Total binge!
- 100g Virginia leg ham
- 1/4 of an entire Panettone cake
- 5 slices of Coon Tasty cheese
- 1 handful of salted cashews
- 1 pack of dried noodles with seasoning
- 1 slab of fried tofu
- 1 espresso with milk & 2 sugars
- 1 can of V

Spiratein chocolate protein shake with 1% milk
Kashi dark chocolate oatmeal cookie. (This is just breakfast).
By the way, I'm addicted to the Kashi cookie above. It helps my chocolate cravings and its good for you. You can find them at Target or Whole Foods.

Egads no. I count calories though. I try to have a smoothie (235 cals) and dinner (anywhere from 400-1000 cals) and lots of water and juice through the day.

Yesterday I had a bowl of cheerios with strawberries, 1 nature valley granola bar, 1 yoplait light key lime pie yogurt, skinless baked chicke breast with 1 cup rice(yes I measured) a few cheese puffs, 1 piece of 2% string cheese, 1 lil applesauce thingie, some oreo cake, and I think thats it.
So far today, breakfast was 1 mini bagel w/cream cheese, 1 piece of string cheese.
Lunch will be a turkey & brocolli lean pocket, yogurt and a granola bar for snack and then a lean cuisine for snack. I hope.

Yesterday-
Breakfast-bowl of fruit loops w/ 2 percent milk
Snack- too many mini hersheys mint chocolate bars and some hershey kisses w/ almonds inside
Lunch-some hershey kisses probably 5 or 6
Supper- 3 small pieces of a aldi's generic brand pizza

Snack - Banana
Lunch - Pitta bread with hummus and salad
Dinner - lots of garlic potato wedges
Drinks - Orange juice, 2 glasses of diet coke, cup of tea and cup of green jasmine tea.

I'm a snacker so I couldn't even begin to remember everything, but I just wanted to be the first to say, I can't wait to see what people post tomorrow!
Yesterday I was driving all day and I had a lot of dried apricots, some seaweed, and a couple handfuls of nuts.
Today I'm at the relatives house and it's not going so healthy.

Breakfast - 2 slices toasted wholegrain seeded bread with creme cheese Boursin Deli and and a slices of Quorn veggie chicken, cup of green tea with soya milk.
Snack - organic coffee with soya milk, herbal tea.
Dinner - Gnocci topped with grated cheese, veggie Quorn sausages, cocumber, tomatoes and a Tomato and Basil sauce. Light vanilla ice-cream I topped it with Pineaple/banana/coconut innocent smoothie.
All very detailed, but that's it. :)

Breakfast - scrambled egg whites with lots of onions, green/red peppers wrapped in a wheat free tortilla with veggie cheese
Coffee with Stevia and soy milk
Snack- Almonds and dried cranberries
Lunch - Spinach Salad with homemade tomato chutney and Smoked Salmon
Snack - clementines
Dinner - spicy Asian style soup with brown rice noodles and tones of fresh cilantro

Breakfast: Very yummy, sinful, potato-egg-cheese burrito with extra hot sauce!
Lunch: 1/2 slice apple pie, 1/2 slice pumpkin pie (got to get rid of the leftovers>:( )
Dinner: Soyrizo tacos (2), small salad with salsa and a handful of Frito's

- 3 cups of clear vegie broth (one with added vegies)
- A carrot with hummus dip
- Capsicum strips
- Handful of seaweed crackers
- 3 squares of vegan chocolate
- Cup of coffee with soy milk and brown sugar
-2 1/2 cups of pineapple juice
-2 tbsps olive oil (will have 1 more later on tonight)
This was a big eating day for me, lately I've only been having one meal a day (and possibly a snack).

dinner: roast beef w/ carrots, potatoes & onions and a huge glass of milk
milk: it does a body good. ;D
i actually managed NOT to eat any christmas cookies today. one day at a time...

I had some mexican food today, a coke, ice cream, and a small piece of chocolate. I'm going to the store tomorrow to stock up on healthy foods and get back into a healty diet before I weigh 300 lbs.
