100 calories on the bike (I always change the calories by 20 every time it goes below taking 10 minutes).
Abductor machines in and out for my thighs. 40kg
The butt crunch workouts, damn if I remember the machine name. 100kg
Leg presses. 60-200kg depending on if I'm trying to buff up...
... but my trainer said I'm doing everything wrong. I was working out to tone up and I was buffing up.. I -always- overdo it.
He says pure cardio for six weeks.
... I hate cardio.

I am starting bi-weekly dance classes (jazz and ballet) next week and do the Winsor Pilates 20 min work out on the other days. Not to mention working 3-4 nights per week.
I would love to have a personal trainer because I have no will power.

^^ Oh dance classes!!! My partner and I start our wedding dance classes - Viennese waltz - this week! I can't wait. I didn't even think that it was a workout either... sweet.

-A group strength training class 2 x per week
-cardio 5 days a week
30 minutes on treadmill 4.0 , 3 incline
30 minutes on bike, burning about 200 calories
- yoga 2x a week, for relaxation more than anything
I plan to do more, but Im just getting into it, gotta start slow;D

Today 20 minutes of abs (The Firm workout)
Cardio 55 minutes (The Firm)
Windsor Pilates 45 minutes
Whew hopefully I'll be a little sore tomorrow.;D

I was extremely lazy today so I popped in the Windsor Pilates Buns and Thigh DVD. It's short (approx 20mins) but it does wonders for the behind.
