Wow, Pryce, heck of a post. I personally would like to throw in my thanks to TOO as well for keeping the site up and running! (And also thanks again for that generous offer to bring me out to the Fest... I wish I'd taken it now!)
Round of applause for TOO!!

Wow.. It's chatty Pryce! Hehe.. That rocks. Great post. I wasn't even there, but I teared up. Probably the whoremoans, but it was a very sincere and happy post. I'm glad that you had a great time, and that you were able to relax and enjoy everything. You totally deserve it. I wish I had gone! One of these days, I'll make it to another one. I lucked out for the first Stripperfest of course, being that it was in RI, and I didn't have to travel. Heh.
I'm glad I can help out by Moderating, and you're very welcome.
TOO.. You are very generous. I also want to mention that this is not the first time that TOO has helped out. He genuinely cares about the site, and that is something that should be recognized and appreciated. So thank you, TOO, from me personally, as well as on the behalf of all SW Members. This place has been my "Internet Home" for 2 1/2 years, and I don't know what I'd do without it.

Not the Bang Bus, I hope, Paige.
:D;D
LMAO! Nah, I had to Greyhound it from Long Beach, CA to NYC when I moved.
We were supposed to have a 1 hour layover in Vegas, and I was excited! But the bus ran late so we only got to sit in the station for about 15 minutes. I only got to see the lights from on the bus :(

Bridgette: A joy as always. Stunning, smart, and fun. Before you showed up I felt like we were motherless.Motherless?? So, what are ya saying Pryce? I'm the SW mom now??? C'mon now, I'm not that old just yet :P
Bf said it must be the boobs - figures they give me a "motherly" look. LOL

Pryce - Inspiring words from the father of Stripperweb! Thanks for the big role you play. Stripperweb has rekindled my love life, reduced my chance of heart disease by 75%, and helped me lose 15 pounds! Anyways, it was great seeing you again.
TOO - Thank you for helping this SF be successful. You sure know how to show a good time.
Bridgette - I'll thank you later. ;)
And for the rest of you, I'm glad I got to meet each one of you. Looking forward to hanging out with the whole bunch again soon!

Susan: I was so happy to see you again! Always great conversation, insight, and fun. I think one of my guys is jealous of your husband. :-X
Aw! And there I was wishing I knew someone to set him up with!
Pryce, you hit it on the head. I was thinking, "Wow, here are my internet friends, with me in real life! How cool is that." Especially in light of the fakery and stalkery that spring out of the web more often than not. You're one hell of a guy.
Oh, yeah, I forgot to mention that we ran into a dancer from my home club in PDX. I have to admit to worrying she'd come back and tattle on me for letting myself be molested by a strange dancer. ;) She was a pussy, though, and wouldn't dance for me herself!

TOO has paid our hosting bill for 12 full months. That is a giant load off of my shoulders and really makes things possible. With the rising cost of running the site, I'm not sure I would have been able to keep it afloat financially myself. Remember all the errors and downtime? Remember they stopped one day. That was the day TOO started helping. Thank you again TOO for making sure the pride (pack/family/herd/etc.) has a home!
TOO: As hard as it is to believe, you are even more of a gentleman in real life.
Well, then--let me be the 9th or 10th person to thank TOO--and apologize for doubting he could be any less a genuinely giving, warmhearted person than the overwhelming testimony indicates.
Pictures can sometimes reveal much of a man's character. That smile looks genuine to me, and the face in the photograph shows not a trace of pretension, or an inclination for the kind of ego games that friend of mine would be inclined to pull, lol.
Not that my friend is all bad, but he is nowhere near being this kind of gentleman when it comes to women, especially dancers.
Kudos to you, TOO...

How fun was that?!?! Yeeeeeeeeeehhaaaaa!
First, thanks to TOO! I don’t think I’ve taken a vacation like that…in…well…ever! Also thanks for going out of your way to return the camera as well. He seemed to enjoy helping people have fun.
I was running down to my last buck of the money I allotted, in almost every club's TOO took us to. (I actually did one night, thanks for bailing me out Alex, I was on sensory overload at Sapphire and wasn’t watching my pocket!).
I have to say that every woman there was more beautiful in person than their pictures. But, I’m glad I got some more pics anyway. J You can never have enough and you all know what a pic whore I am. Susan – no fair wearing leather! Bridgette – no fair wearing T-shirts I have to…err…um…read! TM, Cally and Susan– really no fair - the topless shots were classic! And Nina was all dolled up – I hadn’t seen that before. Life is good, yes?!
Nice to meet you, Pryce, and sorry about your troubles. And at last, some folks to enjoy Grand Marnier with (you and your friends). Most people can’t really deal with it. Also, your friends fit right in, even though they were not involved in the site. Pryce, I’m glad I found this site. It came when I needed a few answers and I believe I have some of them now. And I might not have had this much fun!
DW, thanks for keeping us laughing and with all the stories – really great stuff. Just talking with you for the short while we did, I learned a few things.
Bridgette – you are amazing as always. Rhi and I were trading notes on you one night and we both said pretty much the same thing. “She just goes out and does shit!” But, you know, could you keep it in the car next time, I didn’t know there was a flat bed on that Hummer and I thought I was going to have to dive after you. Keep up the great work planning these things! P.S. – glad you found someone!
Cally and Alex – thanks for letting me tag along on the off day. I really enjoyed my time with you and I will see you again in Toronto.
Rusdancer – I really enjoyed talking with you. I felt comfortable, like I had known you before. P.S. – nice legs! I just looked at one of the pics – Daymn!
More on the clubbing later. Rhi is trying to create an album now.

