't bother to train them, and PUSH them to sell dances. If customers are not being approached right and left, it makes it hard for the few girls who do work the floor hard to sell. Guys don't want to be the only ones buying dances. Monkey see, monkey do.
Only about 25% of the clubs in this country are worth working in my opinion.
And in this business nowadays, there are more slow nights than busy ones, and the business is up and down.
Hence club selection is key. And even then, a club that consistently has more girls than customers, the majority of times will yield erratic earnings to even the best selling dancers. One night up, and one night waaay down.
I measure average by looking at a dancer who works at the same club(s) 4-6 days a week, 48 weeks of the year. You can't really assess an average from special events in town, or a club that derives the bulk of it's business from out of towners, as there are big peaks and valleys in sales potential. Working a special event may yield $500+ earnings, and after the event, squeezing a $100 a night from the same club may be a chore. A dancer can't support herself dancing in a place where the business drastically changes from week to week.
I look at average figures from the normal trade area a club serves and factor in some passing through town business in the figures. The earnings derived from special events such as the CES Convention, Pheasant Season, Super Bowl, etc, is in a separate category the way I see it.

i work in london, ontario, canada at a pretty small club:
bad night: less than $150
average night: $200-250
good night: $300+
my best night ever was $600.... sometimes i still hit $500 but usually not. on thursdays i tend to frequently hit $400.
the club also pays me $75 per day that i get at the end of the week. and i work 7pm until 2am shift.
i would say i earn a bit higher than the average girl at my club. i always hear girls complaining that they only went home with $60, but i NEVER go home with only $60! even on the worst nights ever, i'll still make $100 easy. i'm not a big hustler. there is one girl who hustles really hard and seems to average the same amount that i make in a great night. she is AMAZING though.
thank you for posting this question because i was really curious about what other dancers were making too. now i am insanely jealous of the girls who make $500 a night average. TELL ME HOW AND WHERE! i think i would faint if i made $1000 in one night.

My numbers have changed...significantly. I've stepped it up this past year and a half big time, and seem to earn the following no matter where I am:
Low: less than $500
Avg: $500-800
High: over $800
God it's so annoying to see what I used to settle for. Now, I'm almost always a or the top earner (exception was Crazy Horse in Philadelphia). I don't work in Van much anymore, but the above numbers are true even when I do work at home, because now I choose my gigs more carefully.
I hope to upddate with some bigger numbers in another year and a half, lol.

For me it kind of depends on the week.
In Vancouver at the one club I work at
Mon-Thursday: bad under 200, average 300-400, good 400 to 500
Friday-Saturday: bad under 5, aveverage 5-7, good 750 plus.
In the States: same as my Friday, Saturday rates, but all week long.
Except for Crazy Horse too in Philly, I am a or the top earner at the clubs I work at.

For me it varies what shifts I work (i expect more from fri and sat night than I do from a tues afternoon).
But generally speaking: bad <$400, average $500-700, good >$800
(for around 6 or so hours per shift)
Mind you, it sounds sick, but on a very bouncing Friday night, I might be disapointed if I walk with $800. Not disapointed, but you know, not quite satisfied. But when I make $800 on a monday night, I'm happy.
I'm not in the realm of Scarlett as a hustler (I've witnessed! She's awsome, and of course very pretty), but I happen to work at a good club (a place where any hustle at all does you good). For real, I'm kinda in love with my new club (never have I been requested so much for dances by just standing there waiting..heh). Though never have I been made to feel weird about my one teeny tiny little tattoo either, so go figure.
Ah, I bumped down my numbers a little upon reconsideration of all shifts (I work some afternoons, and they are not as lucrative.)
I want to add as well that I am in Ottawa-Gatineau area. I think the average for most girls here would be $350-450.

Thanks Barbee
I live and dance in Charlotte, NC
Bad Night: Less than $300
Average Night: $300-500
Good Night: $500-750
Great Night: $750+ (Which happens often this time of year. Yay for football homegames! :] )
I would guess I am slightly above average for my club. There are definitely girls who smoke me consistently. I wish I knew what they did....

I looked and didn't find a post for me in this thread. I don't really like talking numbers but I'll bite. At my $10/dance club in Phoenix:
bad night: < 200*
average: 300-6xx
good: 700+
*I consider less than 200 a bad night anywhere but at this club I've only ever walked with less than that twice. Once because I had a raging damn headache and left early with $100 and once on the night of my rantaf*ckenroony thread. I guess, considering this and the fact that $200 is so easy to make there, a bad night for me there would be less than $300.
At the Seattle club I only worked a few nights but I made $350-450 each night. It's a seriously hard hustle there.

Average night (according to my excel spreadsheet): $271

I don't like talking figures, like so many of us, but I do think this thread is a good way to motivate myself -
Where I work: Portland, Oregon
Shift: Dayshift (and I only work a 4 - 5 hour shift)
Bad Night: Under $200
Average: $350
Good Night: $600 +
In the next three or four months I'm really determined to bump my average up to $450.
Hopefully I can change my numbers then.

I work at a full nude, no contact club in fla..... dances are 20$, vips are 100(us) per 1/2 hour
I walk out disappointed:weeknights-under 275 weekends- under 400
I'm happy enough (avr)- weednights- 275 to 425 weekends- 400-650
Super- weeknights- 425 and up! (top is probably about 650) weekends- 650-and up! (has once been as high as 2200!!!, but the more likely top is about 1000)

i used to make more than the other girls at my old "home" club, but i'd been there longer than everyone but one other girl. now at my "new" club (been there a few months) i make about average. i attribute that mostly to not having regulars there yet. i could be making a lot more at a higher contact club, but i can't do that anymore.

I'm in Portland OR
Bad night less than 200, but that often means one night a week between 100-200
Average night 200-350
Good night 350+
(That's what I walk out with... out of what I earn comes $50-90 for fees, my transportation, etc)
I'd say I am above average for Portland (at 3 other clubs I worked at, I was really happy to start making over 200 regularly), but average at my club where the earning potential is often pretty high but many of the girls are good hustlers. However, about 3x a month I'll be making enough to cover rent for both me and my roommate, so it's all good. Of course my hustle's improved drastically too, but at most clubs stage tipping is 80-90% of your income.

Wow, good thread.
Let me first tell you that I am grateful for my job and relatively happy with however much money I make, because in the scheme of the universe, it's fucking awesome. That said, AFTER HOUSE FEES AND TIP OUTS, here are my standards:
I work in Las Vegas
Bad Nite: If I make less than 100 dollars, I'm pissed. Anything else is okay with me. I'm not saying I usually make 100 dollars, I just don't feel right about bitching about more than that
Average Night :500-600 dollars, if you add up my money for the week and divide that by the days I worked ;)
Great Nite: Over 800 dollars
I'm fucking stoked Nite: anything over 1000 dollars.
The most money I ever made was at my current club. I was in VIP with a gentleman for I shit you not, 10 hours. (my club is open 24 hours a day) . it was crazy because the night this happened I could not sell a dance to save my soul. This guy saw me wandering around the club and told someone sitting by him he wanted a dance, he escorted me to VIP, and the rest is history. He was also being put up in a huge suite at MGM, he told me, I didn't see it lol..... He was from Texas, got bored, and had been gambling away from about a month there! Crazy. After tip outs, I made 3500.
The easiest money I ever made? In Chicago a gentlemen took me and my cousin to VIP for 2 hours, wouldn't let us dance, and we watched sports center. He gave us each 2000 dollars in funny money. After the money fee and tip out and working for the rest of the night, we each left with about 1500. Oh, and he bought us 2 bottles of Cristal too.
