I'm thinking of doing private shows/parties and so I'm looking for a good agency in the New York metro area. At the moment, I don't have a car, so I need an agency that will provide a driver/security.

What are some of the hiring points for this agency? I've never done escorting, so I would like so real info about it. I am all for a new area and a new scene, maybe this is what I'm looking for?
