She actually won the most original show in the Miss Nude Canada contest and does 'XXX anal porn'. But honestly shes a flake. She was not once on time for her stage shows and overly demanding. The DJ had the stage cleaned one girl before her, she goes 'I want the stage cleaned' the dj replies 'the stage was cleaned one girl before you' she goes 'im the feature you do as I say'. She kept 'forgetting' to give the DJ's her music and when the DJ's asked for her music she ignored them then got pissed when they gave her their own music. She FELL like 20 times in one show every time she tried to do a spin or climb up the pole... um yea needless to say she was odd... lol. She was a sweet girl though.. but a flake.

Aw... this thread makes me a little sad! I agree you can over do it... but I think it can be cute! I've seen it WAY over done, but especially to certain songs... I want to click a little!!

Damn, if I did XXX Anal I'd scream and stomp too. For different reasons. :) It would be great to see them slam their shoes in time or to a driving rock song but not any ol' random way.
when im sitting with a customer they always look when a girl slams her heels and than they immeadiatly ask why she did that that and think its retarted. i myself hate it when girls slam their heels.

Okay I 've read a lot of mixed reviews on this topic and I have to say, yes, I was one of those girls but my show was slightly different than what I've heard. When I was on stage I did a lot of floor-work and pole-work and I would only do it during the best part of the song, during the appropriate part of the night. Ex. You Know You're Right by Nirvana, doing floor-work. I would lay on my back during really sexy floor-work and swing my legs back, above my head onto the stage floor and I would use the front of my shoes. I only did it during the most deserving parts of the song, it was more sexy than scary and no one ever told me it was annoying. Actually all the new girls would always try to simulate it and customers always said that they thought it was cool. This was about four years ago in California so I'm kinda surprised that it seems like a new topic

Yeah, that's a good way. I used to flip myself off the pole timed to the music so you get a pop to the good parts. I don't bother anymore because guys don't appreciate a smart, sexy stage show. They're lookin' around, scratchin' themselves...

There's a girl at my club who dances to country who does this, and yes, it's annoying when she does it over and over, but it does sort of fit her. Customers actually come in asking for her like "hey, is that girl that stomps around on the stage working tonight? She's an entertainer".....She yells the lyrics of her songs and stomps and smacks her ass in time to "Honky Tonk Badoonk a Doonk" and in the small little Georgia club I work at, it works for her. She makes good money and is asked for often.
But then there are also the customers that are like "Oh jesus" and roll their eyes every time the dj says she's next, so obviously not everyone thinks it's "entertaining". I guess I personally just have respect for her because even when it's dead, she gives 100% onstage.

I have seen girls do all of the above and yes, heel stamping is annoying but it does work! I dont do it myself. I once saw a girl snap her platforms doing a spinning combination of pole moves where she would stamp instead of place her feet to change position - to generate noise and be noticed. It worked ok for her (not for her shoes!) as she was small and dainty looking with a great show.
I have however seen a 'big' girl think she was great cos she did the slamming thing but it just made her look heavy and ungainly.
I used to know a girl who wore lots of rings and used to tap the pole for attention. It worked. That 'ching, ching' sound was loud!
In the same club was another girl who - get this - used to stand IN FRONT of the stage when i went on and just stand around giggling, wiggling, obscuring the view etc.
(This was in Norway where the stage was only slightly higher than the floor and the customers were in booths about a foot or two from the stage so she was blatantly blocking my show)
I am not the aggresive type n thought it funny at first but after asking her to move 3x i relented just kicked her.
Seemed to work as she never came near me again!
Must admit though in most other clubs someone would have ripped her hair out 4 doing that.
Not sure why i mentioned that but think she also was the 'foot stamping' type. Oh god, now theyve gone n gotten a bad rep..!! :)

Definitely a craze that continues to sweep the nation(s). In my club it tends to be the booty shakers who slam the platforms together overhead, sort of used as an accent. I think it can work - but you know, the image that always comes to mind for me is that of two bighorn sheep smashing their horns together. But that's MY brain . . .

At my new club they have smoked glass around the DJ booth, which is a terrible idea even if it looks cool, because you cannot see how well the dancers like the music, if anyone's tipping them, or sometimes if they're even onstage, lol...
But worst of all is when the occasional heel-slammer gets up there, since the stage is right next to the booth, and all of a sudden SLAM!--it soimetimes makes me jump a bit because it comes out of nowhere, lol. It's especially bad when I am totally focused on finding the next song.

