a month or so ago i danced for josh (i forget his last name..paul maybe?) the catcher for the tampa bay devil rays. i wish he'd come back in. he was super nice and we got along really well. one of the best customers i've had in a long time. course that's not really a huge celeb, but he IS on wikipedia. :P

Oh dear. This just ruined my Say Anything-era Cusack fantasy.

Oh hunny, I'm pretending I didn't read it. Theres this guy who comes into my job now and looks just like Cusack, it's craziness. I love JC, he will always be ok in my eyes until he wrongs me... which considering I doubt I'll ever meet him is never going to happen :D

Jason Spettza (Ottawa hockey players)

Spezza and his posse love the clubs. But they rarely get dances. They think they should just get to sleep with the girls for free.

I've danced for Sean Penn, Marlon Wayans, Kevan Barlow(football player), Ricky Williams (another football player), E-40(rapper), the list got longer once I danced in Vegas...and I dated a football player so they would always just show up at whatever club I would dance at.

They were really nice and dropped alot of money on the two of us....although they did get another dancer with little confidence to go back to their hotel heh

I danced for Antonio Freeman(NFL), Keyshaun J (NFL), Outkast, David Banner, Sean Paul, Twista (all entertainers) and Todd D (NBA).
And my best friend Kevin W. (NFL-Cowboy) I met and performed for in a club. He is a godsend.

I just wish I could have gotten a shitload more money from them but I was grateful for what I did get.

I just saw this post and had to put my bit in. My fave celeb lap dance was for Morris Day of The Time. Anyone remember Purple Rain?

I am SO jealous!

On another stripper website I read a comment from dancers in Vegas that John Goodman is a regular, and "shockingly unlikeable."

I can't find that post anymore, though.

It used to exist - stripperpower.com I think.
Not there anymore.

I tried googling "shockingly unlikeable/unlikable" and found no hits anymore.

Semi-off topic, but I heard about a website where groupies (NOT strippers) go and post comments about their experiences with certain guys. Can't figure out the link, but I remember reading about it... any help?

OT that doeasnt happen to be Donna's Ho Board from Metal Sludge does it?
I used to go on there a lot up til a couple years ago when it turned into catty teenagers bitching at each other, tho some of the stuff is interestin if not taken with a pinch of salt.

Groupie Central used to be another good site to tho they closed it down :(

I wasnt working the night a certain fav. ex-Yankee player of mine came in, but according to the girls who were, he was an extremely good tipper - he left $5's for every girl at stage and bought two private dances - both for his wife - and then tipped the girls 50% on the dances. It seems like sports people tip better than actors or singers.

Jane Lynch?! I'm a huge fan of hers, love her in everything she's been in! No celebrities ever come to my neck of the woods although we all keep our fingers crossed for Brad Pitt...

I haven't danced for Jane Lynch but I've kinda danced WITH Jane Lynch.

When I moved to LA 4 years ago, I was a featured go-go dancer in a middle-school movie called "Sleepover". These foutreen year old girls sneak into a club and Jane is the mom of one of the lead characters. She and anoher mom and looking for their girls. Jane gets caught up in the music and basically (in a nice way) pushes me off my pedestal.

They cut the scene out:( But she was so funny!

I've danced for Johnny Knoxville, Kid Rock, Puddle of Mud, Yin Yang Twins, Dennis Rodman, George Maloof, Officer Jones & Officer Garcia from Reno 911.

OMG!! I know "Officer Garcia", aka Carlos Alazraqui. He is a really good friend of my husband's. I was in acting class with him. He used to be the voice of the chihuahua dog of Taco Bell who said"Yo quiro Taco Bell". (He got really well known for that in cartoon voice and then comedy circuit).

Ahhhhyyyy Carolos;D!

The only "celebs" that come into my club are the guys from "Pimp My Ride". Except not xzibit. I still haven't met him. A handful of girls have been/are dating guys from that show.

