View Full Version : how much of a turn-off is leg hair?

Leg hair is NATURAL! Pubic hair is NATURAL! Underarm hair is NATURAL!
I love real women. Au natural is the best! The best thing about 80's porn is the women are all NATURAL!
Why, oh why did we ever go to all-shaven? In a club, I would pay double for a woman who had HAIR, which is NATURAL, and SEXY!

In all honesty, I would never go to work without shaving my legs. I'm also one of the only girls that uses the shower at work! I'm very hygiene-friendly, and I get really grossed out by myself if I don't shave my legs for a day, working or not. I kind of think it's nasty to strip without shaving. Sorry and no offense to anyone who doesn't agree, I just think it's part of the job. Like putting on make up.

^^Ha. I don't really wear much make up either. No I'm hyper-aware of shaving my legs because it's part of a ritualized grooming process that is a part of my impulse control disorder. But I know girls - mainly Euro-imported girls - that don't. It seems fine for them.
I like when Miss D doesn't shave her legs for 3 or 4 weeks or more. Once the hairs are about an inch or so long they become soft and pliable. I have these tiny barrettes that she lets me apply. Sort of like decorating a christmas tree and really great foreplay.

haha, in reality i dont think my leg hair could grow to an inch long fbr
when i was younger and not dating anyone and didnt care, it would never get too long... it would just grow and stop at a point... uh, this only happened in the wintertime when things were covered up, lol
anyway, for dancing? if i were the OP i would wear stockings... shaving every single day is hard on the skin

I have been guilty of going to work with stubble but never really visible leg hair.
I find body hair generally quite repulsive, but that's a personal thing for me. ANything below the eyelashes should be hair free!

Miss D has extraordinary leg hair growing genes. It so cool. That's the main reason why I give her so much money.

I don't think it would be horrible, horrible would be like open infected wounds or something. For me personally, a stubbly leg would be maybe 4% distracting, I mean I'd notice it but I wouldn't be freaked out or disgusted beyond belief. Not really that big of a deal to be honest with you. But my preference is a smoother leg.
Question for the customers:
I don't feel like shaving my legs today, but I am working tonight. I have maybe a day's worth of stubble, and it's soft, not sandpapery. I don't want to shave
a) because I'm lazy
b) because I have a date tomorrow and I'd rather have smooth legs for her than for work
Would it be a horrible turn-off to run your hand up a slightly stubbly leg?

While stubbly legs is not a fetish of mine, it is far from a turn off for me. I'd refrain from going against the grain so to speak and/or adjust my own body position so as not to be scratched on my neck, arms, etc.
It'll vary from custy to custy but one inch as described by FBR does meet my turnoff threshold.

I'm still trying to figure out when au natural ended and shaving began? Yes, shaving pits and legs has been pretty standard for a long time, but when did it become "normal" to shave "down there"? In the 60s, 70s, and 80s, hair was the norm. Something happened in the 90s to change things, and nearly everyone, in stripclubs and out, started shaving, or at minimum trimming, whereas it used to be normal to let nature take its course. Of course, I prefer hairy pits and legs also, but realize I'm unusual in that respect (even though I have no idea why there aren't more of us who prefer women the way god/mother nature intended).
I remember when Christy Smith first showed up on Survivor Amazon, and how it was mostly women online who were all grossed out by her hairy pits, which were there from Day One. I defended her, and through a small world coincidence, met her at a Dead show and she gave me a big, long hug. A great moment!
Someday the trend will go back to au natural, and I'll be one who will make more visits to clubs at that time.

Skywalker - I believe shaving pubic hair became trendy when local ordinances for topless clubs began banning the exhibition of pubic hair. The dancers could wear smaller, skimpier thongs by shaving. The idea was to keep them covered, but you know how we are, LOL! Eventually shaved kitty became the norm in nude clubs and porn as well.

