You're very welcome.
And I would like to say that Applebees here in NJ do not have fried pickles. Boo.
So I had to have an extra sangria to make up for it....hiccup.:D

OMG, whoever said it about the Parmesan Garlic Cheez-Its, you are right!! My boyfriend bought a box before he went out of town and I just noticed it sitting there in the kitchen... I wanted a snack, so I opened it. Yes. Crack laced with heroin!

I'm noticing that a lot of people mention things with cheese and carbs...either pasta or potatoes..typical comfort type foods. I can not be around macaroni and cheese of any variety . I will eat the entire box, tray, whatever. And this is going to sound weird but I have a Cheerio problem. I can't keep them in the house because I will wake up to pee in the middle of the night and know they are there and eat half abox before returning to bed...or I will leave work for dinner and drive 30 minutes back to my house to eat them with honey. It's strange. I can't even be around Cheerios...Hello my name is twister and I'm a Cheerio-holic.

Did you at least buy him another box? The first time I bought some, the entire box mysteriously disappeared a few days later. My fiance swears innocence...

LMAO! I had to stop buying them. The expense just didn't make sense...especially when I never got to actually EAT them.

I love spinach dip....are you talking about the one with the spinach, cheese and artichoke?
I can actually eat that and it's not cheating on my plan. Instead of chips or bread, I use cut up low GI veggies.
YUMMMMM!

No, it doesnt have artichoke(which I LOVE but hubby cant stand...so we can both enjoy this one)
Hot and Cheesy Spinach Dip
Ingredients:
2 table spoons butter
1/4 cup chopped onion
1 teaspoon minced garlic
1 table spoon all-purpose flour
1 3/4 cups half and half
2 9oz packages frozen chopped spinach, thawed and well drained
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 package dry vegetable soup mix
1/4 cup shredded parm cheese
1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Melt butter in a large sauce pan over medium heat. Add onion and garlic, cook and stir until onion is crisp/tender and garlic is fragrant 2-3 min.
2. Stir in flour, cook and stir an additional minute. Add half and half and cook, stirring constantly until it boils and thickens. about 2 min.
3. Remove from heat, stir in Spinach, Cheddar Cheese, and Veg. soup mix, mix well. Put it in a casserole dish and sprinkle with Parm cheese.
4. Bake 10-15 minutes until bubbly. Serve warm with breads or crackers.

man i love peeps! no idea on why but i do. they sorta make me sick as well but i still keep on eating the shit.
Yes, about crack...
I LOVE PEEPS SO MUCH. Actually, I love anything marshmallow, even though the pure sugar makes me queasy within moments. Even Fluff, the weird marshmallow paste from a jar. In fact... maybe I love Fluff more than I love Peeps. When you eat Fluff on fruit it makes it "healthy."
And Chef Boyardee Beef Ravioli from the can. So high in sodium that it pretty much caves my face in, but so, so good. I've been trying to stay away, though, because eating one can will make me put on about 2 pounds instantly, no joke, with all the water I have to drink to prevent the Chef Boyardee salt from hurting me.

Cameron, I LOVE this recipe and can't wait to try it. I think I might try different types of cheeses as well. Like substituting Gruyere for the cheddar and so forth.
Thanks for the recipe.:)