I don't work as much but last year the crew came in on one of my shfits regularly. They were good tippers.

this is nothing to be proud of. it was right before he had to be back in la for a trial date too.
Phil Spector. he wanted me to go to vegas with him *shudders* but i definitely felt very weirded out by him so i wouldn't have taken him up on it ... not like i would have for anyone really... but still. and it wasnt until like a week later that another girl brought in an Entertainment Weekly and i found out who he was and i got even MORE creeped out.

blast from the past thread... he had a retrial yesterday

Your stories are lame. Ball Players are they really celebrities?

I have been asked out by a lot of hockey, football, and band guys.

It's not a big deal, I care more if they pay me or not or if they are cool.

The drummer from Lincoln park, very cool, awesome tipper, plus wanted to hang afterwards.

Loser's from papa roach didn't spend a dime, but wanted to hang out, fuck that!

Now when Clooney comes into the club, hold me back cause I'm about to lose my job, lol...

I would always spend time with Clooney when he came in. Very nice guy. Not a drop of creepy, just cool.

I've danced in Los Angeles for awhile now so the list of celebs is long. Actors, singers, band members, famous male models. I don't count sports guys, wouldn't know them if I saw them.

my friend was a waitress there at the time and i wasn old enough to dance then, he didn't forget to pay he just thought he was too good to pay, from the dancers statement you can see she is iterested in his money and ot his status!

oh ok, I used to work at strings a few Years back and saw a few famous people used to avoid them most of them were so rude and all the girls would crowd round the really famous ones, I had to argue with a footballer once over £20!.

Its ridiculous they just think they are above paying when the only reason i would talk to them is for money even though they are famous, some people are so arrogant!, kanye and others must think we have nothing better to do than dance for free and expect us to be honoured and delighted!

some football & b-ball players i dont wanna say names..

Ummm I'm not sure of names or even if a pro-athlete is a celeb... but I've danced for a few of the Red Sox players (their spring training is here in Ft Myers) and also a hott Miami Dolphin. 8)

Fuck! What club do you work at! I willl be right there next year!!! Oh my gosh I just slid off my seat! Sorry.

I agree with what one of the gals mentioned earlier in using discretion. We get a LOT of big time celebs in the clubs here, and we like to keep it that way so I will not name names. But I have met one of the most famous hip/ hop producers of all time. He was a total dick when he found out I wasn't Cuban. !?! I have personally snorted coke in the bathroom of Opium Garden with a famous femal pop-tart. I actually thought that I was so high I imagined this until it was later confirmed by my roomie (who was clean and sober) that she had been there.

A famous child star used to come in to a club that I worked at to, um... utilize the services of a particular Penthouse Pet who worked there as a house girl.

A politician who was in a position of little importance used to do the same at a different club. Now he is in a Very important position. I really wanted to tell my mother this but I'd rather not admit I worked at a bj factory because I don't want her to think I did that too!

And upon reading the other posts, I have met Sean Paul and the Ying Yang twins out at reg. night clubs in Miami Beach. SP was really nice (but kinda short in person), the Ying Yang twins were hitting on a gf of mine from outta town and she couldn't understand what they were syaing. Poor thing!

I danced for the bartender on the show China Beach, some old show, he liked that I didn't know who he was. In a different state many years ago, Paulie Shore, Fred Durst and Adam Sandler came into a club together. I don't think that I've met worse assholes! They never got dances from anyone, they didn't tip the waitress, and Paulie called one of the girls fat (she wasn't) and said she had some nerve being a stripper :O

Sean Penn, Sam Elliot, and some asshole from the Cowboys who pulled out his dick when I was giving him a floor dance. He is my all time number one asshole customer experience.

I have met, at my former club, Andre 3000 and Nelly Furtado. Also Polow da Don, but it doesn't count because my ex boyfriend works for him. I met most of my celebrities through my ex rather than work. Though it was interesting to have random guys rain on me and when I asked if I knew them, they would exclaim "You're x's girl!".
