^^^I actually had this same problem a few years ago. I ordered 3 pairs of shoes, totalling around $100 and only two pairs of shoes were shipped because one of them was backordered and it made my order to be literally $74.98 and I was charged the $10 shipping. I emailed about this and you did take off the shipping but it would be really nice if something was backordered to notify us about it. The shoes that I ordered were just basic white stripper shoes and I could have easily had picked out another pair.

Okay, but you STILL didn't say why when I try to buy the black OR red garter, it says
"The Garter - Single Piece * 1030Size : One Size Color : Black is not currently available. Please contact us for availability of this item."

They have been on backorder by the manufacture... but we have more coming in later this week. Sorry for the inconvenience.

I'm pissed. I ordered something and chose the 3 day select shipping on the 25th of April. It is now May and I still haven't gotten a shipment notice. When I try to track my order through the link provided in the confirmation email, it gives no status. Something tells me my shoes aren't coming. I would like to email the site and find out what's up but I am never able to send emails through the kind of format that they use.

Snaz, I have been ordering my shoes pretty much exclusively from you guys for a few years now, and I have never been unhappy with your service until recently. I ordered two pairs of shoes, and then threw in a top just to get the order to 75 for the free shipping. I noticed a few days later that only the top had shipped, so I emailed. I recieved a prompt reply saying my shoes were backordered and had been canceled from my order.
I think if you guys are going to cancel parts of orders, you should email and let us know, so we can replace the items with something else, especially if they are shoes. I wouldn't have even bothered ordering that top if I wasn't ordering the shoes too, and it took me a few days to realize my shoes weren't coming. I was offered a 10% discount on my next order in the email, but it doesn't matter b/c I already get the 20% stripperweb discount.

A little background on how we inventory and ship our merchandise is needed: We stock everything locally except for some styles of Pleaser, Ellie and Tony Shoes, which are shipped from our fulfillment center. Unfortunately we do not have live inventory on our website for Pleaser, Ellie and Tony Shoes. So if an item is on backorder we are not informed until after the remainder of the order has shipped. At this point it would be too late to contact the customer to replace the backordered item. However before placing your order you can contact us ([email protected] ([email protected])) and we would be happy to call our fulfillment center to check on inventory.

Sorry about the backordered item... please let me know your order number and I will credit you the shipping charges. It is our procedure to give free shipping on all ground orders if the original order was over $75 even after any backorders have been removed.

MINOR CREATIONS please please please get some of their multiple piece sets!!! I have been ordering like once a week since I found snaz... lol a month ago. I cant find minor creations legging sets anywhere, except wholesale. And I dont mean their old school stuff that looks like it came flying off the body of a stripper in 1980 something.... like new stuff!

I just wanna say, I love hoodie outfits, and I love thigh high lace leggings, warmers, arm warmers, and other stuff that is way different than the stuff we all know we have seen for years and years and years.

But not TOO different, no sexxy brazil insanity, I cant even figure out what look they are going for with their stuff

And the snaz website has some hiccups or something, sometimes I dont see everything I should see, like everything is in so many categories and subcategories.... I click one place and then another by the same name, and get different results. at least I think thats whats happening, lol, it might just be me.

The other day, though, I got a pair of boots from snaz. I got them and they were not what I was hoping for. I wanted what was pictured. Well, I suppose they could have been the same ones pictured, but the pic must have been taken from a very odd angle, and placed very well to hide part of the boot. They have buckles across the front, and the ones that actually LOOK GOOD and are wearable dont have straps going across with buckles on both sides, because that makes it look like a motorcycle boot, very unfeminine, and obsolete for pole dancing. Big clunky buckles on each side of straps across the front was actually the fault of Pleaser, who made the boots, but why the strategic photograph?? Sheesh if I wanted to buy something un-useable, I would have bought them on ebay :O

I was thinking about this, I suppose it could be a matter of opinion, but I really think the picture is misleading. Maybe in the future, some different angles could be pictured, rather than just the one. I would have liked to have had a better idea of what I was getting. The boots I have are not sexy, at least not to me. There are ones that are identical but the straps are different, and I didnt know that so I didnt think to ask.But I wore them, thats how I realized they were useless for pole dancing, because of the stupid straps and buckles being on both sides of each boot, cant exactly grip a pole with buckles in the way. So now I cannot return them, and anyways they were on clearance so that was why I tried wearing them anyways, I cant return clearance items. Just a bad purchase all the way around, I dont know whos fault it is (prolly mine) but I wont be ordering anymore from the site because I am so dissapointed. I wasted almost $70 on boots I cant even use. *cries*
