1- where in the world you are from? New York
2-what do you call a bad night? Less than $300
3-What do you call a average night? $400-600
4-What do you call a great night? $1000 +
5- do you class yourself as a girl who makes (a)- alot compared to most at your club (b)- about the same as most in your club (c)- not much compared to most in your club.

I'm definitely not a top earner. I suppose I'm probably about the same as most in my club but then again, I really don't know what others are making.

Where in NYC are you? I just moved here a few weeks ago and still haven't decided on what should be my 'home' club...

Here are mine.

1- where in the world you are from? Just moved to NYC from Denver
2-what do you call a bad night? Anything under $500 usually
3-What do you call a average night? $1-2k
4-What do you call a great night? Anything over 3k
5- do you class yourself as a girl who makes (a)- alot compared to most at your club (b)- about the same as most in your club (c)- not much compared to most in your club.

I am definitely a top earner. These numbers were in Colorado and Texas, my numbers were about the same regardless of where I danced. Now I am attempting to take on the NYC and Florida clubs but have no is what I am doing... First night dancing wasnt too bad but I expect to be pulling some high numbers from this city!

New York, NY

It depends on the day of the week and the length of my shift. Usually Thursday nights are the only days I can make money in the 'great' range

Bad: anything under $500, especially if I'm at work for 6 or more hours
Average: $600-$800
Great night: $1,000+
This only happens if I have more than one customer who buys an absurd amount of dances, or if someone tips really excessively. It usually takes me 8-8.5 hours to make a great night.

I think I'm in the top range at my club, but I know I'm not the absolute top. However, I consistently earn more than most girls because I hustle my ass off. I'm not the prettiest, most patient, or most interesting, but I'm always talking to customers and I'm not afraid to suggest going for a dance.

Bad night = $ 400
Average night = $700
Good night = $ 1,000
Great night = $1,500+

I work in Baltimore at a high end club. I am a top earner

Bad night: 300 or less
Average Night: 400-700
Good night: 900+

I don't think Baltimore is a great place to dance though part of why I make these numbers is because I never work less than 6 hour shifts, usually 8 hours and talk to everyone and am a super aggressive hustler. A lot of girls I work with though don't make anything because they come in late and don't talk with many people. I heard it used to be better, but the riots and everything that happened here scared people away.

$5 dances aren't a thing anymore. We have one club that does $7 floor dances but $10 floor dances are standard. We have a really odd busy season that hasn't quite started yet and two new clubs have opened in the past year. Those are slow season numbers and don't take into account a couple of huge regulars. My numbers look a LOT different now.

Born in Sweden, live in LA.
A bad night is under $350
Average $500
A great night is $1000, although it doesn't matter if I walk out with $3000 cause that sneaky voice in my head always keep telling me "had you only worked a little harder, pushed a little harder, hustled harder"...
I'm a top earner.

I live in Adelaide, Australia.
I do private parties through an entertainment agency.

Bad night: 1 mild strip show = $150 or 3 hours topless with no tips = $220 (this would be during winter / off season)
Average night = 3-4 xxx strips shows $750-$1000 or 3 hours topless with tips $500
Great night = 7-8 xxx strip shows $2000+
(The most I've made from one night is just over $3,000)

I'm probably one of the girls who make on the higher side compared to other girls.

I just recently got hired at a club in Michigan
Do you think you make the most with dances or tips while on stage like urban clubs in movies?. Lol I'm just asking because im new to this and I honestly didn't know that. Alot of girls on here have been telling me that!

I hope this question isn't confusing! Lol

In a regular gentleman's club, your earnings will primarily come from lap dances and VIP. In an urban or otherwise stage-centric club, stage shows will be much more important to your earnings.

Numbers are for a 4-5 hour night shift.

$200-$300: I look at my money, sigh, and remind myself to be grateful for all of the benefits of sex work (making your own schedule, etc.). Usually if I've made this little, I've had to work very hard to make it. I'm exhausted, but thankful for the humbling opportunity to take my finances seriously and not blow money on anything silly (since it's not always so easy to make great money).

$400-$600: I look at my money, smile, and feel good about what I've made. I feel humbled to have a job that allows me to not only cover my bills, but also to save a significant amount.

$700+: I look at my money, smile, and feel super fucking lucky to be able to do what I do. Usually if I've made this much, it was fairly 'easy money' (i.e. selling $40 dances consistently over the course of the night) because it was just one of those nights when people felt like buying dances.

I'm very consistently in the latter two tiers of earnings - $400 and less nights are fairly rare for me. I am definitely a top earner. And I'll mention that I dance in an area where girls on here told me repeatedly "It's not worth it to dance there - you'd be better off getting a vanilla job, you'll rarely make more than $100/night, etc." I know my commentary above sounds cheesy, but I actually think these things to myself when I'm thinking about what I've made. So I included them. :)

Juliet is on point for me. I like to make my minimum goal for 500. If I make a little more or a little less its ok depending on which day of the week it is. If it is a weekend, 800 is a minimum goal depending on my mood~ But there are times where I am happy to walk out w/ 200 damn dollars on them dead nights!!

