South Beach diet frozen breakfast wrap with salsa
Diet Who's your Daddy energy Drink

Lunch:
Lean Cuisine Pepperoni Pizza

Snack:
Zone Diet Protein Bar, Fudge Graham

Dinner:Salad with tomatoes, cucumbers and snap peas
Baked garlic herb chicken
1 serving brown rice

Rise - 2 glas of water and had a big bowel movement

Breakfast - 8 eggs ( 8 whites & 2 ykes ) 1/3 cup oatmeal & 1 tomatoe
coffee with milk
Snack - Yogi De Tox tea

Lunch - Grill 8 oz Salmon & green salad with sesame ginger dressing

snack - almonds ( fist full )

dinner - Shrimp Lo-mein

snack - 8 oz carrot juice, 10 grapes

snack - 2 bags of peanuts ( 1 salted, honey roasted.

drank several glasses of water thru out the day and pooped again,
drank diet tea and pooped again ha! ha!

I'm ready for bed so I will have a 10 oz glass of water before resting.

I tend to pee thru out the night. I will start a lemonade diet/fast detox and will post my experiences and results.

Well like some i've gotten a little lazy about my diet over the holidays so my diet dr (I'm on the genetix program) decided i needed a jump start in the right direction. Today I'm eating only fruit and water. Tommorow he will introduce some more healthy foods. However i don't have any fruit in the house so i need to go get some, so far I've only had water but i will be having a big fruit salad.

I usually eat about the same thing every day. For breakfast, it is a glass of orange juice. Lunch and dinner are chicken and veggies, and sometimes mac-n-cheese or pasta. I also drink coke by the gallon, and I love goldfish crackers and starburst candy. Once a week I pig out on pizza, Mcdonald's, or whatever. This is probably not the healthiest diet, but after having a baby, I feel like it is the only thing that works for me. I am about 5'6 and weigh around 120 pnds, so I think it is working!;D

Snack:

Golden delish apple
chicken leg
water


Lunch:

2 glasses of organic whole milk
a veggie sandwich (sprouts, shroom slices, zuchini, yellow squach slices, red pepper,
tomato, cucumber, romaine, a little italian dressing, on whole wheat toast)


Snack:

Strawberries
orange wedges
water

Dinner:

large bow of Harvest crock pot soup (chicken legs, garlic, onion, bay leaf, a little salt,
parsnip, yellow squach, corn, zuchini, diced tomato, potato, mushroom slices,
egg noodles, onion soup mix, broccoli, cauliflower, carrots and water)
the rest of the strawberries
2 glasses of water


Snack:

Another bowl of soup

that's it for the whole day today, now I am going to bed.

I know I am a pig but I am also hypoglycemic, if I don't don't eat a lot I get nervous, depressed and grumpy. :(

3 rice cracker thins with mashed banana and LSA (powdered linseed, sunflower seed and almond)
1 mutha strong espresso - black
swig of soda water

mid boredom snack:
small bottle of diet coke (not really a snack)

lunch:
ham, cheese and tomato croissant
too many of those little bounty mini-egg easter disasters
another espresso
1L of water

4pm snack:
12 little round rice crackers (sakata) with roast capsicum dip

dinner:
homemade pizza... ham, turkey, capsicum, cheese and pineapple. (fresh pineapple that i cut out of that pointy bastard myself)
1 more bounty mini-egg that i begged out of Mr Naut (hadn't learnt lesson)

today i failed on the no wheat/dairy front. but god it was tasty.

