Dumb dancer bitches.
The club im at this week is attached to a nice hotel. The girls stay on the first floor at the end of the hall close to the club but there are still regular guests in the same hall as us.
Well dumb blond barbie gets drunk tonight and locks herself out of her room and starts screaming at the top of her lungs and wakes up everyone on the first floor ::)

Lord I need my coffee this morning. That is all.
I had coffee... and I still need more!
I slept from 6p to 6a this morning. Woke up to a phone full of texts from friends: "Where are you?" "Hope you're OK!" "Hello?"
It's nice to be missed... but damn, they never text that much when I'm awake. What a funny intersection of my sleepiness and my friends' loneliness!

My whole upper lip and both corners of my mouth are completely covered in baby cold sores. My mouth is all swollen and blotchy and it stings. When my whole mouth is blistered over, I'm going to look so sexy, oh yes I will.

It's refreshing that whenever I forget how much I fucking hate people in general, someone always reminds me. Untrustworthy, shit talking, backstabbing, two-faced slimy grundlemunchers. I can't believe I am actually even a little bit surprised. Fuck.

I wish that job hadn't waited until I was in the throes of PMS to tell me I was rejected without even an interview. Now I'm all hormonal and sad and I have cold sores and I just want to lie around and sleep and weep because I'm never going to be anything. Why couldn't they tell me last week, or next week?

I'm in a real baaaad mood today, man.
Last night I had to leave work early because my daughter went to the emergency room. Turns out she has pneumonia :( I can't wait to see that ER bill. The joys of not having health insurance.
Then I want to make an appt. online with h&r block but I can't figure out how. I have this phobia of talking on the phone with people I don't know. Ahhhh!

Thanks :) She's just resting on the couch watching Doodlebops. It's the very early stage of pneumonia so she's not too bad.

I feel like CRAP. I'm beat to shit from busting my ass every night all week at work, plus my throat is sore as hell. And I'm having trouble breathing..I think the windy cold weather stirred up the coral dust in Key West because my lungs were burning with it after only a few days when it usually takes at least a week or two before I start feeling the effects of it.
And my pills are all screwed up..generic Ambien...anyone else ever have trouble with this? Seems this batch wasnt made quite right or something. They seem to make me more WIRED instead of helping me sleep(and they had the same effect on my husband when he tried to take it one night..and he doesnt have the tolerance or health issues I have) Then all of a sudden the other night I took it and I was KNOCKED OUT for like 15 hours. And I mean OUT. I only woke up because my birds were screaming their heads off for I dont even know how long. And I STILL feel drugged and out of it...WTF??

i thought all kids were entitled to health care and usually mama's too. In my state it is called chip. Have you looked into something like that?
Also eheathinsurance.com has some REALLY inexpensive plans for emergency coverage.
I hope your baby feels better soon!

I have to rant for a second
What the fuck are you supposed to do these last few weeks of pregnancy? I feel like such a whiny baby. Some women are still working at this stage of pregnancy and i can't even do simple tasks. There is so much pressure and pain in my banjigo i feel like i must be sitting on her head or something. She has totally taken my bladder hostage and it feels like she wrapped her little fist around it and is squeezing me constantly! I have this feeling like i'm going to go late, just because that is my luck. Everyday i wonder when she is coming but i don't feel particularly ready to go into labor. I'm terrified my husband is going to be a bad coach :-[ i know thats a horrible thing to say but he just makes me nuts in baby class!
I don't really feel like leaving the house ever, but i get so bored here by myself. I have all this personal guilt for not being productive and i feel like such a housewife failure. My husband says just lay around and relax but i don't think he realizes everything i actually do around here and what it would really look like if i did nothing.
I hired a maid service to come in next week and i feel extraordinarily guilty about it but i feel like my back is up against the wall. We both want a clean house and i'm physically incapable of doing it right now and its making me CRAZY!
Ouch Fuck all this pressure hurts, baby get off my bladder!!!
/end rant for now

