pathetic state of grace!
Ok notthelastgirl, what if there's no ball or card under any of the cups? That is fraud.
Anyway, this was fraud, but neither party is "innocent." The guy thought he could buy affection, and the girl took advantage. Yes, i think the girl is a scumbag, but so is the guy. Oh, just to be clear, i know a lot of decent dancers who'll tell a patron up front that they're married/involved.

lmfao about "But was she brazilian?"
Wow.. this guy was seriously taken. He deserves a portion of his cash back... if not all.
I really really hope he learns his lesson.
The guy isn't scum IMHO. He tried to buy her with money and everything else. He tried to win her affection that way. HER TAKING ADVANTAGE of HIM in taking the money with false pretenses is scummy.
The only possible way he could be scum is if he was trying to buy sex from her and taking advantage of financial hardships. THOSE hardships that were presented to him were deamed invalid.
uh... Yea.. he is stupid.. HOW CAN A STUPID MAN HAVE OVER 175 THOUSAND DOLLARS TO GIVE TO A STRIPPER?

Facts, definitions, legal briefs et al. I t is always a matter of how smart your lawyer woirks over how smart the other litigant's lawyer works, as well as the predilections of the judge. If it is fraud, I believe that is a felony, so more can occur after the civil case.
Ladies, watch yourselves. Gents, be very skeptical and look for a better life than one inside the club.