This is me right here lol. As long as I can average out to $500 I'm happy. I'm also in Massachusetts and some nights I'm walking out with all of $20 and then the next night $800. No consistency! So I always go by averages. However, I started at a new club very recently where I think the $$ is more steady so hopefully those $20 will be few and far between. I came to the $500 per shift number because I had to adjust to my last club going downhill. Back when I first started and was banking I didn't expect to go home with less than $1500 on weekend nights and I made that and wayyyyy more many nights. I got a dose of reality when things changed and some nights I was just hoping for $150. I appreciate my $$$$ so much more now thou so at least there's that.

No consistency where I'm at either, but I stay at my club because it's like my second home. I don't jump ship when the money is bad. I'm in eastern pa, way north of philly up in the mountains. My worst shift ever was $88. My best night ever was about $1600. My typical shift is $225. A good night is $300/ There's girls that do walk out negative after house fees and dj fees. I have no idea what the hell they are doing wrong because I've never walked out of a club negative.

Los Angeles for me...

Bad is 0-200
Average is around 500
Great is 1000+

LA is super inconsistent, I'll have months where I averaged out to making 500 a night, but on some of the nights I made 0 dollars and some nights I made 1000-1500. I will say that I'm not a strong hustler, but honesty our club is so empty 75% of the time. When I say empty I mean empty, like 1:5 guy girl ratio (8 guys to 40 girls) on a Thursday Friday Saturday night... even worse on the weekdays more like 1:10 .

1- San Gabriel valley (it's in Los Angeles county)
2- Less than $90
3- $100-$300
4- $400+
5- I feel like most of the times I'm C, not as much compared to the others, due to most of the girls offering extras. But I don't really bother to compare so I'm not exactly sure.

2020 EDIT: I've gone through several clubs and some things have changed since my reply on here two years ago. This is my update..

Bad: less than $200
Average: between $200-$400 something
Great: $500+

1- I'm from Florida
2- A bad night is less than $500
3- An OK night is probably like $600/$700
4- A great night $1,000+
5- I'm one of the top earners without having the VIP host help me out. He helps out like 4-5 of the same girls every night and they are in rooms all night, and our rooms are pretty expensive. So I'm not the top earner, but I'm up there with the VIP host's "chosen girls" compared to the other girls.

Southern Ontario, mostly in Toronto, for a 5-6 hour shift ..

Bad: Under 500-600. I think 100 hr is a minimum usually for me.
Average: 800-1000
Great: 1000 plus. They most Ive ever made is 1600 ish selling only $20 lap dances.

I think I am a high earner but on the lower end of that scale. My club has a few champagne rooms which Ive only ever managed to sell a few times. They are $400 an hour profit and some girls are in there all night so I assume they're making bank.

May I ask what bmore club you're at? I'm a fairly new dancer just outside of bmore and I've been considering changing clubs to see if another might be better. If you'd prefer not to say where in a post I'd appreciate a PM.

Bad night: Under $200
Average: $200-300
Good: $400+

These numbers are ideal. About 1/3 of my nights I don't even break $100. :(

The most I've made in a shift is about $475 I think. I wish some of your "bad" nights could be average ones for me lol.

Bad: under 200
Average: 400-500
Great: 1k+

I’m probably in the middle of the line as far as earners. Not a super aggressive hustler but I do well enough. I most often take home something in the 200-400 dollar range, but I have good nights pretty regularly that being the average up. I also don’t really work weekends. Day shift and slow nights.

Tampa, FL but currently working in Pinellas county at a bikini bar, mid-range. Kinda divey.

Bad: $300 and under
Average: $400-600
Good: $700-1000

$500 is my ultimate nightly goal. Its been very difficult to reach since the holidays ended and my club is often REALLY dead lately with most averaging $100-300 at best. It gets consistently good towards late Feb-March and from then on I expect $500 and no less. I do try to lower my expectations based off of the season / month given that my club is on a beach and we pretty much thrive off tourists. Dreaming of spring break shifts right about now ...

A lot of these $800 averages are impressive but not realistic for a us scrappy fish in little broke ass ponds. But also my cost of living is like nothing- including rent and food all my bills are ~$650/m so NYC and LA can suck it.

