^^Mine wasn't for cc, I have very little breast tissue naturally and I've stretched it out with big implants for years so he wanted to do it to thicken the tissue up some to prevent rippling and stuff. A couple months after the surgery(just like with the internal bra) I had the same exact rippling I had before, so again not really sure what the point of doing it was. I don't know if it is one of those things that has unpredictable chances of being reabsorbed into the body or what and my body completely ate it? Because I had botox done in my underarms once, 100 units, and it completely wore off within 2 months plus my body eats filler freakishly fast. But I would never do it again because 1.) the graft did absolutely nothing and 2.) it is a very difficult recovery. 6 weeks of drains, which also means 6 weeks of lotsa drugs.

your metabolism must be really high if your botox only lasts a short while. And I can not imagine having drains for 6 weeks. You are tough!

I wasn't tough I was DRUGGED lol. I was taking my percocet way longer than I was supposed to because I was just in so much discomfort with the drains. They themselves weren't actually too bad but it was the fact that I was only able to sleep in really limited and uncomfortable positions because of them that was hurting me the most. AND, the doc told me there's other surgeries he does that require the drains to be in for even longer, like a couple months. There's some other surgeries I wouldn't mind having but tbh after that long-ass annoying recovery I really am not in the mood, it caused me to learn to get really comfortable with my body really fast because I don't feel like being sliced and diced again any.time.soon. LOL.

Wtf...6 weeks??! Wow! I was told drains for 7-10 days.
Also, Revis's receptionist told me that Strattice is a stronger material than Alloderm bc it's thicker. Therefore holds more. Hmmm..

I understand completely. The last "elective" procedure I had was so painful (and I hadn't mentally prepared at all for the pain because I didn't think it would be that painful). I promised myself I would never do this to myself again...but my breast implants are old and really do need to be replaced. However, by breast lift/aug was not nearly as painful but I was also much younger when I had it done. Who knows about now?

^^I think you will be fine. It was really only my first BA when they initially sliced the pec muscles open that really hurt. My second boob job was like nothing.

Yeah they wait till the liquid coming out turns a certain color, if I remember correctly. I had alloderm, and tbh since it did absolutely nothing I have a hard time believing that a different kind of graft would make a noticeable difference for me. Like if I did the alloderm and saw a little difference but wanted a more dramatic result I could rationalize maybe trying strattice, but since it did nothing??? Not going to risk it.

$7,000 is 1st time in Boston Area 2002, and 4,500 or so for a lift with implants and one area of lipo in Miami two years ago. This was with Dr. Fisher who someone was just asking about recently. They came out waaaayyyyyyy better and for like, half the price (adjusted for inflation). Op's thread is 1,000 years old but I would say to go with the 2nd Dr. if you like him better you are talking about 200 on something permanent. You can make that off of one customer when you get back to work.

$6500 for my lift, and I am saving 4000$ more to get my implants, but I am so happy with the lift (I have perky B cups) that I am not sure if I want to get implants now. I know there's a lot of fear around lifts, but trust me, a little bit of scarring with gorgeous, perky boobs is way better then having saggy boobs with large nipples. JMO

Dr Fischer in Beverly Hills? Or a different Dr Fischer? I always wondered how Dr Fischer boob jobs went. I had a domme client who was also a surgeon that worked pretty closely with him (not doing boobs), and he was telling me that Dr Fischer hates doing implants over 450cc and it's like pulling teeth to get him to do any bigger because he prides himself on doing very natural looking surgery. It seemed kinda contradictory because he had done a lot of playmates, right? I guess they must have smaller implants than I imagine?