*cringes waiting for new dairy zit*

Today I was really sad about my boyfriend and I breaking up. I know I am the one who moved but can't I still be sad? Last night I made fish tacos, beans, and brown rice for some friends. This morning I woke up and ate the rest of the yummy mexican rice (I have to post the delicious recipe). I followed that up with yogurt, then some of those big crunchy pretzels. I went back to sleep (this is very unlike me). I woke up and ate more yogurt, pretzels, pondered some toast with peanut butter, but ate some cereal with milk instead. I went on an evening hike with a good friend up a small mountain. Before work I got some ice coffee from my favorite place and some banana bread. I ate half before work, a cliff bar from the vending machine during work, and the other half of the banana bread right now. I will eat cereal with milk again and then go to sleep. I know tomorrow will be better. Sorry, I can't help you with portion control.

lunch: foccacia with salami mozzarella and sundried tomatos
snack: cream donut
dinner:fish, brown rice risotto, salad with feta cheese, spinach, tomatos and olives

My diet is a complete mixture of mega healthy and mega unhealthy stuff

-small romaine salad with a bit of ranch dressing

i had a baaaad day for food:

-non-fat cinnamon dolce latte
-1 small bag of baked cheetos
-1 smores granola bar
-a couple pringles (low fat.. the regular are too salty)
-small bit of roasted chicken and garlic tortelini with alfredo sauce
-1/4 of a chocolate cookie
-chunk of cheddar cheese
-2 poptarts

i'm on antibiotics and i feel like crap and all that food didn't help any (well it did temporarily but that's it).
days like these are why i sitll have that bit of tummy fat that i hate so much. :(

I was curious too, What's a hair pill? Also, Philly and Aviendha, how are you liking the Tonalin, I just started today. ;)

Breakfast, 1 bowl of oatmeal and 6oz glass of OJ.
2 tonalin.
Lunch, 1 half can of tuna with 1tbsp of light miracle whip and 1 piece of toast. 2 tonalin
Dinner will be 1 can of tomatoe soup and 1/4 chicken breast. 2 tonalin.
Still trying to think of a healthy snack to bring to work.... maybe apples?

the hair pill is the wal-mart hair pills....there is a thread about it on here somewhere

I used tonalin for about 6 months and didn't really see much of an effect except my skin felt nicer. I eventually gave up on it.

I envy all you for having will power and not eating junk food and yummy goodness !!! because right at this very moment i've finished 3 candybars and still going and I just love food and cant let it go if I see a big plate of lasagna damn sure ill eat it all !!! I cant help it lol yeah but I need to change my diet ..............soon

Hmmm today....
coffee, several cups
half a bowl of Grape Nuts with skim milk
about half a cup or so of leftover mac and cheese(couldnt help it...)
about half a Mexican chop chop from Chicken Kitchen(didnt eat the rice though..it was all dry tasting, yuck)

and it's only 4....ugh...AND I'm hungry again.

Bleh....I want to lose 20 pounds, but it seems like the last cpl weeks I'm STARVING all the time.... as soon as I try to cut down a bit on my carbs..I cant stay feeling full. I literally get lightheaded from hunger about an hour or so after every time I eat.

And no diet pill works since ephedra.....

I applaude those of you with willpower....I cant even simulate it lately!!!

And what is Tonalin?

Personally, I CAN'T eat most junk food, being vegan. My beliefs on animal rights have saved me from a crappy diet!

Also I do worry about my weight, but I don't currently have the kind of willpower that would keep me eating little enough for rapid loss. Moderate loss, sure, but I have trouble sticking to anything that doesn't involve at least a couple of decent food hits a day (most days, anyway).

I plaaan on having a romaine salad with cheese tomatoes and chopped ham for lunch, and possibly spaghetti with lots of garlic and onions for dinner with mixed vegetables.

I've decided to change my dieting habits! I am now trying to exclude refined carbs as much as possible (eggs and fruit for breakfast rather than cereal), hence the sandwich-like salad (no bread).

My boy brought home a big box of Krispy Kreme yesterday so I hope I don't devour them.

I'm still hungry so I may have some more cottage cheese before bed if I can't resist. (I have a hard time falling asleep if I'm hungry.)

I've actually been eating remarkably healthy, and I think the Tonalin goes a LONG way for that. I am an incredible junk food junkie--I could eat pizza every day, and have for embarrassingly long stretches of time. But Tonalin is an EFA and thus really cuts down on my cravings. Thank goodness. I'm sure my cholesterol level thanks me.

I do also get a cheat day once a week. I think this week it'll be Pasta DaVinci from The Cheesecake Factory. Mmm.