I am thankful that dancers are fined if they stamp their heels.. It is concidered unclassy and ruins the stage. They had to put a fine on it because at one point enough dancers had slammed the stage that is causes the stage to tear up and we were all going home with cuts and bruises..
I finally talked to a manager about it and said I couldn't handle all these cuts when I hadn't even done anything fancy on stage. He agreed and told me how we had lost a beauty of a new girl because she was so cut up that she quit dancing..
That put an end to the stamping at the stage. We are also not allowed to holler form the stage or yell at the customers or DJ, thank goodness, that got old very very fast.

Ive always wanted to put glue on the sides of their shoes so they glue themselves to the stage. Just cant find anything that sets up that fast. LOL

Yup! *sigh* The same spot got recracked, and now there is a taped up area toward the front of the stage between our 2 poles..It's such a pain.

Ack I actually saw a feature do it through last week, every single stage show. She would climb to the top of the pole and fly down into the splitz then slam her heels on the stage, she would then get up, bend over smack her ass super loud and scream then slam her heels again. Probably one of the tackiest features i've ever seen. You've just described what the most annoying girl at my club does. Along with a bunch of speed ass-shaking, and more screaming. She also makes the DJ play that "are you ready to rumble...." intro thing at the beginning of her song. It's just the most annoying bullshit excuse for a stage performance I've ever seen. And THIS is what she won the club's annual contest 3 times in a row for. Only proves that with the right friends in club staff, and bringing enough people in to sway the applause factor, ANYbody can win a stripper contest - and that most people are sheep who will just follow the noise ::) Oh, and that guys are stoopid.

My idea of the "heel smash" is when the girl is on her back, spreads her legs, then smashes them against the stage behind her head. Pretty cool move, as far as I'm concerned, and shows flexibility.
Exactly, I do it a few(3 or 4) fast times in a row, first smash is so you can pay attention if you weren't already, and see it the next time. I want you to see just how damn flexible I am! }:D It makes money for me, so why would I give a shit about other girls, lol!
Anywho, stomping in general does annoy me sometimes, it really depends on the dancer, and even moreso the song she's doing it to. The music(upbeat, heavy bass) and crowd at the time make a heck of a difference to me ::)

Okay Bridgette, play nice lol }:D Don't talk about D***E like that!
Seriously, not to thread jack but everything you said about the contest/s SO TRUE!!!! And if we are talking about the same bitch, D***E, I wish she'd stop wearing that light blue genie outfit.
Back to our regulary scheduled CK thread (sorry CK).

The first time I ever heard it, it scared me, and I couldn't figure out why they do it, it looks wierd an kinda retarded.

I think that if you are on your back and have your legs apart it can be kinda sexy to tap, not SLAM, your heels together, maybe on a specific beat of the song you are dancing to. Not in a demanding way, but just like a "hey don't forget about me up here" kind of way, nothing too dramatic.

NO, the girl at my club gets off the pole, lays on the floor, stretching her legs straight out, up to her chest. Then she pushes her legs up towards the ceiling, flops onto her belly, and then SLAMS the front part of her shoes down. Everyone in the club hears it....EVERYONE.

too me, it just seems immature, like a kid stomping their feet when they don't get what they want.

Wink your asshole, or slam your heels onstage? ;)
LMAO, I had a house mom say to do that when you want attention from the crowd, I don't know how
hard these women are slamming their heels but every once in awhile a little bit of noise brings the
attention back to the stage I wouldn't want to smash my heels off the stage though and the brown eye
winking in a fully nude club is hard to avoid if you do floor shows I'm just happy I don't work
in a full nude club i have seen the mystical brown eye wink and think to myself Anal bleaching baby!

I've been in clubs where some of the dancers do this. The seem to be the more athletic ones that have a lot of flexability. It is an attention getter, and as long as they don't do it too many times in a row, I don't think it's that objectionable.
There's one particular, very flexible dancer who will slap her heels together when she's dancing on your lap. She's incredibly flexible, and does a few other things, like standing on one leg, and having the other leg pointing completely straight up in the air, as well as the locking of the feet behind the head thing.

did she do it three times and say "There's no place like home"? If so, I think she needs to lay off the crack!
OMG! ROFLMAO! I totally understand that one! I always thought that myself when I'd see the other girls do that at one of the clubs I worked at in ALabama! :D
