LOL! It wasn't totally charity. He got me off a few times so the night wasn't totally wasted. And we actually had fun. We got Thai delivery and watched Monty Python and just hung out for awhile, and stayed up talking in bed and drinking wine, and snuggled to sleep. It was really friendly, if not passionate. And friendly is fun too. Glad my curiosity is satisfied.
I am so lucky to have K. How many women get to be with a well-hung sex god who genuinely has no problem with a little occasional strange? I guess when you're as good as K is, you know there's no way anybody else will ever be better!

Turns out the guys were navy. They said they were coming back, but they didn't. There was only the merest hint of violence, it was mostly the usual tiresome macho bluster and body language. We've had the most trouble with Coast Guard, for some reason, though I hate to malign an outstanding branch of the service in any way. Those guys have saved a lot of lives. Maybe they just need stripclub etiquette as part of their training, haha!
Navy guys in KW areTROUBLE with capital T. I've had THE most problems with them as opposed to any other group....one bit me in the face and ended up thrown down those concrete stairs. It got to the point where if I knew there was a ship in town, I wouldnt go to work. A lot of girls wouldnt

I just got an email, like 40 seconds ago from a bachelor party I met three weeks ago. He said that he left his fiance after meeting me.
I emailed back and told him that he had cold feet and to call her and apologize immediately. Is it sort of bad that I'm dying to see how that turns out? Like the sound he makes the moment he realizes it was just cold feet and he's not actually in love with a stripper?

whenever i hear stuff like that i'm always reminded of that old 80's song by dexy's midnight runners "come on eileen" where the song goes:
"Come on Eileen, I swear (well he means),
At this moment, you mean everything"
i always laughed at that little subtle "out" the guy gives himself there. ;D
*sigh* my lost youth. :P

I finally got out of bed today. (I am sick as a dog...) Anyway, watched Moby on Cribs for about the 3rd time. He has a house out in the woods in freezing New York, but it has hot tub, sauna, scrabble board, and east facing porch to watch the sunrise. I don't care if he's 5 feet tall. Moby is frickin adorable. I :heartbeat Moby.

I'm in a blue funk right now. I hate my house and want to leave, but I can't afford to go anywhere. The power mysteriously went out to the microwave and refrigerator, but I can't figure out the circuit breakers. I need to go make money tonight but I'm all puffy with a total fat day. I should go to the gym but my tummy doesn't feel good. I'm tired and crabby. I want K. I want to just pack my shit and leave town right now... I'm supposed to head out Sunday, but I don't want to wait that long, and I damn sure don't feel like going to do a damn amateur night at the same shitty low-rent downtown club I first started dancing in.

Saw 4 was great. I got out of the house this weekend and saw it. Of course it has a twist at the end which makes me think it might continue into a Saw 5. I love bloody gory guts movies.
I saw it, too. I was pleasantly surprised.
I'm thinking of renting the other 3 now, or downloading them.
How did you manage to leave the house for that? Free tickets?

Will someone explain the torture genre to me? I just can't imagine why decent people would pay money to watch such graphic, senseless violence with no plot or story supporting it. My friend loves these movies and I don't get it because he's such a great guy. I went to see The Hills Have Eyes with him and ever since then, I've been trying to figure out what it is about these movies that anyone could possibly enjoy.

The Hills Have Eyes was craaaaaaaaaaaaaaapy. Oh man, so crappy. The second one (if possible!) was even worse. The Saw series is good though. The writers are clever....perhaps TOO clever....*shifty eyes*

What makes "Saw" so good? Isn't it still just a lot of torture?

I really really really want a shrimp po-boy. I think it would motivate me to study.
I hope next Saturday is better than this weekend's was. Apparently there was a voodoo fest in Nawlins, so that probably contributed to the crappiness. And all the halloween parties too.
I dressed up as little red riding hood. I saw a giant condom, kissing booth, 'god's gift to woman', and two guys in trench coats with nothing but crown royal bags on underneath:D

Saw 4 had a plot. Some other horror movies don't and they are there for just being twisted. I just like watching it..in some weird twisted way its kinda pretty and entertaining. IRL, OMG no not cool at all.
Its the element of being surprised and scared in a controlled setting such as a movie theater or your own home. Scenes that make you scream and jump with fright is kind of a rush for some. Its interesting what some people will watch and won't watch in a horror movie. Like how far will they push their want to be scared when movies like Saw 4 come out. Somehow I think that being stabbed in the shower [Psycho] just doesn't scare me at all.
What makes "Saw" so good? Isn't it still just a lot of torture?
What makes Saw good is because it poses the question what would you do for your life or to save others and sacrifice your own life? What will people choose when they are faced with dying for an unknown person, to kill at the same time fulfilling revenge, to let another suffer to save another life and so on. It also has alot to do with choices people make in their lives, usually the bad ones. Not only making bad choices but learning from them.

no. have you seen them? they make you think. a lot. theres torture, kind of, but they all have some serious twists at the end. i never saw the 3rd one, but i saw the first 2. the second one was really good, better than the first imo. but most people like the first the best.

Fair enough. To each her own, I guess.
I wish I hadn't eaten that salty-ass Thai food last night and then put too much soy sauce in my stir fry this afternoon. I'm too thirsty, nothing helps my thirst, and I'm so bloated and puffy. I look like I'm wearing a fatsuit. And I have to go do an amateur night competition and I have to win. *sigh*

Britt244, rent the 3rd. Its pretty gory and if you want to see the 4th one it picks up right where Saw 3 left off.

My Chinese teacher bursts into song almost every day. Today we were treated to "If I Were a Rich Man," in a very thick Chinese accent. I think that was probably the most entertaining thing I'll see all week... especially since he ended it, as always, with a big grin and "shi-bu-shi?" :rotfl:

Haha If only it was that easy! Sadly enough, I tested negative for tapeworms as well as hyperthyroid disorder. There just is no explanation for my metabolism. If I ever figure it out, though, I'd gladly sell the secret! ;D

Back in the USSA!
A 14 hour trip home, including the connections. And then an unforgivable, 35-minute delay by my favorite cab company.
Happy to be home. What did I miss?
