If he 'never had a childhood and wants to provide them with one" why isn't he teaching them things, skills, doing something constructive that will help these kids instead of basically seducing them ??? He showers and sleeps with them and lets them ride on llamas, shows them porn and gives them wine, I'd say there is more to childhood than that... . I don't know, just very strange, beyond strange. Lots of people have shitty childhoods (much worse than his, I am sure his father was not dad of the year but what exactly WAS so bad about his childhood?) . He needs some intense therapy. I do think he has some kind of compulsion with kids, and he knows just which ones to peg.. the disadvantaged ones from broken homes, etc. Typical pedophile at work. Something is wrong, and he needs help. Oh well, lets hope this is a lesson to him to keep the kids out of the bed.

Im not ashamed to say that for a while I was all on the Micheal Jackson is being attacked by the media and railroaded by a gold-digging pathetic excuse for a mother.
However, I have a huge problem with the fact that MJ had all of these child stars who admitted to sharing a bed with him "but nothing happened." Im sorry but how many grown ass men do you know who are going to admit to being sexually assualted by MICHAEL JACKSON, a man who is constently ridiculed by the media, just look at what happened with Liza Minelli's husband. Jokes and jokes and jokes. There is no way they would ever put themselves on the spot like that.
MJ needs to be locked up in a mental institution, and that boys mother needs to be in jail for neglect and just sheer stupidity.
Damn LA is the posterchild for the rich, famous, and not guilty. What a fucking shame.

A lot of the celebs are strange by nature ( artistic talent ) dont know why but something about them and that creativity thing who knows - not all are like this but a lot of them . Well Jacko crossed the line long ago I dont care who or what he missed I missed all those millions he has booo- hooo . He is talented no one can deny that fact but the deck isnt full people . Stay away from children !!!! I dont think he did the full on fondeling treatment but I think just sleeping over in a secure room is wrong wrong wrong !!!! The case or charges were very hard to prove and the witnesses were shits to begin with so thats why he was innocent on all counts in this case .

Likely we will never know the full truth. However the jury tried the case, and everyone did the best they could to prove their points and express themselves. The verdict logically followed from the trial and all evidence presented. Not guilty. Get over it people; it's too late now.
I hope that he may has finally learned not to put himself in such a vulnerable position. For one thing, it sets such a bad example for other adults and kids. Grow up, Michael. It is time.

I gotta disagree with celebs are strange by nature of their talent. Jennifer Connelly is an exceptional actress and she has her head on straight. If you sit back, you can probably name a bunch of other acters who aren't baffoons.
When people get strange, it is because they are denied so many of the social norms that are normally present. For example, all the free shit they get. Paris Hilton is charging money to make an appearance at a party. (I sure don't know about her - she must have been locked up in the closet when she was a kid or something.)
Now the ultimate is Jackson - that guy is in such a bubble surrounded by yes-men he doesn't know what the heck is going on. I think he got a big wake-up call with this court case. He has been pretty quiet in his house and I bet he is thinking about his reality just right now.

Obviously the jury found the evidence to be too weak to find him guilty beyond a reasonable doubt. So did I. He may have done it, but the evidence just did NOT prove it 100%.
And the boy's mother. WTF was she DOING living with her kids in his house and letting them sleep together in the first place???? If you ask me, SHE's the one who should be strung up!

Well at least he said that he will no longer be sleeping with little boys in the same bed... I wonder why it took so long to realize that???
The mother of the child also did turn off many on the jury with her personality and attitude, she needed to be coached more probably.
I don't remember which comedian did this but one had a huge white fat guy in his 40's with a beer in his hands read the same statement that Micheal Jackson said on that special of his where he just spent time with boys, how he felt like peter pan, and had the sleepovers with the boys.

I think a few people need to stand back and access what is being said. There are a lot of formum members that complain about how people judge strippers and assume a stripper will sleep with someone for $100. Well, if that is true, then how can anyone here know more than the jury that heard all of the facts.
Come on. Let's give the benefit of the doubt... and not make assumptions about people just because they are different or don't fit in to our standards.

