I was actually wondering about this the other day, and this thread brought it up again. If you told a guy no refunds, don't you worry he might get management involved? I only ask because I saw a dancer refuse to dance for a guy after he had paid (a drink was spilled all over him) and she also refused to return his money. I know the situations are slightly different but still... Does just saying "no refunds" really work?

Per my manager in MY club: "Money made from lapdances is technically 'tips'. Tips are voluntary. If the club (i.e., management) helps you to collect tips owed to you, then they cease to be tips and become wage."

In other words, in MY club at least, management will NOT help us to collect tips if we get screwed out of them. That said, it seems only reasonable that they're not going to force us to give a refund. They have a strict policy of not getting involved in our money. That should go both ways.

^Really? The few times guys were being ridiculous and refusing to pay or refusing to sign the credit card reciept, managers always had my side. Saying the cops would be called for stealing or something. I'm not sure how that works exactly, but I'm positive it was just threats to make them pay. But when it came down to that, my mgr always got me more money than I was asking for in the first place!

^^^I had a problem a few weeks ago with a customer who didn't pay, and Ra. (the MOD) told me that the club couldn't get involved. Big M. won't get involved, either, although I think that Bo. and Ru. might. Maybe it depends on who's on duty...

^Yeah, I guess it depends who's there.
