Please don't anyone hop on my ass for saying this (I just know what it means to have a dream. It's serious business)...

Bunny Ranch?

I'm sorry to hear it's like this. If i had any money at all i'd help you out. I really hope it all works out for you.

Ditto.

Please don't give up on your dream.

This may be a test of your strength. Even if this doesn't work out this time, keep going. I'll be thinking good thoughts for you.

Won't hop on your ass at all. It's not a bad idea.

Or better yet, quit moping around and making yourself throw-up. Go work a few double shifts. Drive a few miles to better $$ clubs if you need to. $6000 is not that much if you are determined. It is for your dream after all.

Thanks, y'all. It'll happen eventually.

Hey Yekhefah, sorry to hear that it turned out like this. Good luck when you decide to go through with it later. Just keep your head up and try to be optimistic.

Yeah... I woke up early this morning and spent awhile on the gym riding the elliptical machine at top speed, listening to "Tubthumping" and "Float On" on my iPod. And my bf gave me a terrific pep talk this afternoon, reminding me of how much ass I've kicked since I came into the world kicking and fighting. So I know it'll happen. Because I will MAKE IT HAPPEN.

I will let you all know when I shoot, and when the project is completed. :D

Thanks again for the support, guys!

Oh I am glad you're feeling better. I know what utter, disastrous disapointment feels like...and I've never even gone through something that bad. But I've been at that point where i'd just cry nonstop, fall asleep, and then start crying again as soon as I was concious.

But good for you for keeping your chin up. These days I read the stoic philosopher guys whenever I'm down, and their tough love makes me feel better.

And if you're postponing, I'll try to stripper-fundraise a little for whenever this does come through for you (because now I have a little babydream of being a partial indie film producer. For the love of art!)

:grouphug: maybe you should try to cut your budget.
