Thanks for this thread! It's helpful.
I'm in Seattle; I've been dancing for about 6 months total, all at the same club. I usually work weekday nights (~8 hours/shift, 3 nights/week) but occasionally I'll work a Friday or Saturday. I wouldn't say I'm the top earner at my club, but I usually fare better than most.
Bad: <300
Avg: 400-700
Good: 600-900
Great: >1k
Those numbers are after paying out house and tipout (~10% of what I earn).

I've been working at the same Club on the Northside of Houston since early spring of 2011. If you're familiar with the Houston club scene then I'm sure you'll know this club by its familiar nickname, "The Church". This club is well known for being one of the top upscale high-end clubs in the Houston area if not the premier high-end upscale Club in the Houston area. Well known for having lots of businessmen clientele who are traveling in and out of Houston on business. Of course it has is average Joe Schmo clientele, but for the most part this club is known for having clientele that are not afraid to spend a little more money to have a memorable night. This club is located outside the Houston city limits so there's no pasties and you can wear all the g-string you want. They don't allow cigarettes but they do have a wide selection of top notch cigars. They've got a very good fully stocked bar with lots of selections you normally wouldn't see in your average strip club. And they also offer lunch and five-star dinners. A lot of clientele reviews that you read on the internet will brag about being able to get extras in this club. It's a no-brainer that you can get extras at any club you go to regardless of quality of Club. But I will say that working here for over 7 years, that this is one of the few clubs I have worked in where regardless of what the customers brag about, this isn't a club you go to to get extras. Of course, I'm not naive and I know that there's always going to be girls willing to do extras but I can tell you from experience, whenever reviews you read on the internet, when I talk about extras, for the most part they're full of BS. Now this is known as a high mileage club where a lot of girls will clowder client to squeeze their ass and boobs.
With all of that being said, this club is well known for making good money each night. The stage money is a lot better than a lot of other high-end clubs I work at around the country. The clientele that comes here on a regular basis is not afraid to spend money, and they're not afraid to give you a sample tip just to let you know they've got money and they're willing to take care of you. Sometimes that the waitresses make more in one shift then some of the dancers. It's very easy for a dancer to make 800 to $1,200 if not more. I've walked out of here after tipping out for the night with $2,000 more than just a few times. If a girl works Friday and Saturday night, and she's not sitting at the bar paying more attention to Facebook then she is the customers, it's pretty easy for her to make $2,000 to $3,000 on the higher end in just two nights. Not saying that every girl is making that much every time they work but it's definitely doable and most girls that have worked here for at least 3 months has had nights were they tipped out and were going home with that kind of money or pretty close to it.
Even working the lunch crowd and the afternoon and very early evening shifts, you can still make 500 to 700 if not more. Sometimes I prefer working the day shift just because the clientele is a little bit older. You don't get the younger 20-something crowd that all they want to do is get drunk and act stupid towards the girls. Although, I do like working the nights because that's when most of my regular customers are there. Either way, a girl can bank at this Club even if only working a couple of shifts a week.
For me, this is what I usually experience.
Very good night, over $1,200
Normal good night, 700 to $1,000
Average mediocre night, around a $500 +-
A bad night for me, under $350.
And of of course, the rare night you made less than $150 as you're telling yourself you should have just stayed home.
I've had nights of where I've made over 2,000 just to make less than 200 the next night. It all just depends on what clientele there is for the night. Obviously, when there's a big event going on in Houston, you can expect more money in the club each night. The rocket thing about my club is that it's located not too far from the airport so you always have business men traveling and staying at the nearby hotels that stop by the club. Or you'll get businessmen entertaining clients on the company dollar, that's usually when you can expect really nice tips.
If I read a review where a girl that worked here for 6 months and is complaining that she couldn't make any money, she is obviously lying or she spent too much time in the dressing room or by the bar Cruisin Facebook. There's absolutely no reason for a girl to not make money here unless she is a complete moron and has no idea what she's doing or she hangs out the dressing room all night. Yes you have to hustle in this club, when you show up for a night shift and there's already 30 + girls on the floor, you have lots of competition but even then, is pretty easy to get a guy asking you for a private dance, whether you're on stage or getting off the stage or just walking through the club, there's always guys stopping you and wanting to go to private room.
So with my experiences, I've had several nights back to back where I have made at least $1,000, just to have several nights at the very next week or I made less than 350 each night. You're always going to have your good night's in your bed nights no matter how much money is floating around.

Yeesh, I need to edit for season/summer here.
Phoenix is BRUTAL in the summers... "Bad" category nights happen at least once a week & "Good" category are usually reserved for Friday/Saturday.
Summer:
Bad - under $100
Average - $100 to $250
Good - $300+
Season:
Bad - under $200
Average - $200 to $400
Good - $400+
Great - $600+
This is the same where I am in AZ. Unfortunately, the busy season seems to get shorter every year.

Girl. That's what I've been feeling like. The Jan-April part is the same, but the time it takes to pick up again after summer seems to get pushed a week out every year. 5 years ago, September 1 was the reliable start of decent business again. Now it's 2 days from being October & it's still absolute garbage at my club.

