I eat very healthy but I still can't poop. Right now my hole is burning so bad from the laxies I can't even stand or sit upright for too long.>:(

Is it not obvious that this person is just looking for attention. Most people who really suffer from these problems don't talk like this girl does. Not to sound mean but i call BS (no pun intended).

sorry i may of posted this already..i looked and didnt see it
but i was reading how laxatives soften and help remove stuff in your colon but not your small intestines.. and they weaken your colon muscles that normally move stuff because the laxatives do all the work.. so over time you just empty your colon area not your intestines and your colon muscles become almost paralized... herbs and real foods that move stuff along help strengthen the colon muscles and move stuff up in the intestines.. if you cant get off laxatives for your own personal reasons.. at least try adding herbal smooth move teas and fiber foods/supplements.. it may take time but things should start moving again i would think?

I eat LOTS of figs (fresh and dried). They are really yummy, loaded with fiber, promote weight loss, lower cholesterol, and fight cancer.

Oh, and I am very regular :D

Women suffer from these problems and now the media talks about it. Like the Brazilian model who killed herself drom not eating???
I know I am not the only person in the world or in NYC that suffers from bulimia. Bulimia is real and it exists in the entertainment industry big time. :O

Wow, no one mentioned prunes or fiber one. I also just discovered Activia yogurt which I love. I also drink Honey Peach Ginger tea by Celestial Seasonings which according to its product description is supposed to naturally enhance your body's digestion. I go so I think it helps.

There is a new yogurt made by Dannon called Activia. Its not a diet yogurt persay but it has a special culture in it (Bifidus Regularis) that stays alive longer then any other culture and really helps keep you regulated. It tastes pretty good too.