Sitri, there are some substantial differences here.
1) MJ readily admits that he sleeps with little boys.
2) You know how pedo's hang out at the playgrounds suppossedly - MJ has an entire amusement park in his backyard.
3) All this happens "off the stage."
4) There is so much "smoke" around him - it is coming from somekind of "fire."
I'll stay away from the "scary clown" face he has managed to carve his skull into - but come on. The man has mutilated himself and that has got to say something. I have seen people with extreme body modification have less mutilation than MJ!

1. Strippers take their clothes off for money. MJ sleeps with little boys. Neither means anyone's getting fucked.
2. We hang out in strip clubs and enjoy nudity. MJ has a playground. Still doesn't mean anyone's getting fucked.
3. All this happens "off the stage". So what? Still doesn't mean anyone's getting fucked.
4. Most people would say there's alot of "smoke" around us too. Doesn't mean jack.

1) One, which is so often stated, is a job. The other, an obsession.
2) Strippers like to say "What happens in the club, stays in the club." MJ likes to bring it home - right into his bed.
3) Once again - strippers have boundaries. Ask any guy who tried to ask one out. :P MJ's boundaries are obviously a little less solid - unless it is the alarm and camera on his bedroom door. A guy has to have boundaries you know.
4) There is a lot of smoke around strippers - especially when it comes to "extra's girls." We'll just go into denial about extra's girls to keep the argument against MJ stable.

Dude. The point is: The EVIDENCE isn't good enough. Just the fact you THINK it's happening, doesn't make it so. Just the fact he's WEIRD, doesn't make it so. Just the fact his LIFESTYLE isn't acceptable to YOU, doesn't make him guilty. Except in your mind of course...
Once again, gotta point to the fact the jury heard all the evidence. They weren't convinced. Just ONE guy commented on the mother's attitude. That in no way means that was the single deciding factor. Sheesh. Talk about being hung without at trial. If the evidence had been strong enough proof, the jury would've convicted. But it wasn't. Plain and simple. So in this country, that means he's innocent.
As far as I'm concerned, continuing to say he's guilty at this point is STILL no different than saying ALL strippers are drug-addicted stoopid whores. When the HARD EVIDENCE is examined objectively and without personal bias in either case, the accusation doesn't hold up. The fact you feel the "evidence" against strippers is different than the "evidence" against MJ is merely a reflection of your personal bias. Because other people would see that differently.

Yup. Hell, the OJ case had better evidence than this one did. I tend to think that he is indeed guilty of something...but it's all so speculative. The major problem I suspect is that the people involved in his cases have parents who prey on him as much as it is claimed that he preys on them.

I never said I would find MJ guilty in this particular court case.
I am saying there is a difference between "innocent" and "not proven."
One cannot compare a group of people (strippers) to a single person (MJ) because obviously a group of people all have different characteristics individually. I just decided to go with the logic to see where it goes. ::)
When the HARD EVIDENCE (multiple children claiming abuse and common traits of pedophilia) is examined objectively and without bias (the lying mother) - the accusation does hold up. People have been convicted on a lot less.
It doesn't matter. I am sure in a few years we will be hearing about another case with him AGAIN anyway... unless he moves to Thailand or someplace like that.

Anyone wonder how the kids are doing?
1. They slept in bed with Jackson and whether or not he did anything, they no longer know if it's wrong or right because people can't decide
2. Mommy and Daddy went up against Jackson (the child's friend) and called him a molester
3. Jackson won the case, but the child doesn't know if he was molested or not because other people said he wasn't but mommy and daddy say he was
And the list could go on
What about the children?
So he won't let any others in his bed (he says), the jury thinks he's not guilty, and now theirs a civil case to see if money should be given to the child's parents because "nothing bad happened?"
What would a child think, and don't think they don't understand anything, children are NEVER as out of it as we think they are.
AND BIG GREEN --- thanks for the compliments, tee hee.. I'm doing well working in two cities every other week so it isn't too boring, but I do get a hell of a tan riding that bike!

Jackson was a child once. I think he would ask the same question: "what about the children?"
I don't think he necessarily gravitated towards kids because of a missing childhood. I think that has something to do with it, but I think it's also because kids ages 6-15 are the only people in the entire UNIVERSE who for a fact wouldn't see him as the ICON Michael Jackson and treat him as either a god, a maniac, the world's largest atm or some combination. I think it would get weird for young Michael Jackson to see grown men crying on the streets at the sight of him, and people mobbing him to grab the glove, shirt and shoes, the very hair off of his head.
