1. Set a minimum price but allow the girls to negotiate their own prices.
2. Don't take a cut of dances.
3. One flat REASONABLE fee which covers house, DJ, housemom, everyone. Depends on earning potential, but no more than $100 total.
4. A 75/25 dancer/club split for VIP seems more than fair for the club/mgr to me. The DANCER is doing all the work and selling HERSELF, the DANCER is making the sale, so the DANCER should get most of the money. Not some self-entitled wannabe pimp ::)
5. Give discounts to girls who sell more. If Susie Seller does 5 VIPs every night while everyone else does 2, Susie should get a break on her house cuts. Why punish her for being a better seller? Yeah, yeah, you can say she gets rewarded enough with the 5 VIP fees, but if you give her a little reward for putting more money in YOUR pocket, she'll be more likely to stay and keep up the good work!
Last and most important: Look at some of the incentives other salespeople get from the company. We are your salesforce, not your bitches, so treat us as such. Give the girls some incentives for producing, and guess what? Just like any other salespeople, they'll be more motivated to keep producing!
It's not rocket science.
