I simply haven't the patience to read past the third page of this thread. Metal and whatever, you are a very, very silly little girl. Does this man have a wife? Are you aware that mistresses have been sued - successfully - by spurned wives? Exactly how are you planning on declaring this income to the IRS and to the state of Arizona? Are you using an IP proxy? Have you posted full face photographs of yourself on the MySpace profile that you link to?
Good Lord, perhaps the age of consent ought to be raised to 25.

Yes, Mommy. ::)
I had a sugardaddy once upon a time. actually a grand total of 3 in my life time. But my fucking god they are headaches. I will say that now knowing what I know, they can bring the gifts to me in the club, spend or give the tips there. I REFUSE to evermeet another for dinner , shopping i dont give a fuck,.
My last sugar daddy, bought my kids a nice ass tv, me a tv, a new stove and fridge, a car, 4500 a week allowance , tons of clothing etc etc.
I never once fucked him
I never once kissed him beyond the cheek
3 months into that shit, he tried to sueme. Lucky for me he didnt think the shit all the way through , because he was married. and if his wife found out their divorce would have cost him way more then the cash and gifts he had given me.
I did keep the car and everything though. As fate would have it though I wrecked the car , the kids tv blew up once I moved to chicago and my plasma was struck by lightening. OH and the fridge and stove was sold with the house lol

I don't think people are "hating " on this girl. She is quite young and based on previous posts, fairly naive. I think that a lot of us on here(SW) just know an obvious line of bullshit when it comes along. When you are 19 and haven't been around the block, it all seems like you know all there is to know .......Wait.

Nah...You really think that would scare her off? She caught a lot of grief for her Tyra thing and still gave us an update. But maybe......??????? I know , the suspense is killing me too. I keep checking this thread.

Some of my college classmates got screwed royally by their "sugardaddies." In fact, one of them is in prison thanks to him, last I heard.
I just don't think that the hassle is worth it for the most part.

stop hating!
Please, let the lady be happy. But the tax/IRS issues can pose a real problem, so remember to cross those T's and dot those I's sweetie! Be careful, proceed with caution and bail the moment you feel you're in an uncomfortable situation. No amount of $$$ is worth your safety. Congrats and good luck.

Fuck a sugardaddy. When I house danced in Nashville there was an older guy that paid me to sit and talk. He hated his life, blah blah blah. I humored him every day for months, and he offered to start meeting me OTC to go shopping and to hang out. I didn't do it, partly because I knew I was "safe" inside the club, and because I have heard too many sugardaddy horror stories. He kept coming to see me and brought clothes and presents to the club right up until I quit. Why go out with a guy if you can get cash from him inside the club? I'd rather have cash to spend as I see fit than a new car that I may not need.
I do keep checking this thread to see if she has posted an update. I'm nosy about stuff like this. *Sigh* Maybe she will eventually.

Maybe she just doesn't have anything to update yet... How long has it been?

OMG I love passions. Ive been watching it since the beginning. Its sad I know but I love the crazy story lines.
Anyways, she better be out shopping and tell us what she got when she gets back.
I love Passions, too. I don't think it's going to make it too much longer, though (since they've already cut half their staff and a bunch of the supporting roles). It's sad- I've watched since high school! :(
As for this thread, I guess we'll just have to wait some more...

^From her previous posts... I dont' think she would be? But he might be giving her the runaround and she's not sure what she has to say... or she's just busy with something else in her life.
(Totally off subject... I've been watching Passions since the beginning too! It would be better for me if they canceled it, I'm sure... But only after Teresa and Ethan get together and Gwen dies in a fire /hijack)