Albuquerque, NM

Not Great $0-$200
There were nights when I was dealing with bad depression and anxiety and did not want to talk to people- just did easy sales, only danced for people who asked, hid in the DR, stayed in a dark corner on my phone, said no to anyone sleazy, left before it got late and busy with enough to pay any given bill or expense. Subsistence stripping. I remind myself that If I leave with $80-180 after fees it's more than a full shift at my day job. I think about how it's still a good workout and practice and helps me be in better shape. Also it's fucking $10 dances, no cover, and $2.50 PBR and parting these club furniture dudes from a dollar is almost impossible. If i made ~13 sales I performed a god damned miracle. I'm a certified blood from a stone cold bitch. But if I actually work on deadass weeknights, $200 is a reasonable goal.

Average $200-400
If I don't leave after two hours, or run away and hide, the $200 hits pretty easy. That's smiling money, weekend money, laughing at the bar money, looking cute and flirting with couples and birthday boys. If I stay the full five hour shift until the roach lights come on the next couple hundred peels off the drunks fast, and they get handsy and sloppy and a pain in my ass but a wad in my pocket. I do back to back dances with people waiting their turn. My makeup is gone except for crumbles of black on my cheeks and red in the cracks of my lips like a scab, I'm in a micro-thong and my stockings are bunched around my ankles, but it doesn't matter, I don't have time to fix it. I skip stage, drink my water during dances and touch it to my nipples like it's part of the show. I hustle- mostly just by staying on my feet, staying awake, stay smiling, and working the lap dance factory without a break.
Sometimes The $300-400+ comes easy from a couple admirers and I tip out like a high roller and am smug and relaxed the rest of the night, but mostly not.

Great $500-700
With $10 dances, and almost no tipping or stage money- plus house fees, I'd need to be selling about 10 to 12 dances per hour, every hour, to lowball this. That's more than two dances every ten minutes. That leaves 24 minutes to work the floor, but subtract stage sets, so 12 minutes to talk to 10-12 people, walk to a booth, get my money. God forbid it's halfway through a song or they need to stop at the atm or wait for their beer.
Great nights are just fucking magic because they are almost logistically impossible. Great nights mean 8 dances stacked and he tips $20 just to even things out. Great nights mean there's someone who waits until I've finished dancing for everyone else because they want to monopolize me at the end of the night but don't want to get in the way of my sales. Great nights are $20 for great conversation, and $20 to go tip my friend on stage. Great nights are one buddy staying with me for 6 songs then passing me a $20 to dance for his friend too. It's a group of gay girls that can't get enough of my ass and think it's funny and fun to make it rain every time I go on stage.
Yeah. So it's all those special circumstances PLUS the hustle of average nights. Usually there's no way I'm doing "Great" in five hours. Great is 7.5 hours. Great tests my physical endurance to the limit and I earn that shit.

I do webcam too. If I make 200 or less at the club I get mad that I didn’t stay home and cam instead. Especially if it’s a difficult night and when I drink too much and end up hung over. I’m usually happy if I make $500+ stripping.

I've made more cash than most entertainers while not being in New York City, usually. There's many entertainers that I've worked with there that make much more than $2,500 in a shift, because they are very smart, have years of experience or very eager to cooperate with staff and entertainers.

1- Charleston SC
2- bad day - less than 300
3- avg day - 300-600
4- good day - more than 600

I’ve only ever broke 1000 twice in the 2 years I’ve been working but I have a few more years to sharpen my hustle. I also don’t exactly always work my hardest because I’m thinking long term sustainability, id rather make a avg amount in a longer period than burn out making a lot in a shorter period. Sometimes I preserve myself rather than deal with some shithead who has money, like I wanna go home and feel emotionally and physically well enough to do other things with my time. I dunno, I try do this at least..

The women in my club who do better than me are usually much older and party harder and have kids/big dreams to support. The younger ones I see making the same or more are there more often and have regulars that I don’t have due to slight irregularity.

When I lived in Palm Springs, Ca, I averaged $600 a day (about 12k/ month) and regularly over $1k nights during season, a lot less in the summer
Vegas is so up and down, dependent on tourists, season, the club, the girls, it can range from nothing to $5k+ a night- its a gamble
Texas- I've only worked one slow night at my hometown club, made $350 on a dead night, currently waiting for my background check to clear to work in Dallas, and may work in Austin and Ft. Worth

I'm still relatively new to dancing but I think I make around what other girls on my shift make, Though probably less than the more seasoned girls. Looking forward to moving somewhere where I can get on nights without needing to drive 2+ hours. There's just not that many clubs around here, and some of them I've heard gnarly rumors about management. Heading to Nola soon enough.

I work in a really small club, plus I've only been dancing for a year and a half (less if you count all the breaks I took lol)

Bad: > $150
Average: $150-$300
Good: < $300

For the older girls it's a lot different (mainly because they can break rules that I can't without getting fined/fired), but I'm hoping to step my game up and earn more. Recently I've also had the issue of certain girls lying to customers about me and telling them not to dance with me, and that's seriously been hurting my money. I tried telling the owner but the girls doing it have quite a bit of seniority over me so I doubt anything will be done about it.