I don't even know how to cross stitch :-\
I might go play some wii, i never play while he is at work but i can rig it up so i can play from the couch.
Why do i feel such giult about being unproductive during the day.
Not working is still so weird for me, i feel like if he is busting his ass at work i should be doing the equivalent at home. But its just not in me:-\

You need to take it easy if you feel that bad, hon. You ARE doing hard work, making the baby. You don't need to lie down all day, but go slow. One of my friends worked (at a bookstore) to the bitter end and she did all of her work from a chair or stool. Slowly. Sometimes are meant for lying down and taking it easy. Pregnancy, illness, etc.
Maybe do some preggers yoga or meditation or something (I am not a doctor, nor do I play one on tv)?

Well, I don't know anything more productive than cooking a human being from scratch. You definitely need rest, and you shouldn't push yourself. Playing Wii is fine, the important thing is just to keep your mind occupied and your body healthy.
BTW, cross-stitching is really easy and relaxing. Get a counted cross-stitch set from the craft store; it'll have everything you need in it, plus instructions, and you could even make something pretty for the baby's room if you wanted!

^^ Exactly, you're growing a human. Your gonna be tired. It's hard work. Don't worry, you'll get the nesting instinct soon, then you'll be organizing closets and fluffing pillows at midnight totally exhausted. FUUUNNNNN! But you can't stop, it's a sickness!

Eww, I hate stamped! The pattern doesn't always line up to the grid, which gets my anal-retentive self all in a tizzy. I prefer my pretty giant counted cross-stitches on 18 or 22 count aida.
You should come over and be sick with me and boy tonight. We can play with my new Crayola papercutter and 240 crayons! I even bought a My Little Pony coloring book. :D

I used to LOVE coloring!! It is so relaxing for some reason! Like for that little amount of time I have nothing in my life I have to be responsible for other then making sure I color inside the lines.
I havent found a real coloring book in years though. I look every now and then, but all I can find are "Activity" books that have like 5 out of 100 pages that are coloring pages..the rest are all connect the dots or something else. Boo.

I have an enormous collection of coloring books. I was always one of those weird kids who needed everything to be perfect, so I always made my parents buy me two of each coloring book - one to use, and one to have in case I messed up coloring in the first one (which I never did, of course, because I'm perfect!). I have the old Lisa Frank books, Precious Moments, Disney, Looney Tunes... tons!
We should make sure the next SWfest I attend has an artsy/craftsy night! :D

Well LJ..if you know of a place with good coloring books let me know.. I miss coloring and would totally order some!(I have a big box of crayons just waiting for them!)
And yeah..pizza thread made me order some tonight too. Extra sauce, peppers, onions, tomatoes, and spinach. YUMMMM!!! My husband and the chick on the phone think I'm nuts(she warned that the pizza would be "wet" with so many toppings..whatev. ..they never cook it long enough anyway...I want the crust crispy...so I'll pop it in the over for a few extra minutes when it gets here and it'll be perfect!).Hubby got his own pizza...he's not as enamored with veggies as I am!

A few observations as I catch up:
1) LuckyOne's new avatar is distracting. In the good way :)
2) Sunday & Stella - don't know why, but I would've pictured the rope-bondage scene in the opposite. The weekend is young though ;)
3) LadyJade, I feel ya on the sleeping at inopportune times. The last two nights I've gone to bed at 4am and 5am - when I should be getting up at 7am. And do I get up at 7am? Nope...the odd part is that I slept exactly four hours both times, waking up at the exact top of the hour.
4) Damn all you talking about pizza. I had fish & chips for dinner, but now I'm craving pizza. It's almost midnight, and it'd be close to 1am by the time it gets here.
5) Dsu: Welcome back! And congrats on your new Mini. If your Cooper S is a she, maybe you should name her "Winnie" (lol).

Her name is "Midge", short for "Midget" since it's such a small car. Here she is smiling, brand new, fresh off the lot.
