- People who act as though the whole *#@! world works 9-5, Monday through Friday so they think that's an excuse to make noise while you sleep during the day.:-[
I hear you on this one. I was working until 2:30 AM one night a few years ago and didn't go to bed until around 4 AM. My patio door needed fixing and the maintenance guy came over at 8:30 AM and starts hammering on the door! Needless to say, I wasn't very happy.
people who dont leave messages when they call, or leave over a minute long messages.
This is a pet peeve of mine. Especially when they repeatedly call back and don't leave a message. If it's so important, leave a goddamn message!
Also:
-People in grocery stores who purposely go through the express line when they have a whole cart full of stuff
-The twatwaffles in my apartment building who always let their kids make way too much noise and run around unsupervised
-The lady at the bank who makes a face when I turn in a bunch of one dollar bills.
-People who judge others based on their looks and what they're wearing.
-People with no sense of humor
-People in fast food restaurants who are too lazy to take their trays to the garbage can and leave them at the tables.
And of course:
-People who purposely go into strip clubs to spend no money and be rude to the dancers!

- People at the grocery store/Wal-Mart/Target who don't pur their empty shopping cart back in one of the corrals, esspecially on a windy day.
- Whomever's idea it was to have differing formats for recordable DVDs.
- People who set up payday loan places near military bases.
- Relatives who borrow money, and then act stupid when you bring up one of the central tenets of borrowing, namely repayment, even if you say they can do it in reasonable installments and without a cent of interest no less. Yet they always have money for frivolities.
- Cops who are out ticketing people for penny-anny offenses when there's no shortage of real traffic violations they could be turning their attention to.

Neighbors who let their dogs bark and bark but do nothing to stop or quiet the animal down. They suck double this happens after 10 pm.
Dish Network because they refuse to honor the national do not call list. They call several times a day for years now. I am not kidding either. It has been years, grrr!

If you have an established business relationship with the outfit calling you, or you have otherwise given them permission to call you, the Do Not Call list does not apply. Aren't loopholes wonderful?

Understand that some calls are not covered. Once your number has been on the registry for 31 days, most telemarketing calls will stop. However, you still may get:
calls from — or on behalf of — political organizations, charities, and telephone surveyors;
calls from companies with whom you have an existing business relationship. A company may call you for 18 months after you make a purchase or three months after you submit an inquiry or application;
calls from companies you’ve given permission to call. And to whomever's idea it was to make these loopholes, well, you suck too.
