I have been eating such crap lately.
coffee and everything bagel w/ cc
baja gordita and carmel apple empanada
grilled cheese and hot tea
sweet and buttery popcorn
But I did just get a crock pot to try to make stuff @ home.
And I have been eating wendy's chicken ceasar salad and subway alot.

Currently, I'm drinking an energy drink (on my way to the gym soon)....after that, who knows?! A chicken sandwich maybe. :o)

Breakfat-oatmeal with banana in it,and a small apple,and some 5 calorie sugar free fruit punch drink
Snack -2 chocolate chip cookies
Lunch-Peanut butter and jelly sandwhich
Supper-some Totino's pizza with cut up mushrooms on top,and half of a small orange

Breakfast:
1 bowl of cereal(Lucky Charms) with skim milk
Snack: 1 big glazed donut
Hmmm...I think I should go drink something! I haven't had anything yet!
I slept alot today so I skipped lunch today. Dinner will probably be a Lean Cuisine and brocolli smothered in fat free cheese. Followed later with fruit and yogurt. I am trying to stop eating garbage on a constant basis.

Yesterday I was so good until I went to my friend's house for dinner and then I was so hungry by the time I ate that I ate waaaayyy too much. ugh. I feel like such a pig. I can't even list all the crap I ate.
Today I had:
Kashi cereal with soymilk
a Quizno's black and blue salad
iced tea
a diet Red Bull
and I'm about to eat a Lean Cuisine

Ladies, quit feeling guilty about your diets. You eat fine, most of you are dancers, that's extra excercise right there. If I here another girl talk about being a pig for eating oatmeal and salad, I am going to have a fucking shitfit!
Take one of those "eating disorder" quizes online. I never answer a single one of them correctly. I sometimes pig out, and I'm not happy about it, but I balance it. Eating is life, its important to enjoy one of the few pleasures we have.

2 Slices Hi-Fibre Soy Linseed Bread with light ricotta cheese, a sliced apple heated in the oven on top, with cinnamon and almonds
1 Banana
1 Punnet of Strawberries
1 Wholemeal Linseed breadroll
1/2 can mild indian curry tuna mixed with pre-made coleslaw mix (no dressing) and black strip fungus.
Garlic Parmesan Chicken Schnitzel w/ steamed vegetable, 1/2 cherry ripe (free lunch at work! and damnit, the vending machine guy was there while we were getting ready and gave us all something out of the machine..)
Chicken with vermicelli noodles
50g greek blackberry yoghurt

- Freeze dried strawberries
EDIT- Oh yes, and a lychee juice and a peach flavoured green iced tea.
I'm a vegan and a bit of a snacker.

ok, i "slept" at his place, and we were so tired after the SEX (I'm finally getting some!) we slept in, kinda;), till 3! OMG<so lazy! then I had starbucks,
grande chai latte (soy, no water)
a huge piece of crumb cake
a turkey on challah sandwich
lots of water
scrambled eggs- 2 with froed potatoes and beef bologne (small plate)
ahhh. so bad. At least I burned some calories before I ate all that junk.

I had some steamed chicken, wheatgrass juice, and barley.:rotfl: NOT!
I had some Brooklyn style sausage pizza, fried wings, toll house cookies, and zinfandel!! But I still look good, girl.
:seesaw:The secret is the wingettes are sectioned, as is the pizza and cookies! You may substitute fruit juice if the zinfandel is too much. ;)

Then I make Greek Chicken (I baked chicken with greek dressing, lol)

Here is what I had over the weekend.I only drink Walmart 5 calorie sugarie drink from walmart like crystal light unless noted in my posts.I hate to say it,but this thread is becoming addictive.
Saturday:
Breakfast-nothing
Lunch- Gortons Beer batter fish,small amount of baked ore-i-daho french fries,serving of peas and a homemade sugar free capocchino smoothie
Supper- Small Bowl of vegtable soup
Snack- Sunbelt chocolate chip granola bar (YUM!)
Sunday yesterday:
Breakfast-a few hersheys miniature mint chocolate bars
Lunch-3 small pieces of Pizza Hut pizza with sausage,pepperoni,onions,green peppers,mushrooms on it and a few sips of pepsi
Supper- One of them Maurschums sp? (ramen noodle cups of ramen noodles) cheese flavored.The cheese is my favorite flavor and so is shrimp.
Snack-a few mini Hersheys mint chocolate candy bars.
