Question for those who smoke pot on occasions...
When the high is over & 2 or 3 days have passed, do you get a little depressed?
BTW, I love the smilies here.
Depends on the weed. If I smoke a nice organic (chemical free) sativa, i'm fine afterwards. If i smoke hydroponically grown stuff (which usually has chemicals), or a heavy indica, then that will fuck with me. I'll be cloudy minded for days...and that depresses me.

I just wonder how they classify "dangerous" - immediate effect on the brain/body? Overdose? Long term effects? Addiction??

I smoke regularly. When I go off for a while, the first couple of days are fine, then I get really irritable and grouchy about a week into "detox".
My main symptoms of withdrawal are insomnia and lack of appetite. The insomnia could be the real source of the irritably, now that I think about it. As far as withdrawal symptoms go, that is really just a walk in the park compared to quitting smoking cigarettes or quitting drinking. I've never had the DTs, but I wouldn't wish that on anyone. I have quit tobacco recently, and the stress of quitting tobacco is much harder than quitting pot.
I find it amusing that both tobacco and alcohol are both higher up on the list than cannabis.:P

i just foudn this study now, and i find it silly that it doesnt seem to be based on the brain's activity in reaction to the drug use but instead based upon the expert's rating systems.