Jeez AZ seems like a nice state for outdoors opportunities, but I don't think I can put up with $10 dances and a huge difference between busy season and slow season..

Last year, it sucked down here until February and then the Back Page shutdown made it even worse. It's gotten hit or miss, rather than just being horrible all the time so... That's something? Maybe?
My first year, busy season ran from September to May. It's just not working out that way anymore and it sucks.

Cost of living is pretty low in AZ, so it's hard to say if it's worth it or not. I did well there, but $7-10 dances were so mentally difficult for me after doing $20 dances for years... I think you can make a living dancing in AZ (like, make enough to pay bills). Most women aren't making "stripper money" in AZ (like, banking regularly). And it's probably only worth it to travel there for events (if you're a hustler).
But in my experience stripping, the same can be said for most cities. There are outlier clubs and cities where hustlers can bank most nights relative to their cost of living, of course. But i think most of us are working in cities where we're making good money considering how few hours we work, and we're able to pay our bills and have a good amount leftover, but we're not making crazy money in comparison to our cost of living...

Oh no I wasn't trying to knock Arizona! But yes, it would be hard to adjust to $10 dances. Like maybe if it was air dances I could.
I also hear from girls that dance in $10 areas and pricier areas that it's just way easier to sell a lot more dances in the $10 clubs. So maybe it evens out? I'm just too lazy to work that hard. Arizona is a nice state though in some parts.

$7 dances aren't a thing in my area of AZ anymore. There's a club where the price is technically $7, but everybody charges $10 so the dancers effectively raised the price.
Cost of living is ridiculously low in my area, although it's pricier in others. No comparison to anywhere else I've lived. My mortgage is 1/3 of what I paid for a 1 bedroom apartment in Seattle. Electricity is nuts in the summer but that's about it. Living here is dirt cheap.
Some girls bank regularly, but they're either dirty or have some crazy unique hustle. The rest of us get by and have a crazy good night every once in a while.
Stacking $10 dances is easier but airdances aren't a thing. You get used to the work. VIP dances are $20 per song and it's usually not hard to upsell. Usually.
It used to be a LOT better out here but things have gone downhill here too.

Northern USA
bad night- under 150
average night- 200-300
great night- over 350
I haven't been working there long but I actually make more compared to most of my coworkers. They tend to spend a lot of time sitting in the dressing room, shooting the shit at the bar, and taking smoke breaks. Also (honest observation not bragging), most of them are average/overweight while I'm rather fit. I've heard that a great night for most of them is 250-300.

I’m in Denver!
Bad night: $300
Average night: $500-700
Good night: $900-1000
Best night/great night: $1300
My average nights tend to be week nights and my good/great nights are almost always Saturdays! I only work night shift too and I work in a smaller club! We don’t have private rooms at my club sadly just stage money and dances, I charge $30 per dance normally! I would say I’m one of the top earners at my club and I work my ass off all night!

How is it now?
Our busy season is similar to your's when football season starts. It's past mid-October, and the club is dead. Even on Friday and Saturday nights.
A long-time dancer, well-known among staff and long-time customers due to her height and long red hair, quit last year in order to work on her bar. Last month, her bar closed and she came back to do couple of shifts. She said "It's gotten really bad here."

Sounds very similar to my club. There's literally no point going in Sunday through Wednesday, Thursdays are incredibly meh, Friday & Saturday we still have a packed club but they just aren't spending as much money. Overall, my shift avg is down $80 compared to last October.
We also have a shitload of newer girls. This always happens this time of year, but usually by now they've mostly figured out they can't hack it (my club is a different hustle than most of the city) and left. Now I think they're barely scraping $100/night and are clinging on for some reason? Not sure what that's about.

It seems like it's started picking up, but it's too early to tell if it's a fluke or not. We have had less new girls showing up and none of them stick around, so that's part of it. I'm also doing things differently and that's probably part of it too.

Clubs in the valley of so-cal are decent especially that you have to split 50-60% to the club.
bad nights: 200
regular nights: 300+
good nights: 600+
That is with me working 4 or 5 hours during weekdays and weekends. The money seems to be more consistent at night, but I've also have had really good day shifts. My income would prob jump up by 75% if i actually went up to guys at the club. Need to work on that.

LOL. This is definitely not accurate at all in SoCal unless you're prostituting.

What is your body type and hustle strategy of you don't mind? Also what type of club/customers and how do you like Seattle? I've been wanting to move there for years and just visited for the first time a couple months ago and loved it! May go up there for the summer...

Bad: 2-300
Average 500-800

However at the end of the day, if you left with more money than you came in with then you’re still a winner

Thats not high earning for Houston especially at a high end club
Turning local $ into USD
Bad - $125-$200
Average - $310-$500
Good - $1250+
Honestly this only reminds me of how much we've fallen against the USD lately, my local money earnings haven't fallen that much since four years ago but comparing them to America then vs now, it's pitiful. I hope after the coming recession we pick up again on the world market.

I've only been dancing since the end of Dec and have only worked a few shifts, so I'm not the greatest earner in my club I'd say; my hustle needs work but I'm getting there. Somewhere between avg/lower end earner. It didn't help that I started during the notorious slow season apparently.