When I wore stocking I shaved maybe once or twice a week. My legs get horribly itchy whether I moisturize them or not so I try to avoid shaving as far as I can. Even then my leg fetish guys would always compliment me on how smooth and hairless I was, ha! My stubble doesn't become visible until after well over a week. You can feel it if you're looking for it, but if you're just running your hand over my skin without specifically paying attention to it you wouldn't notice it.
Actually I bet my skin would feel coarser if I shaved every day. Also when I'm freshly shaved I don't let people touch my legs anyway because I get rashes so easily. Talk about unhygienic.
The kitty I shave only 2-3 days too depending on how bad the stubble is and what day I'm working. That's the point when my stubble begins to really show. I'd love to shave every day but no matter what I try I also get pimples and rashes down there too, so given the choice I prefer a slight stubble to a horrible rash.
I really wouldn't mind shaving more often if only I had skin that could take it! Waxing makes the kitty smooth for about a week but when the hair starts growing back the rashes are twice as bad no matter how I exfoliate/moisturize or which products I use. My leg hair is so fine that 2/3rds of it break if it's waxed anyway.

Wow, immature. I shaved as needed, pits daily, legs every other day, and bikini wax on the poon. Now, I shave if I think I might get laid...so not that often, lol!

Hold on - theres nothing wrong with stubble - thats understandable as long as you know its there and its gotta go, but to let it ride until its a visible problem is just - wow.
If your gonna let it ride like that, then dont complain about my sand-paper chin on you hoo-ha

Leg hair is... not a turn on. Feel free to shave or not shave, but i'll find someone else if your leg hair is too bad.
Semi-shaved kittys are a close second, i like them either shaved or grown (trimmed, but grown) not in between. Five o'clock kittyhair isn't sexy.

While I understand your point Velvet, you'd never get stubble burn from my face. I take the time to among other things to shave before hitting the clubs so I expect the same from the dancers.
Let some customer pay you to shace your legs.

It's never been the leghair that gets me,
It's the handlebar mustache. How do you POLITELY tell your ATF that it needs cut down. :(
The gutteral throat cleaning doesn't help Bontropolis raise it's Monument either

you sound a little bit too serious. i mean "deal breaker" and "just...wow"
unless the girl is naturally -really- hairy, most girls don't grow enough leg hair to validate those responses. lol
for instance, i have had nearly full grown in leg hair and went to work (i hadn't worked in a week and i forgot to shave when i went in)
and TWO customers told me "i can tell you wax" while feeling my legs.
and no.. they weren't being sarcastic. my hair is just very very fine and super soft. unless it's day 1 stubble, you can barely feel it. i'm not the only one either. plenty of girls have "barely there" leg hair.

Wow, I didn't expect so much negative slight-stubble response when I clicked on this topic! I'm glad to know; I'll make sure to shave every night! I guess the hairy pits I like to sport every now and then (I just started working) probably wouldn't go over too well in the club either, eh? :O

Think about how many hours the average guy works to make the $20+ that it costs for 2-3 minutes of entertainment. This isn't cheap entertainment, and at those prices the customer gets to be choosy and expect degrees of perfection that matter less OTC. So no, unless the guy has a fetish for arm pit hair, saving a few minutes shaving before work doesn't make any sense.

I dont mind leg hair when its like that - but if feels like im rubbing the face of an old wino after a 3 day binge or I can braid it then I mite be a little taken aback.

I'm not sure sasquatch means anything in "Australian", but in North America it means Bigfoot (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bigfoot). Related to the yeti.

It's not a deal breaker for me. Really, it doesn't even bother me. It may be something I notice if I'm moving my hands around down their but I rarely give it a second thought.
To me it's in the same category as what's your favorite perfume, do you like big boobs or small, shaved kitty or a racing stripe etc...A good LD is supposed to be a sensual experience. I don't buy LD's based on any one characteristic, it's the whole package. If I'm spending $20 every three minutes on a girl she has me captivated enough that the experience isn't going to be ruined by a little stubble.
