View Full Version : Do's and Dont's with Dancers

The thing is Phil, I don't really care what a dancer thinks or how she extracts the $$s ITC. I don't view human's as being all that altruistic to begin with; quite the opposite, I find people do what they do because it benefits them in some way(s), or in the case of their own children because it's largely instinctual. And while altruism exists, I certainly don't expect to find it in the club. It's also human nature to tell ourselves how wonderful we are, and often advantangeous to really believe it, I could recommend some really good books, but I digress...
Sure, different dancers use different techniques to extract $$s, but if you want to read altruism or goodness or kindness or whatever into that, well enjoy it, but I just view it as "what works" for them. Put another way, they may even believe it (the best actors are the ones who can't separate reality from the act), but all we really know for sure is that the behavior attracts guys like you to spend more money, and the vast majority of those guys are going to go home alone, no different then the guys who spend their money on the other women. So really, what difference does it make what he stripper or customer is thinking? Who cares? It's still $20 for a lapdance.
^^^
And to be fair, it's a perfectly reasonable point of view to have.
What difference does it make as to what the stripper and customer are thinking?
Depends on whether you have similar mindsets. If dancer and customer have roughly similar expectations as to type of dance and standard of behaviour, then the probability is that both sides will end feelling relatively positive about the experience.
If they've got different expectations, one side or the other may finish the encounter feeling agrieved. As you say, it's still $20 for the lap dance - it's just the lap dance can be $20 of fun or $20 of misery for one or both sides of the transaction.
Personally I prefer it if both sides leave with a smile on their face - despite it only being $20 involved.
Phil.

I do (smile), however when it comes to the dancers, some smile, some don't, but in either case only the dancer knows what she is really thinking. But I also I don't particularly trust my own reads of a dancer. Afterall they spend 8+ hours a day practicing an act. In other words, just because they are smiling doesn't mean they are thinking how much fun they had with you. Quite honestly if it was me I'd probably think the job sucks too. I don't really begrudge them finding negative aspects to the job. But it's still a choice, and they still are benefiting from this aspect of human behavior, and I wouldn't draw too many one sided negative conclusions about human behavior from what happens ITC. It takes two to sell and buy sex.

Nope, just a very astute businesswoman who knows shes got a superb figure, pretty face and nice personality.is that all? no parting of the red sea or some other sort of miracle? frankly, i'm disappointed.
An extreme example I know, but I could attempt to make $1M by setting up my own company and selling a prodcut of genuine value or I could attempt to con an old lady out of her life savings. Which is the 'nicer' way of earning?that's a red herring, Phil. again, we're not talking about someone getting ripped off.
The dancer is doing nothing legally wrong - she's just found a wealthy guy who's commonsense is obstructed by his gonads. As I often say, Caveat Emptor.okay, then she's not some kind of gold digger, Phil. a sex worker isn't a gold digger. in fact, a sex worker isn't a GF, wife or ex-wife, etc. it's up to the customer to make these distinctions in the club. it's not her job to hold his hand and tell him that he can't buy a GF with $20 or even $2000.
It's nothing to do with her being a dancer - it's a standard I apply to anyone I know.i see. so, you have no problem with her stringing guys along. however, you personally find her methods ethically repugnant. funny, i didn't know you were a stripper. then again, some customers often judge strippers based on what they do. they do like to idealize them as if they're girl scouts, "candy is a more classy and ladylike dancer. candy would never grind on guys until they cum in their pants like that dirty skank jezebel.".
OK, I'm presumtuous enough to have my own standards as to what's right and wrong - but that's another debate.it's ok. around here, customers often act as if they're the ones strapping on a g-string.

oh please, go back the wading end of the pool aka CC, cristo. needy, larval stage PLs who come to the deep end of the pool and ask,"I prefer just one club right now, is that strange?", often find themselves at bottom of the wearing cement galoshes.

Well, there are only so many topics to be discussed. For example:
o Opinions wanted - Does this pair of booty shorts make my ass look fat?
o Opinions wanted - Do I have what it takes to be a dancer?
o Tattoos? Yes or No?
o I'm in love with my ATF - what magic words or things can I say or do to make her love me to?
o My ATF called me at 2:00am to come to the club. Does this mean she has feelings me?
o Men suck.
o Men are cheaters, and cheaters suck.
o Why do you guys think you're entitled to touch us for $20?
o How to date a dancer.
o Poll - Describe a dancer in 10 words or less : #1 Dancers are Goddesses. #2 Dancers are the ultimate form of womanhood. #3 If only my wife was a Dancer everything would be right in my life. #4 Dancers are whores.
o Poll - Would you leave your wife to be with a dancer? : #1 Where is the door? #2 It depends if I'm going to be getting a refund on the tens of thousands I already spent. #3 Keep the club in the club. #4 I've already done it, twice.
o How come dancers won't take my money?
o She won't dance for me, I think that means she really likes me.
See, well it seems like a long list but after awhile it's /yawn time. A more lively topic can ease some of the boredom.

True, this point I will concede, this thread has been lively and sometimes very intense, but very circular to me............or did I blink? :-\

See, well it seems like a long list but after awhile it's /yawn time. A more lively topic can ease some of the boredom.well, that's an easily solved problem. we should talk bring up topics that might interest beginning PLs. here's a list of possible topics they might find interesting...
1) my ATF does this really cool move where she bends over and spreads her asscheeks. i wish she would do it more often. so, how do i ask her without offending her because she's a real classy and ladylike?
2)it's my ATF B-day. i'm bringing flowers, a stuffed animal, a card expressing my eternal devotion and the new PS3 she wants to the sc tomorrow. i was thinking about baking her a cake, but i that's a lot to carry. what do you guys think?
3)my ATF doesn't seem to like grinding. i'm thinking about wearing three pairs of underwear and thick wool trousers to lessen her discomfort. i'm also going to tuck my willy between my legs a la "The Crying Game" style. good idea? yes? no?
4) one day, i ran low on cash and didn't want to use the ATM. however, my ATF grabbed me by the collar and slapped me around a bit and said, "i need a PS3, biatch". of course, i gave her the money. so, how do i say no to my ATF without making her angry?

LOL Miss D's bday is tomorrow...a wopping 27 y/o. I already gave her $1500 but maybe I should also bring in cake and ice cream. I mean, after all, it is my duty to make her the center of attention on her special day.

Sure. There is always the topic of
Last night I spent over $1000 in the VIP on my ATF. I think we really bonded last night. She told me all about her abusive bf Clint, and how he beats her up, he got her sister pregnant last year, he never has a steady job, and last night he smashed up her car because he was drunk. She told me she just wishes she could meet a really nice guy like me. I want to ask her out but I don't know if I should wait until after she has broken up with her bf. Help me! I'm so confused.