I would sooo be all over a NYC fest ;D
Oh, sweetheart, do you have any idea what we could do in NYC? We'd fly the girls 1st class into JFK and then helicopter them into the city. We'd book all the girls into the Waldorf-Astoria, top floors, suite level. Or book them closer to the park. If anybody wants views of Central Park, we could arrange that, but we'd have to book a different hotel.
On the island we could do 5-star restaurants, dance clubs, PEC and Scores all in one night.
We'd leave 2 days open for shopping on Park Avenue and a full day on Madison Ave.
The Vegas trip is just begging to be outdone. We can only do that in a few cities -- NYC, Paris, Rome and Tokyo. Let's line 'em up.
Bridgette

But I agree, we could definitely top LV in NYC ;D ;D

Not all the great shopping in NYC is on Madison (Park is mostly residential) or Fifth Avenue. But a lot of the great department stores like Bergdorf's or Barney's have lower-priced stuff that's nice. Now, lower-priced is relative and means a $250 top vs. a $1,250 one, but hey, it's NYC.
The LV store on 5th and 57th is amazing. They have basically everything there, not just all the bags and luggage but the clothing line designed by Marc Jacobs. If there's one thing I know in NYC, it's the shopping!
I'll have to give a reminder for the ladies (and maybe some of the guys) to pick up Time Out New York and New York Magazine. They list the sample sales weekly and you can get stuff from just a few months earlier from 25%-80% off.

You can have a baby bump, but your arms and legs have to be like twigs so you can fit in with the the pregnant wives of the investment bankers. Otherwise, you may not be allowed in Manhattan.
Lodging will be a definite challenge. If it ends up happening, I'll be glad to give you recommendations to avoid rip-offs or rat-traps. It might be good to buddy up for the trip to save some $$$.

What in God's name makes you think you are going to pay for anything? Where have I failed you?
I about had a heart attack when Sad mentioned that he ran through his last dollar at Sapphire. How the hell did that happen? I moved everybody to the VIP sky box as soon as I could round up everybody in our group. Come to think of it, I noticed two girls mobbing him before I even got the crowd moving upstairs (OK, honestly, I saw the very impressive backsides of two girls mobbing him). Too much of a dancer magnet, that guy....

Lol...I found something I liked. I went for it. I wasn't letting you pay for lappies. Trust me, you paid for enough. Hey, a junkie is a junkie and there were a plethora of hotties that night. Would you believe on Monday nite Sapphire was a ghost town and I got in for free and it totally sucked?!

All I need to be happy in Manhattan is another hottie on my lap, steak frites at Les Halles, and a trip to Agent Provocateur. Also I bet TOO could get us a command burlesque performance from some of the stars there . . .
So the fall . . . I will be flying back into Newark from Europe sometime in the middle of September. But it's pretty easy for me to go there whenever.

Before we get too far along having fun in the thread, I wanted to mention how touched I was by Pryce's heartfelt post. It's rare for him to post long messages on the site, but beyond that, I was particularly touched by the wisdom and insight of his comments on how we all fit together in Vegas and got along so well -- and so quickly! -- after having just met in person. It was as though we had known each other for many years and were just glad to see each other again.
The Web has the potential for bringing people together in strange and wonderful ways. What I've often written on this site is how special this community really is. It's truly remarkable. I cannot be more proud to be associated with the ownership and mod staff of this site. It brings me joy to count these people -- all of you -- as my friends and special people I can share my life with.
I'd also like to thank everybody for the wonderful, thoughtful and kind words they have posted about me in this thread. For all the inspiring words and encouraging comments, let's not lose sight of the fact that it's Pryce's constant devotion, energy and sacrifice that makes this site even possible. It's as simple as that. And the mod staff devote countless hours of energy, commitment and thankless work to maintaining order with too little appreciation and support from the rest of us. There is nothing I am capable of doing that equals the energy and commitment of these very special members of our community. I cannot thank them enough.
Ours is a community that is often misunderstood by society, or deliberately maligned by those who are confused or threatened by it, for reasons that defy logic. In my experience, our community is one that protects itself. Let's all take comfort in the knowledge that we take care of our own, of each other, in ways that are special and unique, and that we will always do so without question, and without any expectation of return.