Oh for fuck's sake.
For a bunch of women who take their clothes off in front of strangers and dry-hump for money, a lot of you seem to forget that the majority of society sees stripping as being the same as being a prostitute. BTW, I danced for 5 years and retired 2 years ago, so no bullshit replies about what I just wrote. Please.
This isn't that different than her marrying some really rich guy for his money. I am concerned she's talking about "papers" and willing to not even use a condom. $15K isn't enough to pay for a lifetime of HIV meds and you don't know what he's doing when he's not with you.
That being said, I am really astonished at the ingorance so many of the women on this forum have when it comes to money and taxes. A few posters had great advice, but what really scared me was the assumptions that a few others made that were totally wrong and offering it as fact, such as assuming that every "gift" is exempt from taxes.
Even if this turns out to be for real (and I really doubt it) it won't have a good outcome. Sorry, but $15K a month is not "rich". It's a nice chunk of change to get monthly, but with taxes figure on a third of it being gone right there. Besides, it's not how much you have, it's how much you keep. I could be wrong, but judging by how this girl is salivating over a $75K car, she'll likely blow a lot of it on Louis Vuitton bags and Versace dresses. When the ride's over, she'll likely get stuck with a fat tax bill and be bitter because she can't afford all the nice things she had.
This looks fucked no matter what. But then she hasn't responded yet, sooo...

Well, nina, in all seriousness, when someone doesn't come from or is used to money, 15k a month can be a damned good substitute for 'rich.' Not that i believe this LOB, though.

Yeah, I don't tend to believe it either, but honestly... substracting ND's 1/3, $10 000 a month would be well worth my time (if I actually only had to see him twice a week or so). Could I make this dancing - yes, if I worked a lot and never had a bad week, but... So I understand why it is tempting. It's just a matter of a lot of the girls who have been around for a while are all "Yeah, uh huh, now pull the other one" etc. In a nutshell, if it sounds like a guy is just giving you free money, we tend to look for where he is going to take it back.
I also think ND is right in that we all get mighty prudish over some weird and random shit.
NinaDaisy
12-11-2006, 03:45 PM
I'm well aware $10K a month isn't a small amount of money. But people that also don't come from or aren't used to money tend to blow it because they have no clue about investing. Most of the time a bank savings account with a 2% yield (which doesn't even keep up with inflation) is all they might know.
Jenny
12-11-2006, 03:49 PM
It's actually always vaguely humiliating to me when all these girls are all "Oh, it's SO not worth it, I can make like 200 times that just dancing without extras" when I'm all... "hmm..."
NinaDaisy
12-11-2006, 03:51 PM
I can't think of any non-extras strippers that make $15K a month. Maybe 10 years ago...
Even $5K a month working like 4 shifts a week is hard these days, judging by the constant torrent of threads complaining about where the money's gone in dancing.

$5k a month is doable while dancing clean. But that depends on your city and how you look. $60K a year is ok earnings here in Austin, but not great. I don't know if its conceivable air-dancing though.......

It is definitely conceivable. I made more air dancing than I ever did contact... it all depends entirely on location. Some people think 'fuck I should be getting laid for this money' wherein places like Sydney or Melbourne (or Washington, I -heard-) they go, 'damn, a hot girl over there is making winky winky at me! Let's give her MONIES!'
I think, as a dancer, 5k a year is reasonable for 3-4 shifts a week. A great club (like the ones I worked in Sydney) could have you making 75k a year - no contact ever.

i make over 5k a month in the spring and fall. the winter is a whole nother story. :O

^^ same here, in spring and summer. paid total $5,600 in rent (9 months worth) plus total of $2,100 car note (till it was repod!), plus furniture, clothes, food, other stuff. so 5k is not that much to make in the club. i thought that wasnt much . i dunno dont know what the point of this post is, just saw someone mention that.
But I am wondering where she went to. Hope shes alright, actually. Those kinda guys get crazy obsessive sometimes....like my old guy was. hope shes fine.

this all sounds like total rubbish to me. yeah, i'm a skeptic, but first of all she tells us she's gonna be on Tyra (did she ever explain HOW she got selected for that?). after getting a negative response, she tells us she's only going on there to stand up for strippers. she then tells us everything she said, which just so happens to be EXACTLY what we wanted to hear. and coincidentally, they decide not to air her segment. now, she's a 19 year old divorcee who's claiming to have a multi-million dollar sugardaddy with an arrangement that seems too good to be true.
i just struggle to believe a word of it.

yeah. i mean, stories like that, if it's a once off, then it's kinda believable. but when crazy/strange/incredible/etc things keep happening to the same person, well, they kinda lose their credibility.
