Looking back on this thread it seems a lot of our SW ladies got lucky with good boob jobs. But it seems like in the clubs all I see are horrendous sets of fakes where you can see ripples, or they fold in on themselves if you raise your arms, or end up looking hard and unnatural. I can't imagine being brave enough to risk all those insane complications.
That said I have seen some natural looking sets, usually on girls who had kids, or really saggy boobs before their jobs.
Girls on here that are happy with your jobs, how did you avoid weird complications? Luck? Good surgeons?

LOL Love it.
Lots of guys cant tell mine are done either. Only the guys who used to come to me, know.
Even then sometimes they can't tell! They just have that "something's different" puzzled look on their face.

Me...I did a LOT of research before I chose a surgeon. I chose one who 1) prides himself on his work being natural 2)who guarentees his work....if anything EVER goes wrong or I dont like them..he re-does them for free. and 3) Has the experience and the referances to back up his expertise.
Add to that the fact that I obeyed his orders to a T. Didnt raise my arms over eye level for a month, didnt work out for weeks...etc..etc....
I see a lot of girls make 2 HUGE mistakes: 1) go for a low price instead of a good Dr. and 2) go back to work, start drinking, working out, etc...WAY too soon.
Now...almost everyone who didnt know me before thinks my boobs are real. In fact..I specifically get guys asking me for dances because they hate fake boobs and are so happy to find someone with big real ones. ::)
I dont feel OR look disfigured and I find that description offensive. If someone doesnt want plastic surgery, dont get it. But why put down those who do? There are as many reasons for doing it as there are PS patients.
Personally...I was disproportionate. I was flat chested with a ghetto booty. They were also lopsided. Now my body looks proportionate and instead of being the flat girl with the fat ass...I'm "curvy" . I feel more like how I was meant to be.

I found my Doc after lots of research as well, I saw many women who had work done by him, recently and years ago, and all of them were still happy.
Then when I met with him I was very descriptive and told him exactly what I was looking for as an end result. I also followed his instructions to a T.
I absolutely love my results. As far as my motives for getting a BA, because I knew I would enjoy the look of my breasts after words, I knew I would enjoy the shape of my body. I had had a baby, and before the baby I had these fabulous, perky, big boobs...well they went bye bye and I wanted them back!
Motivation, interesting choice of words.. what motivates a person to dye her hair, get a piercing or a tatoo even?
Even then sometimes they can't tell! They just have that "something's different" puzzled look on their face.
Exactly!
Some dude said to me, "Wow, you look great!... then proceeded to ask if my LANDING STRIP was bigger the last time I danced?" :rotfl:
No honey, my TITS are bigger. ::)

After reading the Maybe she's born with it * thread I started thinking about the whole surgery thing.
Fake tits... hmmm
fake
adj.
Having a false or misleading appearance; fraudulent.
1. One that is not authentic or genuine; a sham.
Okay.. there is nothing fake about a womans breasts just because she had surgery to enlarge them. They don't clip
on it's not like she takes them off at the end of the night and sets her tits on the bed side table.
I don't get why it even matters to other dancers at all but after awhile I really get sick of being asked
"Are those real ?"
I agree and I even mentioned this very point in a blog I'd written a few years ago. Someone that stuffs her bra or wears falsies have boobs that are more "fake" or misleading than implants. At least with implants, they are tangibly there after you take off your shirt and bra. At least they are something to grab onto, unlike tissues in a bra. I agree with you!
I don't know why guys care so much about real vs. fake. I used to get asked "are they real" all the time. I recently started responding, "They're fake, but does it matter?" If the boobs look good and natural, guys shouldn't judge the boobs to be any less just because they are "enhanced." There's a lot of fake boobs that look better than real boobs(but there's also a lot of real boobs that look better than fake boobs, too).

I could have written this exact same thing, minus the ghetto booty part.

i dont have my "fake" breasts yet but i agree with you here. at work i wear a padded bikini and i always get self conscious that the guys will be disappointed or say soemthing once i take it off. i hate padded bras/bikinis, i cant wait til i have my own inbuilt padding ;D
as for why guys ask? well its coz they are dicks and they ask everything. like last night i got asked how old i was all night and also asked if i knew i had a mole near my pussy? duh.

I used to want fake boobs when I was a C cup but even then I didn't want to go out of proportion I just wanted my boobs to pop like fake ones do but now that I've seen more natural ones I have felt more in line with just being a normally bigger chested person with hang it'sa great what lingere does. I'm perky but lingerie can make you appear just as fake and full up top as much as the lower portion of your boobs. So I don't really wish I had fake ones any longer. I kind of am just like they are what they are. Hopefully they help me make that money.

I have 'fake' breasts and I made the decision to get them because I was unhappy being an A cup...I felt unbalanced. Before I got them I never judged anyone who made the choice to get them. I think it's silly to go get a FF or HHH but if you feel it's something you want to do for yourself...then you should do it. I have girls say crap about my breasts all the time...I just ignore it. Why put my breasts down they aren't effecting their lives?
If someone love their small chest I give thme credit...I think that's great! But I wasn't happy with my chest and I felt I look funny...so I'm very happy with my choice. I went for cohesive gel...they do look fake but they feel real and they don't sit up on my chest when I lay on my back they spread like real ones.
My breast are still there I just have implants under them to enhance them :)
I know this's old post/thread, but this describes me, haven't had 'em done yet, but that's what I want!