In addition to saying "ditto" to what everyone else already said, I'd like to add my :twocents:.
Pryce really could not have said it any better in my opinion and I kind of had an interesting revelation of sorts as well. For me, it was when we all started meeting at the bar on the first night and continued in spurts through the evening. I was the first to arrive and I called TOO and we eventually met. It wasn't at all like how most introductions take place where you shake hands, say your name, ask what you do, etc. Not at all. It was like we just knew each other. We didn't spend much time getting to know one another because we sort of already did. After the initial handshake, the conversation continued with where everyone was, who we need to call, ordering martinis, etc. The feeling of the entire weekend wasn't that of getting to know one another, it was more like a family reunion where everyone attending just needed to catch up everyone a bit, not get to know one another.
All through the night, we got to know one another on a much more personal level that you just can't do by posting on a message board, but it was the small things that really made the weekend awesome for me, not the big things. It was listening to how cool Bridgette's accent was or seeing Pryce in a tie with an obvious agenda for having fun in Vegas. It was watching SadButTrue getting mauled by two dancers at once in Club Paradise. It was NinaDaisy in a polka-dot dress explaining to the dancers that she had no panties on because she forgot to pack them. It was Tigersmilk who kept saying how much fun she was having in Vegas all weekend. It was Bridgette getting a massage in the room next to me at the spa and listening to her explain to the massage therapist what it was like to be a dancer. It was watching Pryce's friends order 37 oz. beers at dinner. It was cally and her BF having a blast together as a couple in a SC. It was watching Bridgette give her very cool BF a lap dance for the first time. And while TOO's generocity was tremendous, the thing about him that actually made an impression on me wasn't the money. It was his desire to make sure everyone had fun. That everyone got picked up by a limo when they needed to and met us at the right place when they needed to. I remember that on Friday night, at about 1AM I had to get back to the Bellagio to get my car and leave early because I had a business engagement the next morning at 9AM. While I really did need my sleep, I was quite happy to go 45 minutes out of my way with the limo to get Susan who was waiting for a pickup in a nasty part of downtown Vegas. I was happy because that's just what friends do and it was fun chatting with her for the short while back to the DejaVu club and made the trip well worth it. She, like every other woman who participated in the weekend, is as brilliant as she is beautiful, and that says a lot.
So this was my first official SW get-together and I have to say, it was as weekend I won't soon forget. Everyone contributed in one way or another to make this weekend an awesome one and it was certainly that team-effort which is what made it so great. It's just proof that SW is not a website like any other. We're a community, and a pretty damn awesome one at that.

Words can barely describe how great this weekend was for me. It was a great group of people that came along too - which made the experience that much better. Everyone was so much fun. I felt like finally Im meeting some of the people Ive been chatting to for almost 2 years on here. Everyones humor, sarcasm, and intelect plus much more was great to see all come through in person.
That was a weekend I'll remember for the rest of my life. I feel like everyone said what I was feeling already. It really was like meeting your friends but friends from online. I dont have much of a family so friends (even online ones) are as close as I get sometimes.
Highlights for me was pretty much everything we did. From meeting more than wonderful people to riding in a limo and ferrari for the first time to just getting to be myself around everyone who didnt judge me.
It was just the partying and my hardcore drinking skills but it was being looked at with nonjudgmental eyes and having the time of my life.

I think perhaps you mean the Waldorf Towers. All the commoners stay at the Astoria. }:D
Of course, I've always been partial to the Pierre or the Mandarin Oriental myself. Killer views of the park from the higher floors.
You don't want to go to PEC anymore. Trust me on this one. If we were to do a dinner, a private room should be arranged for our party.

Hey, we're not as romantic as Rome or Paris, nor are we as large as NYC, but we are very much the same. Films that claim to be shot in NYC are often shot in Toronto. We are the *4th* largest metropolitan area in North America, don't forget that!
France had riots that damn-near destroyed the entire place. At least we have our shit together, they're not even fucking close!!
We may not be as media-centric as the places that you list, but TOO, we can empty your wallet a lot faster than you think! }:D
On the other hand, if you're not wealthy like that, you can have a very good time, for very little money! :D

And by the way, if you want a big city experience, don't forget that we could congregate in London :) Shopping in Knightsbridge (Harrods, baby), Oxford Street, Bond Street...shows galore in the West End...and yeah there's a few strip clubs too :D The only drawback would be the horrible rate of exchange to the British Pound (around £1.00=$1.90 at the moment).
Pryce said it all...I've been fortunate enough to meet a few of you individually in my travels, and it's in being together, in the moment, where you feel you can take the 'internet' tag off of "internet friends". I'm totally happy for everyone that was able to make the Fest in Las Vegas, and I hope one of these days to get to party with y'all!
(Speaking of which, I'll be in Las Vegas and Los Angeles the final week of July. Maybe we can't top the Vegas StripperFest but it'd be smashing to get some folks together and hang out!)

If we ever do a New York stripperfest...you can most assuredly count me out. I despise New York with every fiber in my being.

Ouch! That's a bit rough. Hell, I lived there, came to despise it, but now enjoy my short business trips back quite a bit.
