Can myspace bots get any lamer?
I got this in my inbox just now:
"Hey there! I just saw your profile and I want to tell you that I think you are really sweet and you seem like a great guy. I would love to chat with you sometime. You can message me on here or if you want you can talk to me on my screen name bikini69697. Hope to hear from you soon! Bye Cutie!"
Wow. Holy shit, she must be pretty intuitive to be able to tell that i'm "really sweet" and "seem like a great guy" from my almost totally empty profile...
Um, i may have a penis and i like a pic of a pretty girl every bit as much as the next guy but i have some kind of brain... Sad thing is that people must be falling for this stupid shit or they wouldn't do it. Maybe i should scambait some of these.

They run in packs, apparently...
"I am new to myspace and am looking to make some new friends. If you wopuld be
interested in being my friend then let me know. check out my myspace page.
You can view my site. So check me out on my wbcam"
Oh well, you gotta respect the directness of the second one (as well as the sneaky spelling error).

I think I have most of these issues (http://www.elfquest.com/gallery/Jink.html) bagged and boxed but I haven't looked at them in ages.

Last Saturday,a male member of MySpace and I decided to finally meet.We have been chatting for several months and he was going to be in town.He lives 90 miles from me.He went to my club and got a few dances from me and then we ate breakfast at this little hole-in-the-wall place and then I bid him a goodnight. He called the next day and wanted to hang out again and I agreed.I had to take my neighbor's kids to the park so I invited him along. After I dropped the kids off,we went and had dinner. He said he didn't want to drive all that distance home after dinner,so I offered my floor or couch to him.So what does this yahoo do???He has the audacity to crawl into bed with me after I fall asleep and then proceeds to kiss my neck and then pushes his hard-on into my back.WTF?????I told him if he didn't go back out into the living room,he would have to leave. The next day Monday,he calls and texts me 8 freaking times!!!!! I finally emailed him earlier tonight and told him I just liked him as a friend and he had the nerve to have his feelings hurt.I told him he was being way too presumptuous and assumed WAY too much.Ladies,be careful who you meet online, there are some freaks out there!!!!!!

hmmm, OTB, this was an easy crash to predict. If he is buying dances, do not take him home.. or me, or any other male / female....unless you also have other intentions. Unless of course it's me.
Now, you own dogs and I assume they are trained correctly. There is a book out that shows you how to train men just like a dog. You need to buy it...this will save you a lot of grief.
Woof woof.

He laid a guilt trip about driving all that way back home and I did feel a little bad for him.He thought he was smooth and was gonna get some.I put that idea to a screaching halt.
You are too funny,Sitri.

Men are Dogs: In the Best Possible Sense!
Men come in just as many breeds as dogs
Girls, are you tired of always ending up with the wrong man? Maybe it's because women take more time picking out a dog than they do a boyfriend.
Men Are Dogs gives you everything you need to know about owning and keeping a man, including:
• Why to get a man at all
• Where to find one
• Training a man
• Maintenance, such as diet and exercise
Plus, you'll find out all about the 40+ different breeds you can get and how to identify the breed of your man.
For example, mongrels often make the most delightful companions, but they're not as predictable as some of the purebreds. Working men are among the most cuddly, but watch out you don't get a bully, or worse, a spineless yes-man. Meanwhile, hounds and sporting men are among the most fun-loving and playful, but can lack responsibility. (And some special breeds, like male models, are actually cats).

Personally, just the fact that he received lap dances from you is where you went wrong. You must take some responsibility for his mis-interpretation. I never private/lap dance male friends. Ah... I do not blame the guy for thinking he is going to get some as you were all over him. Even if it was work, to him he interpreted that as "she wants me" esp. since you hung out with him the next day etc.
If someone from MySpace saw one of my shows or came into a club where I was working... that's okay. If they received a private/lap dance from me... then they have just decided that they want to be a customer not a friend and I will treat them as such.

Shouldn't have danced for him. Especially if he doesn't know how it is in a club.
See it from his view - "This chick, we been talking - we meet up - she shows me her titties and bumps and grinds on me - then she takes me home! Whoa dude! It was like a bit of heaven!"
Followed by "Man that bitch is crazy! First she is flashing her titties at me and then she is like "Get the fuck out of here!" - WTF kind of going ape shit is that?"
If you flash the boobie card, you got to expect it to be played.

As someone mentioned in the online dating thread, there are freaks everywhere. Not just online. With the proliferation of internet access, you are just as likely to meet someone cool online as you are to meet someone weird. When meeting someone new, no matter how you meet them, chances are they're not going to be your type. The fact that people have met jerks online doesn't in any way mean we should believe we're anymore likely to meet jerks online than offline. WE MEET MORE JERKS OFFLINE, EVERYDAY, THAT WE NEED TO BE CAREFUL OF, THAN WE'LL EVER MEET ONLINE.
That said, OTB, that guy sounds like a typical young dumbass who figured he'd get some easy hot ass from a stripper. Sorry that happened, but we all know those guys exist in abundance EVERYWHERE. They're certainly not limited to online...

At least you said it though.
Sorry he was a turd. He is so messed up thinking he can get some after you said 'couch or floor' to him. I swear I think men dont have ears. :P

I don't think it's a case of a Myspace meeting going wrong; it's a simple case of poor judgement if you're going to immediately let people you just met (and customers at that) spend the night. I can't even fathom a situation where I would find that remotely appropriate.
