So far:
Breakfast: Mixed berry Splice
Bottle of strawberry, apple and kiwi juice
Cup of broth
Snack/Lunch: 3 figs and afew grapes (from our garden)
Broth
Small serve watermelon
Dinner: Nandos Mediterranean chicken salad with 2 little sachets of dressing
Diet Sprite
Late night snack: Lettuce, tomato and salsa
Broth
Will have 2 tbs olive oil later.

There's 12-15lbs I'm trying very hard to send to a better place.
Today it was:
Breakfast- Apple and guava drink
Snack- 2 tbs olive oil
Lunch- 2 white peaches
Skinny mango malt smoothie
Dinner- Greek salad with Italian vinaigrette
Pepsi Max
Cup of broth with tofu, spinach and rocket
White peach
Snacks- Coffee with sugar and a mix of soy and low fat milk
A carrot and a little lettuce dipped in miso paste
About 1/3 cup salsa
Zucchini and soy sauce

No problem, most people on this forum don't use metric (even here, my mother's generation still tend to think in terms of stones and pounds, like the British). I calculated properly and the amount I want to lose in pounds is definitely 15 (goal weight of 115lbs). I underestimated a little when I said 12. I was on the computer at uni and didn't have a calculator on me.

Lots of vegies (zucchini, Lebanese eggplant, carrot, mixed sprouts, red capsicum, spinach and rocket) with miso paste

Approximately 730 calories.
A felafel has between 100-150 calories, depending on its size. The vegetables would be around 50 at the most (probably more like 30, since lettuce and sprouts contain almost no calories) and the yogurt sauce around 100 maximum, possibly less depending on how creamy it was. So, that's 200 calories for that at the most. It would only go up to 400 if you added a round of pita bread.

Today I ate:
1 Cherry Pie Lara Bar
1/2 Whole Wheat Bagel with tofu cc, tomato & smoked organic salmon
some cucumber salad - maybe 1/2 cup?
1 granny smith apple
2 salmon/brown rice sushi rolls
some pineapple chunks - maybe 1/2 cup again - wasn't counting
plus a bunch of water and 2 NV tablets (I'm trying it out, who knows if it does anything), and all my vitamins.

I've got a cold and it hit me all of a sudden really hard last night and today. :( I'm trying to stay on track even though all I want is junk food to make me feel better. And ice cream . . . . . I want ice cream.
About 5 (8 oz) glasses of Gatorade - 250 calories (Why don't they make diet Gatorade?)
Tuna salad (about 4 oz) - 180 calories
Slice of whole grain white bread - 75 calories
Beef & Veggie stirfry (3 oz beef, 5 oz frozen veggies) - 195 calories
Brown rice (1/2 cup) - 80 calories
Total today:
Approximately 780 calories.
Over all, I think I did pretty well today. :) Being sick is killing alot of my appetite and I've been filling up on Ade for Gators all day anyway. Cold medicine doesn't really make you hungry either.

I envy you the bagel and the sushi rolls. I'm currently out of cash, so my eating's had to become fairly simple for the moment. Today, I didn't eat anything til I got to my father's house at 7:30pm. I had a couple of snacks there. Good for the waistline though, I've hit a very annoying weight plateau. Been stuck there for three weeks or so, maybe more :/.
I've started keeping a hard copy food diary to stay on track. Before, I just used this thread. Knowing I have to confess what I've eaten stops me going overboard with my tendency to graze.

for dinner I'll probably have a peanut butter sandwich on whole wheat break, and at work i'll have a lot of broccoli and grapes that will give me gas... and I drink water at work. I will try to resist wawa on the way home.

last night and leftover today was
puff pastry with baked salmon with almonds, a bit of pesto sauce and a slice of tomato. I MADE IT ALL IN 15 MINUTES FROM START TO FINISH!
I know I shouldn't have had the puff pastry, but OMG it made the dinner to die for!

I just wanted to say: MY PLATEAU IS OVER! I LOST ANOTHER KILO THIS WEEK!!!!! (A kilo, for the Americans, is 2.2 pounds). I can actually see it, too. I'm so damned happy.
As far as today's food goes, I just woke up, so nothing yet.

lunch : 1 pan seared tuna steak on a bed of lettuce with sweetcorn and a lemongrass, lime & corridander & garlic mixed salad seasoning. (158cals)

dinner
200g oven cooked chicken in a powder garlic seasoning, small portion of green beans, 4 sprouts, 2 broccolli florets ( 411 cals)
water
snack: half a nutri grain elevenses bar (82 cals)
more water.....
so boring...but its day two of a diet i am trying out. lots of fun ay!

abandoned my diet for the present (yay post-marriage diet-busting).
today i ate:
1 fried egg with chicken-apple sausage and some fried hashbrowns
a couple of small pieces of organic lime-macadamia nut chocolate
a whole dungeness crab, a pound of mussels and clams, and half a pound of king crab legs, all with lots of drawn butter and lemon. YAY.
also a vodka cran and a vodka with cola.
total calories-- a bajillion.
i am still losing weight without counting calories or exercising. i love life.
